B&B HOTELS Park Hotel Cassano

C’était vraiment super. C’c'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. C’est d’ailleurs la raison pour laquelle je suis revenu. Vraiment top.

Manque de respect et une chambre qui donne accès à un garage Vraiment nulle

Quarto confortável e muito limpo. Armário e frigobar fazem toda diferença quando se trata de uma estadia de 3 noites.

Booked this B&B by mistake. Actually wanted the B&B in central Milan. It was a terrible experience. The hotel was very dirty. The carpet in the hallway had stains throughout. The walls were also dirty. No lifts to the The standard room. The staff doesn’t help with the luggage even when we asked. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. When we finanh checked in the staff warned that The standard room had an outdoor garage attached. Staff said “if the door leading to the outdoor garage isn’t locked we can come and lock it for you” the door wasn’t locked and the room just felt unsafe. I asked my three rooms to be moved to a room without a garage. These rooms happened to be on the opposite side of the hotel with access to a lift, staff still didn’t help with luggage. A Taxi to central Milan will cost between €60-€100. Decided to move to a different hotel in central Milan.
