Luxurious 8 Bedroom Villa with indoor pool & sauna

Beautiful setting, rooms larger thab they appear on photos, great service, awesome spa & movie theatre. Highly recommended

Our group of ten adults couldn't fault our stay here. The villa is one of the most incredible places any of us had ever stayed, equipped with more than enough entertainment on top of magnificent views and a great location. The facilities and cleanliness were second to none. Brenda and Amanda were very helpful throughout the booking and stay, helping with recommendations and support as we needed it. We will never forget our time in Marsaskala!

We had a group of 15 ranging ages from 2 to 40s and we all enjoyed this villa. The teenagers loved the heated downstairs pool and the younger kids loved the outside pool. Plenty of seating and areas for everyone to congregate. Hosts were fantastic too.

Villa Barracuda is a very special villa with a huge wow factor. The choice of games, cinema, indoor and outdoor pools are a very special mix to keep teenagers occupied! But the view from the outdoor pool…..amazing! The whole villa is very well appointed -bathrooms, kitchen, the works. Amanda and team are so responsive. Highly recommend Villa Barracuda as a special place to stay.

Wonderful accommodation -amenities galore! Comfortably housed our family of 20. Rooftop pool view is hard to leave - highlight of the house! Large tables and plenty of chairs were a big plus for us. The independent split AC units in each room did an amazing job keep us cool during a +100°F week. Excellent elevator quickly services all 4 levels. Refrigerator space is plentiful with 3 fridges. Not having a direct walk out beach access was a bit of a bummer. We shared with the host that many of the beds could use a topper, but that may be my soft american back speaking. Overall, its a beautiful home in a quiet neighboorhood setting with plenty to offer a big group - large comfortable gathering areas...and spacious bedrooms and private areas to seak some peace and quiet. We would recommend!

The host was very nice, communication was fast. We were a group of 20, (14 adults,6 children 7yo and younger) The House is beautiful, the view stunning and the entertainment great. We could sit together or just be by ourselves and the house was big enough for that. If you really „use“ the house and live there (not just sleep in it), you‘ll notice a few thing which are not perfect. Like not enough pots&pans or no floor insulation at all. You could hear every footstep and every chair thats been pushed across the floor. We had a few notes and shared them with Amanda. She seemed really thankful and hopefully she will take action soon. Overall it was a fun family vacation and we would definetly recommend this house for large groups.

This was everything we were looking for and even after a full week we didn't feel that we had used all of the facilities as there was so much to do. The roof top infinity pool was wonderful. Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna a real luxury! As a group of 5 families with 10 teenage children we had loads of space! Thank you Amanda for all of your help and responsiveness. Couldn't have asked for more.

Outstanding property - clean and good. ( Needs some very minor maintenance - dishwasher and other small things.One addition that we would have loved was a good coffee maker. The one there is for capsules that we could not find in the area stores and there was no filter coffeemaker.) We had a wonderful time and thank God for such a great place.

Prior to arrival we arranged an online shopping order from Welbells which Amanda unpacked for us, this was highly appreciated. Lidl is 10 min drive and eurospar is 10 min walk. Plus a little shop bon bons is 2 mins walk away. We walked to masaskala and st thomas bay for dinner/drinks/ice cream. We ate in local restaurants- San Tomaso, Tal Familia and Zion. To sum up the villa:Bedrooms- all have individual air con units. 5 bedrooms have ensuite.Kitchen/lounge area - large area with enough crockery , cups, glasses etc. Useful things like bin bags , kitchen roll, spices, oil were available.Basement- indoor pool was refreshing, also fairly deep. Hot tub was fun to use. Everyone enjoyed the games room to play darts, pool and air hockey. We watched films in the cinema room and played poker in the card room. The gym was useful. Perhaps a running machine and air con would be recommended. Roof top pool was amazing, the sunrises were spectacular and the views just stunning. We used the outdoor bbq which was brillaint. We all enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the local bays, swimming shoes are recommended. We visited Valetta, Marsaxlokk and St peters pool using the Bolt app which is very easy. Amanda arranged airport minibus transfer which was seamless and good value.Our stay was super- thank you!

