Disappointing 5-night stay – Poor cleanliness and cramped room We stayed here for five nights as a family of three while exploring Bavaria, but unfortunately, the hotel fell far short of basic standards. We booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, but once the sofa bed was pulled out, there was virtually no floor space left—we couldn't even open a suitcase. Housekeeping was unacceptable. Our room wasn't cleaned at all on two of the days, and we were never provided with enough towels for three guests. On top of that, the in-room tea and coffee station was never replenished once during our stay, and we even found stains on our bedsheets. We ended up having to complain to reception every single day just to get basic necessities addressed. The free breakfast itself was decent, but it feels like a "golden carrot" they dangle to capture bookings. In reality, the dining area was always packed, making it nearly impossible to find a seat—a few times, we were forced to eat standing outside. I would not recommend this hotel for families or multi-night stays.

Relaxing rooms, silent air conditioning, hearty breakfast, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. I can’t ask for anything more for the price I paid.

We stayed here twice the first check in went well and was quick. When we returned to check in later the person at the desk did not seemed knowledgeable of the process and tried to have me pay for the room again that I had prepaid online. The hotel was clean and breakfast was set up was good with enough space.
