Staff was not friendly. Room was dirty we needed a cab was told to stand outside and wave one down. It was raining elevator only went up so far then you have climb stairs. I don’t do stairs well. Plus very noisy. We would stay here again if was free. Telling all our friends. Don’t stay here.

Good location on la ramblas. Room was fine for a very short stay. If you prefer a more luxurious setting, then upgrade to a more expensive room. We felt the reception area would benefit from a upgrade to a more brighter entrance with more space for guests entering and leaving. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The water refilling station was a great asset and saved on buying bottled water.

There is a restaurant in the 1st floor, it does not belong to the hotel. They have music blasting until 1am, and the hotel cannot do anything about nor do they tell about this issue. If I have known about the music I would have never stay in this hotel. Stay away if you want a good night sleep. Good luck if you make the mistake on staying in this hotel

The bathroom was not as pictures, the fauner was loose and the lock on the door did not work. The extra lock was broken but they went into our room when we were not there and fixed it. The location is very central but there is constriction work outside and very noisy. The water dispenser was a very nice touch. I only stayed one night and would not stay there again.

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed midt på La Rambla. Dog ligger der en coctailbar/natklub på 1. Sal og høj musik runger gennem hele bygningen hver nat til kl 2. Kan ikke anbefale stedet, hvis ønsker at sove om natten.

This hotel is very well located and staff is helpful. However, the room is sparely furnited. They do have refillable soap and shampoo but no other toiletries. It is very close to la Boqueria, the Gothic neighborhood, las Ramblas, the cathedral and the Picasso museum. The metro station is right in front. Be careful on eating in the establiahments on Las Ramblas because some charge an additional 10% fee and are not up front about this. Also the Raval neighborhood is right accross Las Ramblas and it is not safe. The beach boardwalk is also within walking distance. There is a restaurant at this hotel which is nightclub every night. Great music but do not expect this hotel to be peaceful.

Enjoyed the Wolf Cave and made a dinner reservation for the balcony overlooking La Ramblas. Dinner was excellent but did not like the fact that people were allowed to smoke on the balcony but it seems like common practice in Spain. Enjoyed the singers. Front desk was very helpful.

Det bästa är läget. Hade gärna fått information om att tunnelbanan går under hotellet och att det är en nattklubb på första våningen som stänger kl 02:30 varje kväll i veckan. Om man är känslig för ljud ska man undvika att bo på detta hotell.

Great location with closeness to metro, restaurants, bars and the Gothic quarter. We had a room for 2 persons and the room was spacious and clean. The bad part was that walls were thin and you could hear neighbours and the music from the bar/restaurant on 1st. floor. Would not recommend for family with small kids.

The hotel is literally right in front of the Liceu metro station. You can get to and from the airport on the metro. Right on Las Ramblas and only a few blocks from many of the churches and only 1/2 a block from Mercado de la Boqueria. I had a queen room with Ramblas view, bathroom was large and everything was very clean.

Encontramos cucaracha en la habitación, estaba sucia y no es como en la foto. Mal olor en los pasillos y habitación, la cama y almohada poco cómoda. La calle frente al hotel la estan construyendo por lo que es complicado su entrada y salida. Lo que puedo destacar es que está cerca de una estación del metro y nos guardaron las maletas después del check out hasta las 24horas.

Haben Dutzende Silberfischchen im Bad gehabt, überall Kratzer an den Wänden, Klima ging leider nicht.

Homeless people were gathered outside our balcony every night doing drugs, getting into fights, being loud all night. During the day there was an ongoing construction in the area right in front and around the hotel making is very loud and noisy all day.The room smelled really bad and wasn’t clean enough.

No fridge or coffee machine. Vending machines poorly stocked and not always working. Air-conditioning did not function properly not cold but did not have controls in room so may have been set by hotel. Good soundproofing- works on Ramblas - power hammers from 8am but could hardly hear with Windows shut.

The room had no external windows. The middle of the floor was so bouncy, that we suspected there is no subfloor underneath. The door knob was so loose that we were worried it would fall off. The tub had the type of shower curtains that blew inward and clung to your body when taking a shower. Great location. Staff is friendly. Super close to the train. However, not worth the price. Maybe, 1/2 step above a hostel.

