Liegt an einer lauten Hauptverkehrsstraße. Parkplätze am Haus kaum vorhanden. Tiefgarage kostet 5€ pro Nacht und muss mit dem Aufzug angefahren werden. Große Autos haben ihre Probleme. Personal spricht kaum bis gar nicht Englisch. Zum Meer ca. 45 min per Fuß

El hotel y el personal genial, pero para ser un cuatro estrellas el bufet se queda muy corto. Teníamos media pensión y la cena solo nos servían 4 variedades de comida (salchichas, macarrones, pescado y patatas con huevo) que para ser bufet libre escaseaba. El desayuno si estaba bien y lo típico que puedes conseguir. Pero el hotel super chulo y elegante. La piscina también muy pequeña, cabíamos a penas 6 personas y no teníamos libre una tumbona para sentarnos. Es pequeña y la foto miente un poco, de hecho ni te llega a cubrir más del cuello la piscina.

Udemærket værelse, dog lige ud til poolen, som var fyldt med unge mennesker. Meget lille pool til så stort hotel, så ikke til at komme i poolen før solen var væk fra området.

hôtel très bien dans l'ensemble,quartier très difficile pour se garer,vous saurez obligé de prendre le parking(10€) attention c'est un ascenseur pour voiture très étroit,difficile pour les SUV. Pas de restaurant au alentour.

Nice clean room, lovely front desk service, good food in a restaurant if you didn’t wanna go out, good fresh buffet breakfast, good Internet speed with the free Internet, air conditioning was quiet and set on low kept the room a nice temperature.. All in all a great stay. How do you think I would say is that the shower needs improvement. Not from a cleanliness point of view, more from a showerhead point of view, adequate but could be better..

Llegue al hotel a las 13:45 h. y me indicaron que la habitación aun no estaba lista y que en una hora lo estaría. Me cambié de ropa en el aseo de la planta principal y me marche a almorzar. Volví a las 19:45 h. y aun no habían preparado la habitación. Las dos personas que me atendieron en la recepción estuvieron muy atentas y preocupadas por la situación. A las 20:15 h me dijeron que ya estaba lista, subimos y estaba recién fregada. Cierto es que un descuido lo puede tener cualquiera, pero no es normal que en un establecimiento de esta características ocurra esto. Al día siguiente pasé para abonar la noche y no me cobraron.

Creo que se debería de respetar más el descanso de los huéspedes por parte del personal de limpieza del hotel. A las 9:00 de la mañana estaban dando voces y golpes haciendo las otras habitaciones. Hablando entre ellas y por teléfono como si estuviesen en la calle. Me ha sorprendido la verdad, nunca me había sucedido.

La recepcionista fue muy amable y atenta. Nos asignaron una habitación y cuando llegamos a ella el olor a tabaco era tremendo, bajamos a Recepción a solicitar el cambio de habitación y, a pesar de que el hotel estaba completo, pudieron asignarnos otra que, esta vez sí, cumplía con lo esperado de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La recepcionista fue muy amable y atenta. Mooi hotel met prima kamer en lekker ontbijtbuffet . Ligt wel een 2 km van alles weg en langs een heel drukke boulevard . Kamer aan de straatkant helemaal niet geisoleerd tegen geluid . Veel lawaai tot diep in de nacht , weinig geslapen , spijtig .

En general, muy bien. La doble superior es muy espaciosa y con grandes ventanales. Entra algo de luz a través de las rendijas entre cortinas desde que sale el sol. Mobiliario moderno en el dormitorio, baño un poco anticuado pero bien. Personal amable.

Nuit parfaite. La voiture en sécurité dans le parking souterrain. Le repas à la carte au restaurant le soir et petit déjeuner très copieux avec une diversité de produits frais. Le personnel est également très agréable. Je recommande.

I had a great long stay in the hotel. rooms are very good, very good breakfast. the crew working in both front desk and restaurant are amazing. Thanks to Serena, Celia and Paolo.

Intenté contactar con el hotel antes de la llegada para avisar que llegaría tarde y no contestaron al teléfono, a la llegada al establecimiento me dijeron que la compañera no contesta al teléfono por no quiere. El servicio de cafetería casi inexistente y muy mala atención y obligándonos a mantener una pequeña reunión de trabajo con un televisor encendido a todo volumen, negándose a apagarlo por que ponían deportes cuando no había nadie más mirando la televisión. El desayuno, pocas opciones y Maia calidad.

Liegt an einer lauten Hauptverkehrsstraße. Parkplätze am Haus kaum vorhanden. Tiefgarage kostet 5€ pro Nacht und muss mit dem Aufzug angefahren werden. Große Autos haben ihre Probleme. Personal spricht kaum bis gar nicht Englisch. Zum Meer ca. 45 min per Fuß

Mooi hotel met prima kamer en lekker ontbijtbuffet . Ligt wel een 2 km van alles weg en langs een heel drukke boulevard . Kamer aan de straatkant helemaal niet geisoleerd tegen geluid . Veel lawaai tot diep in de nacht , weinig geslapen , spijtig .

Muy buen hotel, cómodo, amplio, tranquilo, moderno, bien equipado, bien comunicado y buena relación calidad/precio. Pena que la piscina estuviese cerrada a finales de mayo con 30°. Desayuno bueno y algo caro en mi opinión. Personal amable. Repetiría.

Aufzug eine Katastrophe!! Wasserkocher und Tassen im Zimmer aber kein Tee und Kaffee , muss man kaufen . Ist ein Witz oder ?? Frühstück das allerletzte, keine Tomaten keine Gurken keine Spiegeleier, alles leer und wird selten nachgefüllt, hat anscheinend System. Teller werden erst nach Beendigung des Frühstücks weggeräumt, wird dann natürlich voll und nervig am Tisch. Parkhaus nur bis 2 Meter , Fahrzeug mit Dachbox keine Chance. Familie mit Kinder in zwei Zimmer mit viel Distanz zu einander ( no Go )

El hotel y el personal genial, pero para ser un cuatro estrellas el bufet se queda muy corto. Teníamos media pensión y la cena solo nos servían 4 variedades de comida (salchichas, macarrones, pescado y patatas con huevo) que para ser bufet libre escaseaba. El desayuno si estaba bien y lo típico que puedes conseguir. Pero el hotel super chulo y elegante. La piscina también muy pequeña, cabíamos a penas 6 personas y no teníamos libre una tumbona para sentarnos. Es pequeña y la foto miente un poco, de hecho ni te llega a cubrir más del cuello la piscina.

Nuit parfaite. La voiture en sécurité dans le parking souterrain. Le repas à la carte au restaurant le soir et petit déjeuner très copieux avec une diversité de produits frais. Le personnel est également très agréable. Je recommande.

Nice clean room, lovely front desk service, good food in a restaurant if you didn’t wanna go out, good fresh buffet breakfast, good Internet speed with the free Internet, air conditioning was quiet and set on low kept the room a nice temperature.. All in all a great stay. How do you think I would say is that the shower needs improvement. Not from a cleanliness point of view, more from a showerhead point of view, adequate but could be better..

The hotel reception staff were some of the best, helpful and accommodating we have ever been served by. Well done to them. Car parking was strange has it was by a car elevator in and out. Bar was good and reasonably priced has was the food. Swimming pool and sun terrace small but functional for the city location.

Excellent accessible room. Plenty of room for a wheelchair. Staff very helpful. Downside, hot buffet breakfast food was cold. Room tea, coffee and milk was not worth bothering about, only two plastic sachets of milk for a 5 day stay. Bar area no staff in attendence most of the time, but were very helpful when you did find them.
