Nice room clean and no issues with noise, room stayed cool even during a heatwave. good parking under the hotel (cost was as stated on the advert and is a daily rate). 5-10 minute walk to the tram on a nice lit walk. Trams were regular throughout the day and into the night. Great advice and good customer service from Mo. Would absolutely stay again.

Durch die nahe gelegene Straßenbahn- Haltestelle war die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir im Parkhaus des Hotels stehen lassen - kostet aber unverschämte 20 € pro Tag.

Elevator wasn't working for our entire stay. No USB outlets in rooms. Bathroom had a stain that looked like blood. We ordered a cab to the airport and the staff sent it away and tried to make us take a considerably more expensive cab. 2.5 out of 5.

Gym could have been alot bigger, maybe a bar well as well as additional weights. Maybe resistance bands also so full body workouts are able to be carried out. Over all the hotel was great and the staff were very nice

schönes Hotel allerdings wenig drumherum da entweder ruhiges Wohngebiet oder Businessgebäude in direkter Umgebung. Mit der Straßenbahn (10Minuten Fußweg) ist man in 20-30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Möbel waren teilweise etwas abgeschlagen an den Ecken, aber im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. in der Lobby befindet sich ein kleiner Selbstbedienungsladen mit Getränken, Knabbereien und den nötigsten Badutensilien. Gerne wieder.

Pretty good hotel. Coffee machine and kettle is life saver for an early coffee. A good convenience store is nearby for shopping. Few minutes walk to a tram stop to take you to the centre of Amsterdam. The ice machine in the hallway is pretty good to ice up your drink

Parking was a underground car park cost 20 ,Euro per night

La cuvette des toilettes de la salle de bain est fissurée, les ampoules clignotent sans cesse, et une épaisse couche de poussière datant de plusieurs mois s'accumule sous les lits. Il y a fort à parier que cet établissement était un excellent choix il y a quelques années, mais aujourd'hui, tout semble avoir perdu de sa superbe. Quel gâchis !

Wir hatten einen benutzen bh, Pflaster und Kontaktlinsen im Zimmer. Alles total staubig aber ansonsten war das Bett extrem bequem und relativ schönes zummer Zimmer

The rooms were very dirty, the floor needed a deep clean and it didn’t looked it was mopped in ages. I have dust allergy and I started sneezing right away when I checked the floor underneath the beds it was very dirty

Supert hotell. Enkel innsjekk og utsjekk. Upåklanderlig renhold. Store, gode senger. God AC.

Seems we have to beg for our rooks to be cleaned, The cleaners did not dress the beg on day, left the dirty cups in the room, no intercom Coffee machine not working But reception were great

Das hotel sah bei unserer Ankunft ganz ok aus . Als wir dann vor unserem Zimmer waren stand da ein tablet mit ausgetrunkenen kaffebechern vor unserer Türe, erst dachten wir es wurde vergessen aber es stand am nächsten Tag immer noch da obwohl ein zimmerservice eine türe weiter gearbeitet hat hmmm und der flur war auch nicht sauber. Der Kühlschrank im zimmer war nicht sauber, die badtüre mit fingerflecken und im waschbecken war ein Insekt. Das sind alles dinge die uns sofort auffielen als wir kamen.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fanden wir die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad nicht überzeugend. In den Ecken lagen an allen Tagen dicke Staubflusen, trotz Reinigung und im Bad wurden an den ersten 2 Tagen die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl es nicht erforderlich war. Am dritten Tag wurde gar nichts gereinigt und getauscht. 🤔☹

The staff were excellent and super helpful however. The first room was disgusting. Food on the floor, sticky coffee cups, dust everywhere. The second room was only marginally better but we just needed to sleep at that point.

Hotellet var lidt slidt. Særligt hotelværelset var lidt slidt særligt badeværelset og møblerne. Sengene var rigtig gode og store, vi havde bestilt et værelse med 2 enkeltsenge.

Room was good, however TV did not work with the Wi-Fi, so couldn’t watch Netflix etc and was restricted to Dutch speaking channels, but even then the reception was so bad it was unwatchable The coffee machine also didn’t work, when I tried to call reception to report this discovered that the telephone didn’t work either. Also no milk supplied or tea bags. However luckily there is a Spar opposite the hotel where you can buy delicious coffee, tea and pastries. Bed and pillows were comfy, bathroom was good. A bit further out of Amsterdam than we anticipated but there is a tram nearby.

We stayed in two different rooms at the Artemis, first a Deluxe King Room with 300+ square feet, and then a regular Queen room with 200+ square feet. We liked the Queen room much more, as it was more normal. The king room had a ridiculous and useless built in hallway, and the bathroom had two glass doors to enter and leave and was weird and not private. Also TV in king room is very precariously mounted over the bed and dangerous. The Queen room was normal, and had the exact same size bed, which was comfortable, clean and free of bugs. Our biggest complaint was the glass door to the bathroom, which lacked privacy and wouldn't stay shut (and problem was twice as bad in king size room!) Second complaint was there was one normal window, and one weirdly small window due to the building's architectural statement. We would have preferred two normal size windows. The location is about half way between downtown and the airport. You have to take tram or bus to go to town every day, it's a quick 20 minute trip and if you get off in the park and walk, then it's about ten minutes. The hotel is located in residential area, and you have to walk through housing projects to get to the #2 tram. It takes about ten minutes depending how you walk, and it took us a week to figure out the fastest route. There's also a bus stop closer by, about five minutes away, but no one at the front desk knows anything about the buses. (BTW, if you drive you're all set, but good luck parking downtown!) The staff

Very comfortable, large, room within a ten minutes walk of a tram/bus stop for easy connection to the city centre. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly, bathroom door does not lock but otherwise no problems. Would stay again.

