Die Unterkunft ist gut erreichbar und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unkoordiniert, Teile meiner Reservierung gingen verloren und mussten per Telefon mit Kollegen abgestimmt werden was sehr leider Zeit intensiv war. Nach einem langen Tag wollten wir noch ein Bier an der Hotelbar trinken. Allerdings war auch hier das Personal überfordert mit der Zapfanlage Sony dass nach langer Wartezeit und drei Gläser voller Schaum der Weg in einem nahegelegenen Biergarten angetreten werden musste.

Reception staff was great. Fairly good breakfast with a good amount of options. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was close and having a Rewe on the main floor was convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

Viele Insekten im Raum. Der Checkin war gut, es gab eine Klimaanlage, was gerade bei den heißen Tagen angenehm war. Das Personal war mittelmäßig. Es hatte definitiv freundlicher sein können. Tiefgarage relativ teuer, dafür, dass sie von Rewe Kunden gratis genutzt werden kann. Der Hund mit 15 € auch nicht gerade günstig. Ansonsten aber soweit alles in Ordnung. Vor eine Nacht kein Problem.

Zeer schoon hotel, met heerlijke douche en bedden. Ontbijt is aan te raden, was goed en werd op tijd aangevuld. Kamers niet erg groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und es war auch sehr ruhig da. Das Personal war total freundlich und wir sind mit unseren Kindern sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet worden. Das Frühstück konnten wir nicht ausprobieren weil das war sehr teuer. Für uns vier wäre es so teuer geworden wie eine Übernachtung. 15€ pro Kopf wenn die Kinder nicht viel essen geht nicht. Da könnte man sich noch verbessern das man ein Familien Frühstück anbietet oder so.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und es war auch sehr ruhig da. Das Personal war total freundlich und wir sind mit unseren Kindern sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet worden. In wiper neighborhood rather than central Munich. Easy walk to railway platform to reach either subway or central train station. Good restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Clean room, easy walk to train, and very welcoming staff. We drove to Munich and dropped our rental car about a ten minute walk away. We were able to walk a few minutes to the train toward the central station and Oktoberfest celebration. I requested an iron and the overnight gentleman working at the concierge desk was so helpful. I accidentally spilled water in the lobby and he wouldn’t let me help clean it up. He was absolutely so kind and forgiving. The clerks at check in and checkout were lovely as well.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, auch das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Man ist nahe am S-Bahn-Bahnhof, wodurch man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Allerdings hört man auch die Züge von den Zimmern aus bei offenem Fenster. Wer hier empfindlich ist, sollte das bedenken. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig! Im gleichen Haus ist ein Rewe, bei dem man super Verpflegung für den Tag oder Snacks für den Abend kaufen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass das W-Lan nicht funktioniert hat, was aber wohl eine Umstellung der Router geschuldet war und temporär sein sollte.

Das erste Zimmer das für uns reserviert wurde, war nicht Mal aufgeräumt vom Vorgänger. Haben dann Gott sei Dank ein anderes bekommen. Das WLAN war eine Katastrophe und Handyempfang hätte man auch nur wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat.

I found the room to be "like new" in every respect, including all the features in the bathroom. "Comfort" loses a star for having duvets that were a little on the small side, and of course for not providing any kettle or mini-fridge. I did not opt for the breakfast, knowing that there was an excellent food supermarket on the ground floor of the same building, from which milk, juice, snacks etc. could be obtained. The room was prepaid and check-in was very smooth, use of the key-card ditto, and checkout was merely returning the key card and thanking the desk clerk.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und die Türen knallen beim schließen, dass die Wände wackeln! Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es dazu noch einen Ausfall der Heizungsanlage- und Klimaanlage, so dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten und die Raumtemperatur unter 15 Grad lag, als wir nachts nach Hause gekommen sind

Kleine Zimmer! Fast keine Ablagen! Schreibtisch fehlt - Laut Bildern bei der Buchung aber vorhanden. Noch nicht einmal ein Stuhl oder kleiner Sessel vorhanden! Personal ist sehr nett!

Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist die Hellhörigkeit. Da die Fernseher (die meiner Meinung nach ruhig kleiner sein könnten) an der Wand angebracht sind, überträgt sich der Ton auch ins nachbarzimmer. So mussten wir am Sonntag ab 6:30 das Programm des Zimmernachbarn mithören. Wir wollten aber eigentlich ausschlafen :(

I accidentally spilled water in the lobby and he wouldn’t let me help clean it up. He was absolutely so kind and forgiving. The clerks at check in and checkout were lovely as well.

Clean room, easy walk to train, and very welcoming staff. We drove to Munich and dropped our rental car about a ten minute walk away. We were able to walk a few minutes to the train toward the central station and Oktoberfest celebration. I requested an iron and the overnight gentleman working at the concierge desk was so helpful. Hotel is good , well cared for and in a decent location. Be careful at check in I was double charged & it was impossible to get the receptionist to deal with the issue , when I proved their error . The refund was made the following day but to a long time to be credited to my bank .

Der Checkin war gut, es gab eine Klimaanlage, was gerade bei den heißen Tagen angenehm war. Das Personal war mittelmäßig. Es hatte definitiv freundlicher sein können. Tiefgarage relativ teuer, dafür, dass sie von Rewe Kunden gratis genutzt werden kann. Der Hund mit 15 € auch nicht gerade günstig. Ansonsten aber soweit alles in Ordnung. Vor eine Nacht kein Problem.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Leider kam aus dem Bad ein unangenehmer Geruch (wahrscheinlich lag es am Abfluss), jedoch bot uns der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption unmittelbar ein neues Zimmer an und das Problem war gelöst :) Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Neues Hotel in praktischer, aber wenig zentraler Lage. Personal beim Check professionell, aber nicht gerade herzlich. Gutes Bett, sauberes Bad, guter Fernseher und WLAN. Etwas hellhörig. Sehr praktisch ist der Rewe Markt im Erdgeschoß. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. S-Bahn 5min zu Fuß, U Bahn 8-10 min. Der schöne Biergarten Schützengarten auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Definitiv eine Empfehlung, wenn man nicht in der Stadtmitte wohnen muß.

Es war ganz ok. Für 2 Nächte alles super. Die Umgebung ist jetzt nicht die schönste, aber mit der Bahn ist man in 15 min in der Innenstadt.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, auch das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Man ist nahe am S-Bahn-Bahnhof, wodurch man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Allerdings hört man auch die Züge von den Zimmern aus bei offenem Fenster. Wer hier empfindlich ist, sollte das bedenken. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig! Im gleichen Haus ist ein Rewe, bei dem man super Verpflegung für den Tag oder Snacks für den Abend kaufen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass das W-Lan nicht funktioniert hat, was aber wohl eine Umstellung der Router geschuldet war und temporär sein sollte.

The hotel itself was brilliant, just what we were looking for and only a short walk from the nearest S Bahn stop, the REWE downstairs was also very useful. Only gripe was noise pollution if we were being picky, the street outside was noisy pretty much 24 hours a day.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und es war auch sehr ruhig da. Das Personal war total freundlich und wir sind mit unseren Kindern sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet worden. Das Frühstück konnten wir nicht ausprobieren weil das war sehr teuer. Für uns vier wäre es so teuer geworden wie eine Übernachtung. 15€ pro Kopf wenn die Kinder nicht viel essen geht nicht. Da könnte man sich noch verbessern das man ein Familien Frühstück anbietet oder so.
