El personal muy amable y educado, siempre una sonrisa. El buffet en general muy bien, se come variado y sano si apetece, las piscinas correctas para el tamaño del hotel y tres tipos diferentes profundidades para adultos y dos para niños . En general la relacion calidad / precio es mas que correcta. Playa casi desértica que es genial

Both large pools closed without notice and also the pool snack bar making a large outdoor area worthless. SPA booking App did not work saying everything was booked for weeks ahead. Breakfast room dirty and disorganised and food only passable despite relatively low hotel occupancy. Staff (except cleaners) unfriendly. Was not even asked how the stay was when leaving. Booked a junior suite that overlooked roofs with solar panels and the side of the balcony overlooked all the hotel bins and area where restaurant staff congregated to chat and smoke. Every night staff emptied glass bottles and rubbish well after 10pm in the bins making an awful noise. Overall, a lovely spacious room, but poor service, amenities and rather low quality.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, la terraza más, en mi caso, miraba hacia las arenas, y de fondo el mar. El parking se pga en una máquina en el acceso al parking. Para comer fuera del hotel hay que andar unos 10 - 15 minutos, pero lo que encuentras, compensa el paseo, y el paseo compensa lo que comes 😁

La estancia inmejorable, habitaciones amplias, comodas, limpias. Detalles como agua en habitacion, cafetera con capsulas e infusiones. Entorno del hotel muy bonito, para dar paseos y acceso a la playa. Buffet variado y calidad. Siempre me alojo en Barcelo...sin duda volveremos! 3 piscinas amplias, para nadar...hamacas, todo perfecto.

Très grande chambre avec grand balcon et vue sur la mer. Gâteries quotidiennes. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue. Très bel environnement paysager. Ce qui nous a déplu : le jus d'orange extrêmement acide. La piscine dont le chauffe-eau est brisé... une fois de plus !

Acabamos de volver de pasar tres noches maravillosas en el hotel. Teníamos regimen de media pensión, las cenas espectaculares, mucha variedad y calidad en la cenas. Todo muy apetecible y riquísimo! Los desayunos muy ricos y con mucha variedad también. Las piscinas geniales y muy amplia la zona de hamacas. Reservamos una sesión de spa, las instalaciones muy buenas y el spa maravilloso, se nos hizo muy corta la hora. Me encantó el detalle de tener agua para poder estar hidratados mientras disfrutas de las duchas, la piscinas y la sauna. Comimos un día en el Arrozante, el arroz estaba riquísimo! Habitación amplia, muy limpia, las cama comodisima y el baño perfecto, tenia ducha y bañera. La localización del hotel era perfecta, muy cerca de la playa, con un paseo de palmeras y pasarelas de madera. Todo fue genial pero quiero destacar sobre todo a los trabajadores, recepción, limpieza, camareros y cocineros, personal de spa y los chicos de las actividades. No puedo dar nombres porque TODOS fueron espectaculares. Muy amables, educados y atentos. Sin duda volveremos!

Vi bodde på det här hotellet under vår vintersemester under nyårshelgen. Vi hade tidigare varit i Almeria, men inte just där hotellet ligger, som är lite utanför. Hotellet ser lite äldre ut på utsidan men är renoverat och fräscht på insidan. Rummen fina och stora. En av de två poolerna var öppen trots vinter och uppvärmd. Det fanns också ett spa, som man kan besöka under en timme. Frukosten var bra men middagen varierade beroende på kväll. På nyårsafton hade personalen gjort det extra fint och upplevelsen var också att maten var bättre. Området är lugnt och utanför hotellet finns en strand promenad. Då det var lågsäsong var det mycket tomt i området.

Desværre var der fritflyvende fugle som fløj rundt i buffeten i restauranten. Virkelig ulækkert og uhygeinisk. Vi ville ikke spise i restauranten under disse forhold da personalet sagde de ikke kunne gøre noget ved det. Vi prøvede flere dage i træk, men fuglene var der stadig. Personalet var meget venlige og gav os en kompensation, men det ødelagde ikke desto mindre vores samlede opfattelse af opholdet, da vi ikke kunne/ville bruge restauranten .
Desværre var der fritflyvende fugle som fløj rundt i buffeten i restauranten. Virkelig ulækkert og uhygeinisk. Vi ville ikke spise i restauranten under disse forhold da personalet sagde de ikke kunne gøre noget ved det. Vi prøvede flere dage i træk, men fuglene var der stadig. Personalet var meget venlige og gav os en kompensation, men det ødelagde ikke desto mindre vores samlede opfattelse af opholdet, da vi ikke kunne/ville bruge restauranten .