I stayed 2 nights with my friend in this hotel. We used the terminal to check in, but we had some context with the staff. They are very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, can't complain anything. The only negative point on this hotel is the location. You have to walk arround 10 minutes to the next Tram station, and around 30 minutes of driving time to the city centre. You can also go to the Metro station that's around 20 minutes walking time, and nearly the same driving time compared with Tram to the city centre. Overall it's not a bad Hotel at all if you are fine with some walking and driving.

Broken safe, broken elevator, dusty room, broken shower, cleaning ppl came in when do not disturb was on the door.

The staff at the lobby were really nice and even guided us on the best things to do in Amsterdam. Check in was simple. Our room was very clean and spacious, the beds were super soft. I had the best sleep I’ve ever had on them. The bathroom was super spacious and clean too. Very luxurious hotel. 10/10 would recommend and return.

We rang up and confirmed we had missed the ferry so we booked a extra nights stay and confirmed me wouldn’t be checking in till a day later, when we got there they told us there was no rooms because we was meant to check in the day before and it was seen as a no show even tho I spoke to one of there colleagues and explained we’d be a day late and they told me it was completely fine and wouldn’t be a problem. They told me they had no room for me and my friend as a 20 year old girl in another country and that I would have to find another hotel for the night bit I could check in the day after I got my dad to speak to them he made it clear they needed to find me a room he kept sayin that they was fully booked untill my dad threatened to sue them and within 5 min all of a sudden they as if by chance had a cancellation apparently and found us a room and a voucher for free drinks in there bar!

The hotel was great with great bedding options. The staff were friendly and available for anything needed. The breakfast was amazing! Overall the hotel was extremely pretty. The location was a bit inconvenient for exploring the city, but great if you’re looking for something close to the airport.

Hotel Artemis Amsterdam – A Disappointing Stay I stayed in a Superior Double Queen Size Room at Hotel Artemis Amsterdam, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. From the start, the issues piled up: the room key cards didn’t work properly, and I had to go back to the front desk multiple times just to gain access to my room. Once inside, things didn’t improve. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Even more concerning, I encountered bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable at any level of accommodation. Additionally, the room had no utensils, which made even simple tasks inconvenient, and none of my requests were brought up despite calling the front desk several times. The shower had almost no water pressure, making it difficult to wash properly, and the internet connection to the in-room media channels didn’t work at all. To top it off, there was no room service available during my stay, which was never made clear at the time of booking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The basics of comfort, cleanliness, and service were simply not met. Rating: 1/5

I liked the location, it takes 10 minutes and takes the train to the centre, which takes about 20 minutes, but it's very quiet. But the blonde employee with curly hair treated me and my boyfriend super badly, as if we weren't guests. And on the last day we tried to stay one more day, and he made us leave room 11 and wait until 3 in the afternoon to come back. Since I already had 3 days in this hotel. Another staff tried to help, and we were going to continue, but as he saw, he intervened and did it. I found it a lack of respect, that if it was a guest who looked rich, that wouldn't exist

Location is a bit far from city centre ( bus n Metro), all others are good, we enjoyed staying there!

The hotel was in an ideal spot, just outside the city centre and a short walk to the tram.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Sparmarkt. Zur Straßenbahnlinie 2 läuft man ca.8 min. Die Bahn fährt ca.20 min.bis zur Innenstadt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und angenehm, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Bus und Straßenbahn entfernt, mit denen man bequem ins Stadtzentrum gelangt. Trotz der Distanz bleibt die Umgebung entspannt und bietet alles Nötige. Direkt neben dem Hotel befinden sich eine Pizzeria und ein Supermarkt, der leckeren Kaffee und frisches Gebäck anbietet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ideal für einen Kurztrip. Perfekt für Reisende, die eine unkomplizierte und gepflegte Unterkunft suchen. Ein tolles Hotel für alle, die eine ruhige, aber dennoch gut angebundene Unterkunft suchen. Die Nähe zu gastronomischen Angeboten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer.

It was located in a very serene area with great ambience. A local shop was just a stine throw and the bus and tram service was just a walkable distance. Nice location for early morning exercise. I love the hotel would stay again.

The hotel itself was very good! Staff were friendly and dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly great. Only thing is it’s quite far from everything touristy and the town centre. ~10 minute walk to the #2 tram, which will take a ~30 minute ride to city centre. Overall a great hotel if you don’t mind the commute.

Fint opphold. Bra renhold. God frokost. Spiste middag på hotellet 2 ganger. Synes burgerbrødet var litt tørt. Pizzaen var ikke den beste. Bunnen var sprø og god, men toppingen var tørr. Hadde på kylling, bacon, parmesan m.m, og det var dessverre tørt og smakløst.

Sehr guter Hotel, zu teuer. Ich war in billigere Hotels mit Frühstück inklusive und der Frühstück Angebot war von besserer Qualität.
