Volcano Lodge, Hotel & Thermal Experience

Vi fick ett rymligt rum med uteplats som vätte ut mot naturen, hade lite utsikt över vulkanen och där vi hörde bruset från forsen. Fint spaområde med många pooler med temp från varmt till hett samt större pool med normal temp. Hela området är som en botanisk trädgård med vackra blommor och stora fåglar som går omkring. Frukosten var den bästa på hela resan.

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge. På anläggningen finns flera olika pooler, barer, lekparker samt restaurang. Hotellets miljö är i en djungel som är väl omhändertagen å underhållen så parkområdet blir enkelt att vara i. Vi bodde i thermal room, då har man dessutom en egen värmekälla utanför sitt rum. Vi bodde här för 7 år sen sist, och kommer definitivt tillbaka.

The staff are extremely polite and helpful. I especially enjoyed the free espresso at the reception area. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained providing habitat for lots of birds and other wildlife. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The bed was firm and comfortable. We enjoyed our private backyard thermal pool as well as the public thermal and regular pools. The sauna was available but we had no instructions how to use it. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious and easy to charge to our room. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time here. We have not stayed at other thermal resorts in the area so I’m not sure how the price compares for what you get. We felt this was a fair price for the value of the amenities offered.

Helpful staff members and the property was excellent. The options for breaking was amazing. Our request was answered and delivered quickly. The thermal spas were very clean and comfortable.

The room is a bit old but clean. Breakfast is good, though for a longer stay it lacks variety. The staff is amazing, and overall it was a clean and great stay.
