Been going to this hotel for nearly twenty years, but after this last time I can say I'm not coming back. I was given the worse room I've seen in all this time, had to squeeze through the door to the bathroom cause it was so narrow it wouldn't completely open. Aircon wasn't working, instead there was a rattly fan. Trouser press broken. Sofa arm rest broken, wallpaper peeling off, smelly pillows and duvet. And for a place that used to give you every day two complentary beers and water (not anymore) now you have to request at reception even for a toilet roll or coffee supplies, as daily cleaning or restock is not the standard anymore with the excuse of environmental savings. Not really the service I was expecting for my holiday.

Great hotel and in a quiet neighborhood location close to the subway and bus system. The only issue was the shower set up. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was awkwardly situated and the shape of the tub was a concern for standing. The staff was excellent and friendly. They spoke English which was a huge relief. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the little kitchen. A short walk to the subway and bus stops. A short walk to museums and the Rhine River. I would definitely stay again. Wish we could have tried the breakfast but we were out early and enjoyed the free coffee. The parking was tight.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht. Der Preis war sofort zu bezahlen, eine Stornierung nicht möglich. Bei Anreise am Freitagabend wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer wegen eines Stromausfalls nicht zur Verfügung stünde. Uns wurde dann ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel gesucht. Im Internet stand nichts über einen Stromausfall in Bonn. Offenbar konnte der Stromausfall auch das ganze Wochenende nicht behoben werden. Wir buchen sicher nicht noch einmal.
