Nice property with nice pool and ocean views. Noise was a little excessive for anything around the pool while trying to sleep in past 8. Sliders do not seal so any noise gets in like screaming toddlers. Beds were great, big safe that holds 2+ computers. Happy hour was snacks and a blended drink each night. Right next door to lots of shopping and chain food options. Beach is right across the street which was open access. Nice sunsets! Breakfast was just ok, but the omelette bar was great. If they are full, it takes an hour to get food. I would stay here again.

Valet didn't help put bags in the car, and the texting portion of valet didn't work. We asked for help from the front desk because a shovel wouldn't scan in the self service market. She walked away and never came back. Breakfast buffet needs people monitoring it better, it was messy and empty a lot. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kids loved the pool and DJ. The food at the pool was tasty.

It’s a newer and beautiful property. The room was clean, well laid out and maid service did a great job at cleaning daily, if you wanted it. The pool is very nice and the indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant is convenient. I loved the complimentary breakfast in the mornings with incredible omelettes. Location is convenient to most everything on the beach. Nice gym and 24 hour laundry room is a plus. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Valet parking was convenient but there isn’t much of a choice for anything else. The valets were all great. My chief complaint was the $500 hold on a credit card which I was unaware of until arrival. I had already paid for my stay and didn’t understand the need for that high of a charge. Seems like it’s a way to make more money off of customers. Despite it being a great experience outside of the charge, that alone would make me reconsider my stay next time. At the very least, customers should be made aware of it. I understand that they experience spring breakers coming there and it may be a way to dissuade them from staying there or at least get a bigger deposit on a higher risk customer, but I am far from that category of customer. At over 50 and coming to a daughter’s graduation and having a little vacation, I think $500 is a little excessive of a deposit. I would recommend the property with the one caveat of the customer being aware of that $500 charge on their credit card.

Great property! We’ll stay here again! For sure! Beautiful views of ocean. Close to lots of things - restaurants, ice cream, beach, shopping, etc. Big beautiful lobby. Nice places to sit and relax. Inside and out. Next time we won’t rent a car. You can Uber to further away restaurants, because most stuff was within walking distance. Parking was $25 a day. Ugh. But that’s probably the same anywhere here! We had a King Suite. Great price! Had a little table, microwave, refrigerator, sink and counter - along with a little love seat. Nice room! Compacted everything into a small space, but felt very spacious. Staff was over-the-top wonderful! Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from! One was make-your-own omelets! Had a happy hour at night with two free drinks for each of us. Sat out front and watched the sun set. Little bar at pool area. Food and drinks. Neat texting system (if you want to do it). At check-in, you give them your cell number and then they check in with you on how your stay is going - all through text. Very nice idea! And then you can ask them questions or make requests- all through text. It’s really nice! It’s not often I do this - but I give this hotel a 10 out of 10!! Note! Check out is 11am and they are pretty strict with that. Can be expensive to stay past that. Loved it though!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The lobby, bar and breakfast area were extremely warm the entire week. The breakfast was great if you could get past the omelet guy being a jerk. Cocktail hour was decent if you could get past being warm while drinking your drink and eating your snack mix. The pool was beautiful, 3ft deep at the deepest point, very murky water, and sooo many kids we never found a lounger or space to chill in the pool. We are pool lovers but didnt spend any time at this pool. Location was great and right next to pier park and across the street from the beach..no cross walk just had to jot across. Laundry situation was the worse thing about the hotel..2 washer and 2 dryers neither worked well and after a horrid 3 hour experience , calling the front desk twice with no help offered i left with wet sour smelling clothes from the machines not working properly and it charged my card 6 times for the experience..seriously ridiculous! I give this hotel an overall meh rating..

