hotel good only issue for me was no bar or refreshment facilities to buy at check in ... advised to go into bar but wasn't ideal

The property is under 10 minutes from a train station Berg am laim from where you can get to Marienplatz right in the old town in about 10 minutes so ok location. There is also an underground train station near about 12/15 minutes walk away where you can also get to the main central station. The actual hotel itself is ok. The breakfast is basic with poor coffee and cheap cereals and some hot english type food i.e egg and bacon. There is a basic bar which doesn't serve cocktails or anything like prosecco but you can get a beer. The food at the bar is just pizza or pasta. The rooms are ok. Our bathroom had a bad smell so wasn't pleasant, I think it was coming from the drain in the shower so should really have been fixed room 330. If you want a basic hotel which isn't too expensive then this is ok. Personally I wouldn't recommend or return.

It was our second time staying here this trip. Good location, close to metro, bus stop right out front (though we never used the buses). Quiet. Always felt safe. Clean though our carpets were badly stained. Excellent breakfast. Large variety of hot and cold foods. Bar seems to always be out of drinks except one kind of beer.

Es hat war alles wunderbar was das Zimmer und Frühstück angeht, was sogar inklusive war. Nur die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng auch für kompakte Fahrzeuge und sehr teuer.

Mooie nieuwe douche wel jammer dat de douche stang al kapot is/of foutief gemonteerd. Verder zit de vloerbedekking vol met smerige vlekken met allerlei ondefinieerbare kleuren. Verder bevat de matras aan een zijde een soort opvul stuk dat veel zachter is waardoor het tweepersoonsbed aan een zijde heel ongemakkelijk ligt. Parkeergarage is handig goed bereikbaar enkel bij het uitrijden heel krap wat ook terug te zien is aan alle beschadigingen op de muur.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. In unserem gebuchtes Zimmer war ein lautes unangenehmes Geräusch. Der nette Mitarbeiter hat sich direkt darum gekümmert. Da er es nicht abstellen konnte, haben wir 2 andere Zimmer bekommen, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir hatten dieses Hotel gewählt da eine Lademöglichkeit für E Fahrzeuge angeboten wird. Wir hatten den Parkplatz vorher gebucht und wie vom Hotel gewünscht vorab um eine Reservierung eines Parkplatzes mit Ladesäule gebeten. Diese Reservierung wurde vergessen, wir hatten Glück und haben noch einen Parkplatz mit Ladesäule bekommen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, da die meisten Säulen nur für Tesla reserviert sind, Laden mit anderen Fahrzeugen ist nicht möglich. Für einen Kurztrip können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Gut erreichbar mit dem PKW, Parkplatz zu teuer.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat: - Wir mussten zum Einchecken eine halbe Stunde warten - Der Teppichboden auf dem Zimmer war völlig verdreckt - Die Handtücher haben nicht frisch gerochen - Das Zimmer sah so aus, als wäre vor unserer Ankunft nicht durchgewischt worden - Die vermeintliche Bar war dauerhaft geschlossen - Putzpersonal stürmt mitten am Tag ins Zimmer (ohne anzuklopfen) und fragt, ob man Service möchte - keine vegane Auswahl beim Frühstück, lediglich Hafermilch stand im Kühlschrank Was uns gefallen hat: - schneller Check-Out - relativ gute Verkehrsanbindung

Hotel has a bus stop right at the edge of the property so getting onto transit for a tourist is simple and easy. Buffet breakfast was excellent and there was lots of staff for the breakfast part Rooms clean - beds comfortable - the odd stain in the carpet. Check in for this property was closed and you needed to go to the Holiday inn (adjacent) but no real issues.

Saubere Zimmer und ein nettes Personal

Hele vieze vloerbedekking en de badkamer was niet schoon en stonk.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gut gereinigt und die Teppiche im Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig.

Overall great location close to the Munich Exhibtion, general beds and rooms are nice. The bathrooms are new and clean, breakfast is not too fancy but acceptable. HOWEVER THE CARPETS IN THIS HOTEL ARE DISGUSTING to put it mildly. We had 4 rooms booked and every single carpet in the rooms were full of horrible stains. No idea what happened there but it doesn't fit to the otherwise quite nice hotel at all.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Leider war das Zimmer Mist: Ein riesengroßer roter Fleck direkt neben dem Bett. An der Rezeption wollte man mir erzählen, dass es sich um Kaffee gehandelt hätte. Ich will nicht wissen, was in diesem Zimmer stattgefunden hatte. Sorry, aber da muss der Teppich an dieser Stelle ausgetauscht werden, oder nicht mehr Gästen anbieten. Schönes großes Bad. Das Frühstücksangebot war delikat und reichhaltig.