Juan at the desk was great. The room was ok. The beds were not comfortable. Every night, homeless people camped under our window and screamed so loud we could not sleep. As far as hotels go it was okay. The walls are paper thin.

Leider stark abgewohnt. Klima funktionierte leider bzw konnt nicht eingestellt werden. Betten ok, aber nicht wirklich komfortabel. Zimmer ringhörig. Empfang gut, Zimmergrösse gut. Praktisch kein Wasserstrahl in der Dusche. Location zentral. Hotel bräuchte eine Generalüberholung.

Overall the hotel is fine for a quick cheap break but if you are staying longer than a few days then you may want to look around. Hotel is dated and very basic. The rooms are tired and in great need for an upgrade. I stayed in room 212 and I would not recommend it. The bathroom is extremely small with a very narrow bath with a shower over and a small glass screen separating it from the toilet. I took a shower on my 1st morning and when I tried to turn around I touched the glass screen and it swung open far to easily causing me to tumble out of the bath and smashing my head on the solid tiled wall. Thankfully my head missed the toilet or it would have been much worse. I twisted my ankle and bruised both knees and my right shoulder. I had a massive bump on the side of my head the size of an egg. I never said anything to the hotel as I was very embarrassed. On returning to the UK a few days later the pain in my head was getting worse so I went to the Hospital and after scans and x-rays it turns out I have 2 hairline fractures of my skull. I have been home for 11 days now and still can not go back to my job driving vehicles due to the fracture. Again this hotel is ok for very short cheap stays but if it's your main vacation please treat yourselves to something better than a small basic room with a shower over the bath.

Definitely the management is saving money! Result of this: lousy internet, no a/c till the last day; nice size room and bathroom but mini closet with few hangers, no shelves, dresser, nothing to put clothes on; bathroom- same problem, missing hooks

Electrical outlets are loose, bathroom sink need to be replaced noisy, poor all round room fit& finish..desk staff does not smile, staff smoke in front of main door. We were not allowed to stay in dining room for minor computer work when no one was around 2-3:30pm, safe was not working batteries had to be replaced, safe hinge was loose. Random piece of loose carpet near dining room make it hard to roll luggage.. I see other guests with the same experience trying to roll over the carpet. Not worth the price paid for the room...

hotel staff called & got my rental car towed for parking in HOTEL PARKING. wasnt sorry about it, nor did they reimburse me. front desk staff was very rude the entire stay.

Enjoyed the Wolf Cave and made a dinner reservation for the balcony overlooking La Ramblas. Dinner was excellent but did not like the fact that people were allowed to smoke on the balcony but it seems like common practice in Spain. Enjoyed the singers. Front desk was very helpful.

O hotel fica na famosa LaRambla. Fica perto da.Plaza Catalunia onde se pode tomar os ônibus city tour, existem diversos restaurantes e pontos de comércio. A estação Liceu 3 da linha verde do metrô fica na porta do hotel, o que facilitaria muito nossos deslocamentos. Complicado chegar do aeroporto de uber e impossível solicitar um uber para voltar pois é zona de exclusão. Na média o hotel é razoável. Não tem café da manhã mas tem boas opções numa caminha de 50 metros. Quartos pequenos com banheiro com banheira. São novos/reformados e no outono não tem ar condicionado. Nosso quarto tinha uma janela que dava para uma parede interna. Peça um com vista externa.

Udemærket hotel med en central placering ud til Ramblaen. Vi havde altan ud til Rambla, hvorfor der var mere larm, men intet der ikke kunne lukkes ude ved at lukke altandøren. Aircondition og hårtørrer var et kæmpe plus. Værelset var lille, men grundet minimal ophold der, havde det ingen betydning. Ældre hotel, men meget rent og pænt. God rengøring af værelset.

The hotel is literally right in front of the Liceu metro station. You can get to and from the airport on the metro. Right on Las Ramblas and only a few blocks from many of the churches and only 1/2 a block from Mercado de la Boqueria. I had a queen room with Ramblas view, bathroom was large and everything was very clean.

