Blue Mountains Heritage Motel

Overall our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment was good. The motel is well located and there are EV chargers in the car park. The kitchenette was adequately equipped with a fridge and microwave, cutlery, chopping board, cups and plates. A few simple things would help get a better rating. For example, the addition of a sharp cutting knife, and somewhere to hang the tea towel. Two satchels of dishwashing liquid is insufficient for a week stay, but wasn’t replenished until requested. The 2nd bedroom would benefit from a couple of hooks. The bathroom has no shelves. Cleaning each day was patchy with no more than a bare minimum. We stayed for a week and the room needed a good vacuuming midway. Front desk staff were responsive when requests were made, but really for the price these things should be routine.

this hotel is so nice and the room's so spacious <3 staff is amazing and the area is so convenient and walkable to everything :) 10/10 experience and i hope to go back

Nicely upgraded bathroom in our suite. High ceilings with crown moldings. A very pleasant historic hotel.
