So disappointed not to have a wardrobe in my room - not even a few hooks on the wall to hang my suits / shirts . When I enquired about it at reception, I was told that ‘ my room rate does not include a wardrobe’. I travel the world on business for over 30 years and have never encountered this before . My freshly pressed shirt I took from the suitcase this morning, looked as if I slept in it . I did not air my grievance with the receptionist as it wasn’t her fault but Management should know better . I would definitely not stay again .

Hotell med stort potensial! Dårlig renhold og dårlig frokost, hyggelig ansatt!

Es sah spannend aus auf den Fotos bei Hotels.com, und wahrscheinlich war es vor 20 Jahren auch schön und spannend. Aber leider wurde ich enttäuscht, ich bin öfter in Berlin, wir werden uns sicherlich nicht wieder sehen! Kleines verschlissenes Zimmer, gänzlich ohne Sitzgelegenheit, vermutlich alter Kaugummi auf dem Kopfkissenbezug, Deckenlampe kaputt, keine Kofferablage, Bad schmutzig und vergammelt, Fön völlig verdreckt/verklebt, Handbrause ging überhaupt nicht, ich (190cm.) konnte kaum unter der dusche stehen. Das ganze Haus ist auch in einem schlechten Zustand, befleckte Sitze, notdürftig reparierte Wände, usw. Am ersten Tag war auch noch einen deutlichen Klo-Geruch im Haus. ABER....das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!

Was very excited for my stay and was disappointed- the staff were nice and helpful however the cleanliness and conditions were not up to par. Stains on the couch so i was not able to use it, chips on the wood table, makeup smeared on the phone, stains on the bed sheets and mattresses. Just gave an icky feeling overall. Be aware that the tablet used to order room service is not up to date and now has a completely different menu -you make it easier on staff to order directly from the restaurant. Again beautiful room and great people just need to update cleaning standards for the amount you pay for certain rooms i shouldnt run my finger and have it covered in dust. Nice restaurants nearby and metro stop in walking distance.