Amanda and Brenda couldn’t have gone above and beyond for us, the villa is absolutely stunning, it’s in a perfect location and was in the most perfect clean condition! She put us in contact with Brenda who sorted all events from private yoga, cocktail maker, ballon arch, champagne on arrival - I honestly couldn’t fault a thing! We’re so sad to have left - I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Xx

The place is amazing, great infinity pool, amazing view, very spacious, close to transportation, grocery shopping…

The villa was exactly as advertised, with photos on the website truly reflected reality. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and featured spacious, stunning common areas perfect for gathering. The view was absolutely breathtaking! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to a supermarket. Communication with the hosts was easy and friendly. A fantastic stay overall!"

We had the most amazing stay in Villa Barracuda. There were 16 of us staying there the week of my wedding and the setting of Villa Barracuda made our week even more special. The house has everything you could need and more and it exceeds the photographs. Although there were 16 of us we never felt cramped. The rooftop infinity pool was a particular highlight. Amanda was a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!

Lovely accommodation and facilities for all ages. Good positioning for accessing local areas of interests and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets and the coastline. Not overlooked

Spacious luxury villa with great view, terrace, pools and barbecue equipment. Kitchen could be little bit better equipped and beds were too hard for scandinavians.

We had 14 people from age 6 to us grandparents. The house is exceptional, view perfect, had everything we needed and more for a great family Christmas. We had talked about doing this for years as my father left Malta 101 years ago aged 8 for a new life in Australia. Highly recommend this property for a large group.

The Villa and views were unbelievable. This is a place you need to see to believe. Amanda, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and was quick to answer all of my questions prior to arrival. She also connected us with her contact at NJoy Malta, Brenda, who arranged transportation all over the island for our group of 14 and set up massages for a couple of people in our group. Both Amanda and Brenda were wonderful! They also connected us with the most amazing Chef, Matthew. We had him come for a private dinner. He created a delicious menu and was able to accommodate some of our food allergies with no issues. Thank you again for an amazing week!

It was sometimes difficult to get them to leave the property for outside excursions. Amanda of Lush Properties was an excellent host for the check in and with occasional questions. Location was quiet and with good access to an excellent beach and nearby amenities and restaurants. We could not have been happier and wholeheartedly recommend the property for large family holidays.

We stayed here as a large group of 14, we were in Malta for our friends wedding and this villa was the perfect home for the week. There is so much to do inside the villa, with everything you could possibly need. Local shops within walking distance and the views were just out of this world. Great property with more than we expected. Stunning views and great hosts. We had some trouble with the Vrbo app but this was nothing to do with the hosts. The location is in a great part of Malta and a kayak or SUP is recommended to explore the nearby caves and bays

Diese Villa ist ein Traum und bietet genug Platz für eine Großfamilie wie unsere (12 Personen). Alle 8 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet und die drei Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Genug Geschirr, so dass man das Spülen auch mal vergessen kann. Die Aussicht vom Outdoor Pool ist einmalig und verleitet einen gerne mal dazu die Zeit zu vergessen. In weniger als 2 Minuten ist man zudem direkt an einem Strandstück bei dem es zwar kein Sand gibt, aber dafür wunderschöne Salzpfannen bei denen man sich gut sonnen kann. Hier macht Schnorcheln Spaß, denn direkt unter der Wasseroberfläche findet man eine tolle Kulisse an Meeresbewohnern und Steinformationen. Die Lage ist insgesamt ruhig und man ist in nur 10-15 min. in der Innenstadt, wo es eine ganze Reihe an guten Restaurants und Kneipen gibt. Am Abend erwacht dann die Stadt zum leben. Wer nicht gerne läuft hat gleich 2 Stationen direkt vor der Haustür mit der man sowohl nach Marsaskala als auch nach Valletta kommt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns innerhalb von wenigen Minuten immer geantwortet und helfen können. Einziges Manko an einem fast tadellosen Grundstück sind die Betten, die für meinen Geschmack doch etwas zu hart sind. Hier gehen die Geschmäcker aber sicher auch auseinander. Ich kann dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und man bekommt auf jedenfalls was für sein Geld geboten.

The property was perfect for a big family get together. Even in late October/early November the rooftop pool was usable and the indoor pool was great for warming up afterwards! Parents loved the generous provision of sun loungers and quieter balcony seating areas the children loved the cinema and games rooms ( when they weren’t swimming) The open plan living area with enough seating and dining places for everyone meant our catered lunch was a big success. Amanda had recommended Manouche for a celebration cake and they were excellent as was our chef Sean from Njoy Malta, another of her recommendations. The poker room also got some grown-up use. Sant Tomas beach and Marsascala harbour were both within walking distance. My 70th birthday celebration couldn’t have been better!