Entorno del hotel muy bonito, para dar paseos y acceso a la playa. Buffet variado y calidad. Siempre me alojo en Barcelo...sin duda volveremos! 3 piscinas amplias, para nadar...hamacas, todo perfecto.

Both large pools closed without notice and also the pool snack bar making a large outdoor area worthless. SPA booking App did not work saying everything was booked for weeks ahead. Breakfast room dirty and disorganised and food only passable despite relatively low hotel occupancy. Staff (except cleaners) unfriendly. Was not even asked how the stay was when leaving. Booked a junior suite that overlooked roofs with solar panels and the side of the balcony overlooked all the hotel bins and area where restaurant staff congregated to chat and smoke. Every night staff emptied glass bottles and rubbish well after 10pm in the bins making an awful noise. Overall, a lovely spacious room, but poor service, amenities and rather low quality.

Acabamos de volver de pasar tres noches maravillosas en el hotel. Teníamos regimen de media pensión, las cenas espectaculares, mucha variedad y calidad en la cenas. Todo muy apetecible y riquísimo! Los desayunos muy ricos y con mucha variedad también. Las piscinas geniales y muy amplia la zona de hamacas. Reservamos una sesión de spa, las instalaciones muy buenas y el spa maravilloso, se nos hizo muy corta la hora. Me encantó el detalle de tener agua para poder estar hidratados mientras disfrutas de las duchas, la piscinas y la sauna. Comimos un día en el Arrozante, el arroz estaba riquísimo! Habitación amplia, muy limpia, las cama comodisima y el baño perfecto, tenia ducha y bañera. La localización del hotel era perfecta, muy cerca de la playa, con un paseo de palmeras y pasarelas de madera. Todo fue genial pero quiero destacar sobre todo a los trabajadores, recepción, limpieza, camareros y cocineros, personal de spa y los chicos de las actividades. No puedo dar nombres porque TODOS fueron espectaculares. Muy amables, educados y atentos. Sin duda volveremos!

La habitación es muy espaciosa, la terraza más, en mi caso, miraba hacia las arenas, y de fondo el mar. El parking se pga en una máquina en el acceso al parking. Para comer fuera del hotel hay que andar unos 10 - 15 minutos, pero lo que encuentras, compensa el paseo, y el paseo compensa lo que comes 😁

La experiencia en general bien, aunque se echaba un poco en falta algo más de variedad en las comidas (quizás al no ser temporada alta la oferta era más limitada de lo que pueda ser en otra época del año). La animación está bien pero el club infantil no tanto, nuestra hija sólo estuvo una tarde y no quiso volver ya que las actividades que les planteaban se limitaban a poner a los niños a pintar.

Desværre var der fritflyvende fugle som fløj rundt i buffeten i restauranten. Virkelig ulækkert og uhygeinisk. Vi ville ikke spise i restauranten under disse forhold da personalet sagde de ikke kunne gøre noget ved det. Vi prøvede flere dage i træk, men fuglene var der stadig. Personalet var meget venlige og gav os en kompensation, men det ødelagde ikke desto mindre vores samlede opfattelse af opholdet, da vi ikke kunne/ville bruge restauranten .
Desværre var der fritflyvende fugle som fløj rundt i buffeten i restauranten. Virkelig ulækkert og uhygeinisk. Vi ville ikke spise i restauranten under disse forhold da personalet sagde de ikke kunne gøre noget ved det. Vi prøvede flere dage i træk, men fuglene var der stadig. Personalet var meget venlige og gav os en kompensation, men det ødelagde ikke desto mindre vores samlede opfattelse af opholdet, da vi ikke kunne/ville bruge restauranten .

Vi bodde på det här hotellet under vår vintersemester under nyårshelgen. Vi hade tidigare varit i Almeria, men inte just där hotellet ligger, som är lite utanför. Hotellet ser lite äldre ut på utsidan men är renoverat och fräscht på insidan. Rummen fina och stora. En av de två poolerna var öppen trots vinter och uppvärmd. Det fanns också ett spa, som man kan besöka under en timme. Frukosten var bra men middagen varierade beroende på kväll. På nyårsafton hade personalen gjort det extra fint och upplevelsen var också att maten var bättre. Området är lugnt och utanför hotellet finns en strand promenad. Då det var lågsäsong var det mycket tomt i området.
