Everything was perfect. The room was clean and very quiet. There were pets on the floor but we didn’t hear them. Be aware the hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The staff were friendly, the food was good at breakfast and the rooms were clean with good amenities, except for the lack of a place to hang clothes or drawers for clothes. The one problem for me was that the fitness Centre was a disgrace. All the equipment was broken.

The parking situation, the 2nd through 3rd night we stayed was bad, especially if returning to the hotel in the evening. Granted, there was construction being done but when dealing with a parent with mobility issues it added extra strain. The staff was nice but since their parking lot is already small and obtuse in its design it seems someone would have thought to work in smaller sections, rather than blocking off whole sides of the building to accommodate guests. The location was great, I appreciated the dog accommodation and the staff was professional.

Hotel was fine, clean rooms. Security all around and we were not told why and were a bit concerned. When asking the following morning what was going on it was explained. It would have been nice them telling us when we booked in. However with the security around it helped make us feel safe.

The place was very clean, comfortable beds. When we woke up unfortunately there were ants crawling all over us. We told the front desk and he told us that we had already paid through Expedia so the only thing he can do is notify management. Very odd response.

To be honest I was disgusted by the room. It was not clean. Remote had a mountain of dust, maggots in the corner near the bathroom. Dirty towels, bedsheets had hair on them. I even took pictures. I would never go back. For the amount I paid I was shocked at the state of the hotel. No elevator so inconvenient. When I asked for later check out was told to come tomorrow morning. When I asked for a later check out again they gave only 1 hour. I was willing to pay for a later time but they wouldn’t offer said it’s fully booked but I was able to book another night. Which makes no sense.

Arrived at the property and it felt unsafe. They had two security guards out front. Neither were welcoming and neither was the front desk staff. Very disappointing! Then We discovered live cockroaches in the room. The whole atmosphere was awful and we did not feel safe there. Way overpriced compared to other facilities.

The room was not clean the blankets and pillows had stains the heater was covered in mold would not recommend we had noise complaints but the staff ignored it and denied it when Expedia called and when I tried to speak to the manager they refused to assist and cousins provide any sort of assistance or compensation

Honestly this hotel really over delivers! The comfort level of the beds, pillows and linens is a solid 5 stars. The hotel shows wear and tear, so our expectations for comfort weren’t set super high. We all commented the next morning about how excellent the beds were and how well we all slept. The friendly staff also contributed to our excellent stay.

Over all it’s good. The only complaint I have is the tv channel selection was very limited and went off line quite a bit. Never had Netflix or prime either. I never complained to staff because it’s not their fault .

I got an upgraded room with one king and a pullout couch. You could actually see the dip the middle of the king size bed. It was that old on top of that in the middle of the World Series game at 8 PM. I lost all television channels.

The room was very spacious with a king size bed and sofa bed plus a desk area and a TV seating area.Also had a nice fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The swimming pool and hot tub were open in the morning but not when we arrived (but we got in late evening). Breakfast was included and a very good deal!

Room is relatively clean other than a hairy bathroom counter, USB receptacles that didn’t work an entry door that did not feel terribly secure and very droopy wallpaper peeling off the walls likely due to heat and humidity, but nonetheless gave the room an overall seedy feel. I’m back next weekend due to work. I sure hope the room I get is better.

Had to wait to check in while the concierge appeared to be chatting with a buddy or co-worker. During that wait, it would have been nice to be acknowledged but that wasn't the case. Once served, the clerk was polite. Upon entering our room, there was a puddle in the hearth of unknown origin. A puddle. We threw towels over it. The puddle never returned. Wifi didn't work. Ground floor room. Called front desk to report the problem and was told he'd call back after contacting maintenance. The call never came, nor did the Wifi for the duration of our stay. Beyond that, a completely average hotel. But because of the aggravations, a below average stay. Can't recommend.

Checked in after 10p.m. after being at the airport in Toronto. Got to sleep at midnight. Someone down the hall got locked out of their room at 3 a.m and was pounding on the door and swearing very loudly. No help from staff.

The room was great. Clean. Very roomy. Yhe problem came after the stay when i called because if forgot my jacket and was going to havr a friend pick it us but they wpuldnt return my call or even answer the phone anytime i tried to call. You cant get through to the front desk. Very frustrated

I had an issue with the internet when I checked in. Not the fault of the hotel. The issue is with the internet service provider. The Manager IMMEDIATELY jumped in to resolve my problem. THIS MANAGER DESERVES A LOT OF CREDIT FOR HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. OUTSTANDING!!!

The gentleman checking us in went above and beyond his duty. He tried to find us a room on main floor, but when he couldn't he carried our heavy bags up to the third floor. So friendly and happy to serve.

Breakfast was included, however lacked variety and quality. Limited cups. Orange juice was basically coloured water. Was to be ready for 6AM. Was not. Still little by 6:30 AM. Garbage outside on property had broken bags strewn about. Bit gross.

The room was clean and the mattress seemed pretty new. The parking lot was cramped, we had a hard time finding a spot. Breakfast was disappointing - the scrambled eggs were those pre-formed pucks. There was no ketchup, and the waffle batter was weird. I would theoretically stay again but it wouldn’t be a first choice.

No face towels. Sunday breakfast at 9:00 had long lineups and was empty of almost all food options. No yogurt, sausages or bacon, one serving left of scrambled eggs when I got there. Horrible coffee because of “shelf stable” fake creamers. No real cream for coffee. Real milk only available because of cereal. Although that and the syrup for waffles ran out quickly. A couple of sad apples left. I had to interrupt receptionist who was involved in a very long discussion with a disgruntled customer, to tell receptionist about the breakfast problems. She said the worker was making the missing items. People waited in a line up for a long time after that when the sole worker showed up with a little bowl of eggs, then after five to ten more minutes showed up with a little bowl of sausages and repeat. There was no where to sit, so we sat in the lobby chairs to eat our breakfast. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable with clean white linens, shower pressure was fine. Check out to get back $150 damage deposit was quick and easy. Staff were very nice people.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a busy (Thanksgiving) weekend. I noticed that there didn’t seem to be many staff around. Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking. It is billed as a full breakfast. It was more than continental, but not by much. Supplies like syrup, butter and creamers were not there, and had to be asked for. The bread and pastries were stale, as was the cut fruit salad. They should not have been put out for service. Pieces were old, and it was not appetizing at all. At the time, there was no one available to tell, unfortunately, as they were likely busy elsewhere. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was a disappointing way to end it.

We had a great stay. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Loved the convenience of walking to the Beerhouse for supper and stopped at Tim's on our walk back to hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast items were just replenished when I was pouring my coffee and the sausages were good. It was -10 outside and it was nice and cosy inside my room. I’ll stay there again.

The first hour was great I will say the beds were comfortable 322, Ice was on the our floor, Wifi was terrible needed to stand near the the door while I was on a phone call constantly knocked off on the TV, great location right off the 400 exit no elevator that would be difficult for older people Had to ask to restock the breakfast items

Room 114 is the room we stayed in last night. Room was fine but my wife who walks with two sticks found the floor quite slippy despite her sticks having bit rubber stoppers on their ends. She almost fell 2 or 3 times and felt quite vulnerable. Thank you.
