Sehr Zentral gelegen. Frühstück war auch gut. Zu fuss kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten in Innenstadt. Parkhaus Verfügbar jeweils kostet es pro Tag 25 Euro. Find ich noch teuer aber ist halt München :-)

It was a pleasant surprise how convenient everything is at this hotel. A beautiful bar, very easy access to the train station directly to the airport. The air-conditioning was wonderful. Easy walkimg to old town and a pleasant staff.

This was a beautiful hotel. Staff were courteous, professional, respectful. Loved that you were close to the S-ban or there were taxis available. The breakfast was grat and we could order dinner in the bar/lounge area. Can I say how wonderful the staff were. The fitness facility was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel enjoys a convenient downtown location with easy access to public transportation. The staff are friendly, and both the buffet and restaurant are excellent. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room—on one occasion, after housekeeping, the room retained an unpleasant odor, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Aside from that issue, it’s a decent place to stay.

The hotel was great, close to public transportation, within walking distance to the Englischer Garten and the old city of Munich. The room was clean and spacious. We had a lovely view of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The staff was extremely courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Flott lobbyområde. Mye rot i resepsjonen der de ikke fant reservasjonen. Vi kom litt sent og hadde booket rom for fire, 2 voksne i dobbeltseng og to ungdommer på sovesofa. Sovesofa manglet sengetøy slik at dette måtte vi da vente på og vi måtte si i fra litt skarpt for å få de til å faktisk gjøre dette for oss. Sovesofaen var også litt møkkete og det var mye støv og smuss under når vi slo den ut. Fredelig og rolig og sove der. Flott bad. God og variert frokost. Ble belastet både av Hotels.com og hotellet for overnattingen som igjen betyr at jeg nå må drive med admin for å få igjen pengene som er betalt for mye. Det tar en uke å få de tilbake, når det endelig er noen å få snakke med, er beskjeden. Blir fort litt skeptisk til å booke igjen når kommunikasjon mellom Hotels.com og hotellet ikke fungerer skikkelig.

Odalar sorunlu. Lambalar kesik, yastıklar iyi değildi yeni istedik yeni gelenlerde kötüydü. Havlular eski , yırtık. Odada lambalardan bazıları kesik çalışanlar ise sesliydi. Otel genel olarak çok pis olmasa da daha temiz olabilirdi. Tv kumandasının pilini bile değiştirtemedik. Odada mini bar, su vs. Aramayın soğuk içeceklerinizi cam kenarında soğutuyorsunuz. Kahvaltı fena değil ,sorunsuz ama oturma alanı yetersiz.Yatak iki tek yatağı tek yaparsınız anlarım ama ortası boş kalıp gece 10cm boşluk olmamalı arada. Yorganlar tek kişilik 2 tane minicik veriyorlar çift kişilik yatağa. Sabah rahatsız etmeyin kartı kapıdayken içeriye dalan housekeeping ile şok yaşayabilirsiniz biz yaşadık.

the hotel is located on the edge of the old center and you can easily walk there. Breakfast was very good and you get a lot of options, even with an egg station. Rooms were very good, clean and quiet.

Well located. Same building access to subway. Comfortable bed and accommodations and excellent impressive breakfast. Only critique: no refrigerator in the room. So if you have refrigerated medication or are traveling with kids this may not work for you.

The hotel staff blocked an amount while checking in at the hotel. They informed that the blocked amount will be reversed once the full payment is done after check out. Till today the hotel hasn’t reversed the blocked amount. How to approach the hotel to reverse the amount? The blocked amount has to be released. It looks like a rip off by the hotel.

Hotel is in a good location, clean, and breakfast was good. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel at all. Some minor annoyances include being told breakfast finished at 11, to find some days it stops at 10, and also having housekeeping enter the room times on check out day whilst we were trying to pack and dress. Biggest problem was being charged for the full stay at check in, and then them charging AGAIN at check out. I tried to explain I had already paid, the receptionist laughed this off and dismissed me - said it would just be being “held” by my bank. He would not accept what I was telling him at all, but I was correct and it has been taken from my account twice. I’ve been trying to have this rectified for 3 days, no response to emails from the hotel. Guest Relations contacted them and got no response, turns out no one can do anything about it for another 3 days because their finance team are now on holiday. I originally emailed them before the holidays began. I asked how to escalate this, I was told to go to my bank. There are MANY other hotels in Munich, don’t risk it with this one.

Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre is an average good hotel with a very good location. Our room modern and clean and attended to daily by professional staff doing our room. The breakfast and venue was fantastic. We were less enthused by the reception staff - more so in particular by a female claiming she was Indonesian - who was not helpful and more on the nasty side. The hotel management should look into this and perhaps give her another job or get rid of her. This since she does not fit into this category job. Other than that all good - and the AC worked perfect.

Loved the hotel! It was a great location and very walkable to many city sights… also right next to public subway terminal. We were within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go!! The only bad experience was a man at the front desk who was very rude - his name began with an M and was long, I think it was Mohammad or Maximillian. He made me feel stupid and didn’t answer my question… he just stared at me. I know he spoke English because I heard him before… he treated me like our question wasn’t worthy of his time. He was the only staff person that was rude. Also wanted to mention the buffet breakfast was totally outstanding!!!

Very clean, modern and convenient with an excellent breakfast buffet It was great to not have to walk outside from the train station, but needs better directions on how to utilize that feature. Neighborhood felt a *little* sketchy at times above ground, but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. Very walkable to town center, public transportation and at least one Christmas market.

The Holiday Inn Munich Centre is a 10/10. My favorite of all hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Easy parking, access to local trains without going outside, a 5 star breakfast, and all the shopping below the hotel that you can imagine. I love this place.

Perfectly located hotel right above the S-Bahn station and only 2 stops from Marienplatz. Also on the direct line to the airport (S8). We couldn’t fault the hotel itself although some of the clientele’s behaviour and lack of manners left something to be desired!! We would stay here again without a shadow of a doubt.

Holiday Inn Munich City Centre Hotel was an overall hit. The hotel is very clean and very modern looking. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming upon our arrival and departure. I gave 3 stars for area around the property as there is a train station under the hotel which made the outside of the hotel look run down and dirty. This also brought in a rough-looking crowd especially at night time.

DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE. Unfriendly staff. Didn't inform us that there was a passage to the train station from the lobby. Breakfast was a mess. We booked this hotel because of the rave reviews of the breakfast. There were literally hundreds of people. We were asked to go to the breakfast area at 6AM to avoid the crown. SERIOUSLY??? it's your job to manage your guests so your facilities are not crowded

We loved the location and the hotel itself was impeccable. The breakfast served was a 10 out of 10, it was fabulous. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I love the parking deck underneath the hotel, this was super convenient. Plus there was a store just below the hotel that provided nearly anything you could want.