Teppich im Flur und Zimmern voller Flecken. Tassen und Kaffeepulver wurden nicht täglich bereitgestellt. Fugen in Dusche stockig.

Die von vielen Bewertungen beschriebene Sauberkeit kann ich nicht bestätigen,auf den ersten Blick scheint das Zimmer ok,aber bei genauen Hinsehen,fallen doch viele Unsauberkeiten auf. Es war ziemlich staubig,unterm Bett viele Krümel,im Bad viele Flecken auf dem Boden. Der Teppichboden im Flurgang war dermaßen fleckig und durchgehend verschmutzt,im Fahrstuhl unsaubere Spiegel und das gesamte Metall schmierig und vollgetatscht. Das Frühstück,nur das nötigste, keine Extras,dann lieber kein Frühstück inklusive, lieber besser und dann eben Aufpreis! Check-in langsam mit zu wenig Personal, Aufforderung zur Sofortzahlung, obwohl erst nach Check -out gebucht. Ich nehme an aus Personalmangel war der Reinigungsservice bis spät abends leider noch auf der Etage zu hören. Es tut mir leid, aber ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen! Ich habe für 2 Übernachtungen soviel Geld gezahlt,beim Vergleich, hätte ich erst einen Tag vorher gebucht,als schon Monate vorher , kostet das Hotel 50 Euro weniger!

Our mirror was broken, there were ants and the carpets in the hallway had bleach stains. Area was easy to get around, staff was polite. Decent for a short stay.

Everything would be fine, if hotel room would NOT be extremely small. My apartment closet is bigger than this hotel room. It's suitable for one person perhaps a student with one shoulder bag, not for international travelers of three. Another downside is that there is NO drawers, or normal size shelves, or place to put your sutecases. We had to trip over our sutecases which were on our walking path. Rooms are far from European, or American standards. Who could design such a place. Everything else already did not matter.

Would of given 5 stars if the room had a fridge. Could get ice from reception bar. Did have iron and board and hairdryer. Very clean . Lovely large shower . Only 10 min walk to nearest station into the main centre in about 15 mins q

Haben ein Zimmer mit kaputter Matratze bekommen. Haben aber anstandslos ein neues Zimmer bekommen.

Gefallen hat uns der Problemlose Check in. Das Parken in der Garage war für 19€ pro Tag Durchschnitt. Das Frühstücks Buffet war überragend. Es fehlte uns an wirklich nichts. Das Zimmer war in einem sauberen Zustand. Sehr gut war auch der koatenlose Minisafe, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen war auch vorhanden. Leider war die Matratze seitlich total durchgesessen. Was ein bequemes schlafen zum Problem für mich machte. Auch ein Problem war der fehlende Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Für meine Frau war Haare waschen schon anspruchsvoll. Deswegen gab es leider einen Stern abzug. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

No, a/c or ice. At least it wasn’t that bad because of the decent weather at night. In full summer I don’t know if this place is viable.

Alles super und preislich günstig. Leider für 3 Personen ein bisschen eng, da es auch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten gab und mit allem Gepäck..

We had some issues with the temperature of the rooms (we had 2) in both, the settings said 19 C°. But they were warmer all the time.

The cleanliness was satisfactory. Cleaning crew did not remove used coffee cups or replace coffee, coffee cups, etc. Curtains didn’t stay up. Nowhere to set up suitcases. Shower knob was stuck, so were delayed in taking a shower. We asked for maintenance but they never came. The bed was hard and the comforter was too small. It didn’t cover both of us. We wanted cold soda from the bar with ice, several nights in a row. The bartender gave us 3 ice cubes per glass. Each time when we asked for more, he said he didn’t have any ice (for us), he needed the ice for cocktails. This was rude. He obviously did not understand that we were paying $300-$360, per night ( not good customer service).

I've stayed here before, and I'll stay here again. Very convenient location, close to the subway that'll take you downtown but still a very quiet place to stay. The staff was absolutely lovely, I wish I caught his name, but one gentleman at the front desk helped me figure out the German trains and how to get to Stuttgart, I didn't get a chance to thank him, but he made my trip!

