Umgebung sehr schön, völlig inakzeptabel, dass mir ein Parkplatz in der Hoteltiefgarage in einem Schreiben zugesichert wurde, aber es, als wir ankamen, keinen Parkplatz gab. Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel wegen der Parkmöglichkeiten entschieden. Ich fühle mich betrogen und würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Excellent hotel, nice place in walking distance to both main baths (Taunus Therme and Kur Royal). Good underground parking for an extra €14/day. The only issue was that wifi internet was not good, kept disconnecting. even when connected speed was low (7/6). I finally gave up and used mobile hotspot from my phone, lucky I have roaming and hotspot allowed. I hope they improve their wifi in the future.

Very good value for money, wonderful rainshower, be aware the curtains do not black out the sun reflection on the window tills, and you have to like the air refreshener added to the airco in the hallways. BTW no airco in room: with a bit of sun it got warm easily. Had a great stay in a spacious room with matching bed with hard mattress.

Ich hätte gleich zu Beginn sagen sollen das ich kein Zimmer im EG haben wollte.Kühlschrank hat sehr laut gesurrt in der Nacht,hab ich erst am dritten Tag lokalisiert woher das Laute Geräusch kam.Das sollte jeder Gast selber einschalten, nur bei bedarf.Energiesparen!.Der Rest war super tolles großes Zimmer.

Wir verpassten das Frühstücksbuffet, trotzdem gab uns das Personal noch zwei Kaffees to go, inklusive zwei Croissants kostenlos. Sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen. War sehr ruhig, sehr bequemes Bett, tolles Badezimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