Note positive: centro di Barcellona, posizione ottima, strategica per tutte le mete principali. Posizionato sulla rambla, fermata della metro lì davanti. Note negative: troppo rumore, vero che siamo sulla rambla, ma le finestre non sono ben insonorizzate, e anche tra le varie camere i rumori mi sembrano eccessivi rispetto altre strutture. Inoltre nel periodo del nostro soggiorno c’erano i lavori di cantieri per rifacimento asfalto/tubature sotto l’albergo, penso che che la struttura avrebbe dovuto avvisare in fase di prenotazione. Almeno si sa a cosa si va incontro.

Det bästa är läget. Hade gärna fått information om att tunnelbanan går under hotellet och att det är en nattklubb på första våningen som stänger kl 02:30 varje kväll i veckan. Om man är känslig för ljud ska man undvika att bo på detta hotell.

Stayed yrs ago was much better. Great location, good price. Las Rambla under major construction. The area is very noisy especially after dark and throughout the night. People in alley behind yelling either at someone or themselves. Was disappointed to be told we rented economy room. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Para el precio la habitacion esta muy limitada, no desayuno, no refrigerador, no secador de pelo, no plancha , el servicio muy limitado,,, la habitacion se ve remodelada recientemente pero ya esta con mucho maltrato en especial el baño ,, la ducha no tenia puerta, al parecer se rompio, se moja todo el piso, tapa WC en mal estado, almohadas muy viejas, el servicio del bar en el 1ro piso es fatal,. el lugar vacio y tardan mucho para atender.

Perfect hotel, everybody extremely nice and helpful, small and cozy, nice rooms, no nice even it is in the middle of the ramblas, subway entrance exactly in front of the hotel entrance. Bar restaurant super nice, with life music, breakfast. Amaizing, highly recommended!

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed midt på La Rambla. Dog ligger der en coctailbar/natklub på 1. Sal og høj musik runger gennem hele bygningen hver nat til kl 2. Kan ikke anbefale stedet, hvis ønsker at sove om natten.

This hotel is very well located and staff is helpful. However, the room is sparely furnited. They do have refillable soap and shampoo but no other toiletries. It is very close to la Boqueria, the Gothic neighborhood, las Ramblas, the cathedral and the Picasso museum. The metro station is right in front. Be careful on eating in the establiahments on Las Ramblas because some charge an additional 10% fee and are not up front about this. Also the Raval neighborhood is right accross Las Ramblas and it is not safe. The beach boardwalk is also within walking distance. There is a restaurant at this hotel which is nightclub every night. Great music but do not expect this hotel to be peaceful.

Great location with closeness to metro, restaurants, bars and the Gothic quarter. We had a room for 2 persons and the room was spacious and clean. The bad part was that walls were thin and you could hear neighbours and the music from the bar/restaurant on 1st. floor. Would not recommend for family with small kids.

The bathroom was not as pictures, the fauner was loose and the lock on the door did not work. The extra lock was broken but they went into our room when we were not there and fixed it. The location is very central but there is constriction work outside and very noisy. The water dispenser was a very nice touch. I only stayed one night and would not stay there again.

Overall the hotel is fine for a quick cheap break but if you are staying longer than a few days then you may want to look around. Hotel is dated and very basic. The rooms are tired and in great need for an upgrade. I stayed in room 212 and I would not recommend it. The bathroom is extremely small with a very narrow bath with a shower over and a small glass screen separating it from the toilet. I took a shower on my 1st morning and when I tried to turn around I touched the glass screen and it swung open far to easily causing me to tumble out of the bath and smashing my head on the solid tiled wall. Thankfully my head missed the toilet or it would have been much worse. I twisted my ankle and bruised both knees and my right shoulder. I had a massive bump on the side of my head the size of an egg. I never said anything to the hotel as I was very embarrassed. On returning to the UK a few days later the pain in my head was getting worse so I went to the Hospital and after scans and x-rays it turns out I have 2 hairline fractures of my skull. I have been home for 11 days now and still can not go back to my job driving vehicles due to the fracture. Again this hotel is ok for very short cheap stays but if it's your main vacation please treat yourselves to something better than a small basic room with a shower over the bath.