If I come back to the area, would definitely stay here again. Didn't give 5 stars for cleanliness because the shower was dirty and you can tell it's not being scrubbed, specifically, the caulk at the bottom of the shower. It wasn't quite moldy, but it was totally discolored. All of the amenities in the shower were empty - had to request them to be refilled. Things I wish I'd known: It was loud considering a lot of families with small kids. The pool was packed with so many kids every day. No knock on that - just wasn't expecting that (couple's vacation). There is an iRobot sort of vacuum that runs through the hallways. It is loud. It woke us up every day and would sometimes get stuck by our door. Wish they'd program that thing to run in the afternoon or late morning. No biggie as I'm an early riser, but a bit annoying. I thought this hotel had beach accommodations. That was my bad. It's a literal walk across the street to the beach. If you want to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella, it's $50 cash or $55 with a card. I didn't realize this at all. They (the hotel or the chair company) do not provide beach towels. Again, that was on me to know. The breakfast was nice and had lots of options. Get there early because it will be packed. The staff was super kind, friendly. It's a cool place. Give it a try.

The hotel is lovely. It smelled great. It was very clean except for the restroom inside just by the doors that lead out to the pool. We used it just before breakfast on our day of checkout and the trash had not been emptied from the day before, there was sand all over the floor and the soap was all out. The food was good. The sous chef, Cody, was very sweet to our kids and gave them a special ‘treat’ one afternoon and that was the best thing to them! The whole staff was very friendly

The property was nice l, seemed newer but it was not clean. The hallway carpet was covered in food and sand. The bedroom rugs had fruit smushed in it. The pullout couch had the filthy sheets from the previous tenant on it. These sheets were covered in food and had legos in them. Even after removing the sheets my daughters would not sleep on it because it was so gross to see.

This is our second year. Both times have been excellent. The service is very good. Rooms are clean and the common areas are comfortable and welcoming to hang out. The only thing is the hallways to the rooms are starting to look really worn and stained.

We loved our stay. It was well located right at shoppes, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was simple. Facility was brand new, clean, spacious and included breakfast which was decent. Fitness center was decent but ac was down. Noise levels were tolerable. We would definitely stay there again. Room temperature seemed a bit on the warmer side at night but i believe they were working on the ac system.

The room that we had was amazing but we did pay extra for the balcony with an ocean view and did not get the view we paid for. They tried to make the excuse that the was sold out of rooms and that we do have the view when literally all we could see was the trees and the pool. The food was absolutely amazing as well. I do recommend this place just book basic rooms if they are not going to accommodate.

The balcony view is great but on the 3rd floor someone could access your balcony from their balcony due to the structure of the building. Great breakfast you can't beat that. Great location.

This hotel was okay but not for the money we paid. We loved the variety for breakfast and the evening reception with free drinks. We were on our 30th anniversary trip and I would not recommend this hotel for a couple getaway. This hotel is more for families with children & pets. The noise at the pool was annoying at times, especially at night because people were there past pool hours. We had a balcony room w/ ocean view but we saw mostly the pool. The bed was kinda hard & pillows were too soft. The air conditioner kept going off, but that was due to the balcony door not closing properly due to it being off track. It will not turn on if doors are open.. We told the front desk and maintenance came to fix it the first day after another couple told us they moved from the room before we got there due to that problem. I originally chose this hotel because it was fairly new. I don't think pets should be allowed to walk anywhere in the hotel and especially not where people are eating. The staff was helpful and great customer service.

The noise at the pool was annoying at times, especially at night because people were there past pool hours. We had a balcony room w/ ocean view but we saw mostly the pool. The bed was kinda hard & pillows were too soft. The air conditioner kept going off, but that was due to the balcony door not closing properly due to it being off track. It will not turn on if doors are open.. We told the front desk and maintenance came to fix it the first day after another couple told us they moved from the room before we got there due to that problem. I originally chose this hotel because it was fairly new. I don't think pets should be allowed to walk anywhere in the hotel and especially not where people are eating. The staff was helpful and great customer service.

Our stay was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. There were no rowdy guests and we never heard anyone through the walls or even people walking down the hallways. The entire staff was friendly and always helpful. I saw several reviews say the hallway carpets were “filthy” - they are not. The breakfast is fantastic, this is not your typical “continental hotel breakfast”, it’s so much better. They have Happy Hour every day from 5-6:30 and every guest over 21 gets two free drinks each day. The pool was constantly kept clean, and they provide towels poolside if you need them. Please note that you do have to pay to park: $20/for self parking or $28/day for valet. We felt like the breakfast and Hapoy Hour made up for the cost of parking. The location is great. It’s right next to Pier Park. It’s is across the street from the beach, but it’s an easy walk. On the days we went to the beach, my husband went out in the morning and parked in the spaces across the street so we didn’t have to carry all of our stuff across the street. I’d definitely stay again.