Bewertung: Ich habe mein Hotel über Expedia gebucht. Bei meiner Ankunft war das gebuchte Zimmer jedoch nicht verfügbar, und ich erhielt ein Ausweichzimmer. Leider musste ich für dieses neue Zimmer erneut bezahlen, da es sich um eine andere Kategorie handelte. Jetzt möchte ich das Geld für das bereits bezahlte Zimmer zurück, aber seit einer Woche habe ich keine Antworten auf meine E-Mails vom Hotel erhalten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Service und die mangelnde Kommunikation. Solch eine Erfahrung erwartet man nicht, und ich hoffe auf eine zeitnahe Klärung der Angelegenheit. Von Expedia gab es bisher auch keine Hilfe

Das Hotel ist super. Die Zimmer sind sauber, es ist Immer Personal da, welches hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent ist. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Ausfall an Speisen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Zimmer sehr modern, leider ist an einigen Stellen aber etwas abgenutzt (Z.B. Riss in der Tapete, Macken in der Tür, abgenutzte Teppiche im Flur). Auch ist lediglich nur eine Busverbindung direkt am Hotel, zu S-Bahn und Tram muss man ein Stückchen gehen. Uns störte es nicht, aber auch nicht immer praktisch mit Kindern und Kinderwagen.

When I arrived, we had to wait because the room was still getting cleaned. We were told that we could sit down in the lobby and wait, so we did. Nobody told us when the room was ready so we were sitting there for a while until 3 other famillies were getting up and asking how it was still taking. Eventually the guy said your rooms are ready. Would have been nice to get a signal from them, since we were waiting. We got rushed through the check in process no welcome nothing and we had to sign a paper. We got our keys and got pointed to the elavator. We went to our room. It was nice and clean, but nothing crazy, there was no view or anything else special. Breakfast was good. Train station is nearby also a bus stop. Lidl "a grocery store" is nearby, good if you want to grab some food or drinks. The rooms got cleaned everyday unless you put a card up. At the last day while we had an hour and 20 min before check out someone knocked on the door super soft and enterned. "Check out today" was yelled in. In my opinion no one should just enter without asking and conformation, what if we were dressing ourselfs and someone just walked in, this was kinda weird. At check out there was no thank you for staying with us nothing just goodbye, the good part is that you can leave your suitcases there if your flight is later and you still got time to explore the city. When we came back to collect the bags we said thank you and goodbye. Again the people working there said nothing back. Decent hotel!

Where do I even start? PROS- breakfast was good (but the exact same thing each day). Location was a quiet, safe neighborhood not far from S- bahn. CONS- It was HOT!!! They advertise having AC. They have a fan running, but no cold air coming out. The window tilts back about 2 inches, not enough for a breeze to come in. "Room service" just barged in twice while my husband was in his boxers sitting on the bed even though we said "No room service" when they were at the door. They just came in anyway. I tried to call front desk because there was no hair dryer in the room even though it was advertised, but no one would answer. The room was tiny for 3 people. I've had cruise ship rooms that were larger. If you are only staying one night, it probably isn't that bad. However, staying 6 nights was a huge mistake. You honestly get what you pay for.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that the room service was horrible. I hung the "Clean my room please" tag outside and no one did the cleaning.. It sad to say that I had to take out the trash myself, despite complaining at the reception (TWICE)... The waste was not cleared and the towels were not replaced. I had to ask the reception for spare towels for the use. Please improve this experience.

Location close to trams and subway , great breakfast each morning. Staff were all great!

Ótimo hotel. Se pudesse fazer alguma consideração faria no quesito localização. Fica bem afastado do centro, impossível fazer a pé. Utilizei muito o sistema de Uber que resolveu o problema de locomoção, mas o custo é um pouco alto.

Chambre très confortable. Nous avons trouvé une place de parking sur rue, à proximité immédiate. Tramway tout proche. Un petit déjeuner vraiment très varié et de qualité !

Soggiorno nello standard della catena. La struttura è distante dal centro storico. Con i mezzi ci vuole circa mezz’ora. Altrimenti si può usare il taxi a 25 euro di media a tratta

Buena ubicación cerca del Tren (caminando menos de 10 minutos) a unas 7 u 8 paradas de la catedral, zona tranquila y segura, 2 supermercados grandes casi frente al hotel, la habitación básica, limpia, buena ducha, desayuno aceptable, cama cómoda almohadas no tanto, yo regresaría si tuviera la oportunidad.

Das Hotel ist ruhig und ein wenig ausserhalb gelegen. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum mit dem Zug gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Früstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker.

The breakfast was great! Rooms were modern and very clean. Great value with very helpful staff.

Beim frühstücken zu voll, zu wenig Personal, zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Abends an der Bar teilweise auch zu wenig Personal.