An hour and 40 min wait is unacceptable. This is from the 4pm check in time. There was nothing offered to us besides the drink tickets for the 4:30-6:30 reception lounge that all guests received. I had inquired at the front 2 times (once about 5 pm and again at 5:40). On my first inquiry the hotel supervisor Jennifer said there’s nothing she can do and was rather curt in her response. The second time I mentioned that I would be leaving a negative review. I asked for the room to be comped and she said no. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do since we booked through a third party. I asked if the room would have been an hour and 40 min even if I had booked directly and then she asked If we were Hilton members, which we are. She then offered points and take off the repair fee along with the room being now ready. She then wanted the Hilton number since it was not attached to the account booking and said she didn’t have it b/c of the 3rd party booking with Expedia. I was curious why she didn’t ask for this on our check in initially. I asked her twice to speak to a manager and she said she was the supervisor. The second time she offered the housekeeping manager. The stag was less than expected of a Hilton property.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend. We received outstanding customer service from Lotsarin at check-in. Lotsarin was very welcoming and she made my day after a long 6 hour drive to the beach. She was very professional, pleasant and courteous. She was also very knowledgeable about the Amenities and things to do in the area. Our suite was very lovely with a modern sleek design esthetic. Resort feel with spacious clean and comfy beds. We had a nice view of the pool area and could see the ocean from our balcony. We had separate living and dining area from bedroom. The extra space in the living space and bathroom was Amazing!!! Breakfast was extremely crowded with longs lines for omelets and waffle stations. The design of the food area is really narrow and tight for the volume of people they has this weekend. I almost felt like I was in a very crowded market to get breakfast for me and my boys. The Breakfast staff were all nice and courteous so that helped to relieve my annoyance of the big crowds and people kept bumping into our chairs at the breakfast dinning area. However, it was a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family to stay here.

Didn’t get the room I booked. Manager Brittney was extremely rude about it. After I questioned how this situation could have happened. I was told that they overbook sometimes, then I was told that I could leave if I wanted since my card wasn’t ran yet. The young guy who was waiting on us seemed so uncomfortable. Great property! We’ll stay here again! For sure! Beautiful views of ocean. Close to lots of things - restaurants, ice cream, beach, shopping, etc. Big beautiful lobby. Nice places to sit and relax. Inside and out. Next time we won’t rent a car. You can Uber to further away restaurants, because most stuff was within walking distance. Parking was $25 a day. Ugh. Compacted everything into a small space, but felt very spacious. Staff was over-the-top wonderful! Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from! One was make-your-own omelets! Krissida was behind the desk when we checked in, and she was a delight! Very bubbly and professional. Told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and amenities available. The room had a great view and was very clean. Everyone in the hotel from the valet to the bar tenders to all of the staff in the restaurants were very friendly and always had a smile. I will definitely stay here again!!

Housekeeping made this stay terrible. Or I should say lack of housekeeping. Out of our entire stay, housekeeping didn’t come to our room once. The front desk was little to no help as they would tell us they would send housekeeping up but it never came. We ran out of towels, toilet paper, clean bedding, and our trash was overflowing due to the negligence of housekeeping. We asked for housekeeping several times throughout our stay and never got it. Terrible experience.

Our second time here and we love to location. It’s near the Pier Park shopping area that’s walkable from the Hotel and the beach is across the street. Self parking and Valet are available and checking in and out was a breeze. We didn’t really have to go anywhere.

To be accurate "traditional-style resort is located on the beach" is not true. The beach is actually located across the street from the hotel. While it's not the end of the world to have to cross the fairly busy street it's not on it. Be aware as it's also not clear at Hotels.com that you will be charged a resort fee. I guess that's for the beach across the street. Also guess what you have to pay for parking. Had I known I would have stayed at one of the other hotels that are truly located on the beach and don't charge a resort fee. Breakfast was great!

My wife and I had a great stay. The Hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it had great amenities. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool and hot tub were only open until dusk, so we weren't able to enjoy those.
