Came here with my brother, father, and a couple friends to watch the Packers take on the Jags.. This was the perfect spot for us as it was spacious had enough bathrooms and showers and it didn't take long to get to the neighborhoods in the city with the dining. The place was clean, had a pool table that we enjoyed and plenty of TVs for College and NFL football watching. Great for a boys weekend. Could also see my extended family staying here in the future with my kids as we were only 20 munites from downtown and 40 minutes to Jacksonville beach and St Augestine. We were able to visit all these places in one weekend. You would just need to rent a car.

Had a great stay at this lovely home. It was just as portrayed in the photos. We had wonderful family time in the 4 seasons room and loved having a pool table. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the master bedroom and large bathroom off of it. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for us to all hang out together and we all had our privacy at night. The kids especially loved the pool table and playing card games. We spent almost all of our time at the house in the beautiful sunroom. It was a nicely equipped kitchen for having some meals at home.

We were in town for my son's graduation. As such, we were looking for a place that could accommodate three families coming together so celebrate his achievement. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample sleeping quarters and the game room with the pool table and the sun room allowed everyone to spread out, but still remain connected to the happenings taking place in the living room and kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located which made shopping for meal prep (BBQ the second night in town and breakfast the morning of checkout) easy. We loved the property and would definitely book again.

The bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample sleeping quarters and the game room with the pool table and the sun room allowed everyone to spread out, but still remain connected to the happenings taking place in the living room and kitchen. Each year the women in our family get together to spend time together and bond; this property is very clean and spacious, it allowed everyone to stay together, there is plenty of space to do activities, we were able to have meals in the glassed sunroom, able to grill out; the home is just as pictured and the host, Lori, was very responsive. All check in/out information was easy to understand and check in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet with a walking trail across from the entrance. I would definitely stay here again!

This house did not disappoint! Nice big bedrooms with comfy beds and the glass patio room was just beautiful. The property is clean and very well maintained and our host was very fast to respond. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe! We were in town to attend a wedding and I recommended this property to other wedding guests who were looking for a place to stay for future visits. You can not go wrong choosing the beautiful home for your stay!

We loved our stay however , my husband and son were very disappointed. We booked this home as they both love playing pool. They were unable however to have a proper game. The room is too small for the billiard table even with the smaller cue sticks one can’t have a proper game . Perhaps it could be considered by the owners to switch the pool room with the TV area in the open kitchen sitting area. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.

The house has an amazing floorplan and is very comfortable. There is some tlc needed, attention to detail in cleanliness and organization. Most of the kitchen's utensils were not clean. It would have been nice to have screens on the windows so A/C didn't have to run constantly.

Didn't realize until once we arrived. We had rented the property before nice location. But we found it the same as before, really needed a hard cleaning (cockroaches reported) The furniture was the same old poorly functioning as earlier. Overall, nice location, but really needs to update the furniture and a heavy cleaning. We would not book the property again and appreciate property management requirements to protect against bad guests some additional comments. 1st it is not a gated community and overboard requirements on who is staying or visiting (Name, car license information). A simple review of our previous bookings should serve as to validate whether we are abiding guests.

This was a great place for us to stay and spend time with family in the Jacksonville area. Plenty of space - indoors and outdoors - for everyone to feel comfortable and part of the party without being on top of one another! We have multiple generations together and we loved our time here. Would definitely book this VRBO again. Only downfalls of this location is that there are ready available beds for 12 people based on standard beds, but anyone over 2 people requires that you pay a per day rate to have them in the house. If you have places for 12 people in standard beds in the home, it's odd that you charge for anymore than 2 people - not a standard practice for the other VRBO's we've used. Additionally, instructions upon booking were that anytime we left the house we had to turn the thermostat to 77. It was a warmer week with mid-levels of humidity and coming home to a house that had been locked up for hours at 77 degrees was not comfortable, it was very stuffy. I can't imagine coming back to the house in 90 temps and high humidity. Just know that this is one of their policies. Doable, but again, not anything I've run across before. Overall, a great place to stay and very inviting with very communicative hosts connected to coming and leaving.

The house was perfect for our family group of 10. The bunkroom was different and a great idea for younger teens. Unfortunately we breed Tall kids so they didnt fit in the bunks, but the back glass room was perfect for a slumber party instead. The kit hen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of towels and bedding and blankets also. The owner is very responsive and personable. The house was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The neighborhood is beautiful and very close to everything.

The house was very nice. Lots of room and clean. Host was very responsive. TV instructions could be improved for the nontechy old folks. Only other issue for me would be to list a price and be done with it. The house can serve 14, I don't want to check back with updates if someone cancels or someone adds on as long as we are within the parameters of the house. I got a large home so we could accommodate last minute changes. There seemed to be concern of having a party. 14 friends at a vacation rental = party! I have never been disrespectful of anyone's home and would not have guests that were. I have had my own VRBO in the past for several years and understand how it is with renters. Again, host very responsive and house nice. Thank you!!
The house was very nice. Lots of room and clean. Host was very responsive. TV instructions could be improved for the nontechy old folks. Only other issue for me would be to list a price and be done with it. The house can serve 14, I don't want to check back with updates if someone cancels or someone adds on as long as we are within the parameters of the house. I got a large home so we could accommodate last minute changes. There seemed to be concern of having a party. 14 friends at a vacation rental = party! I have never been disrespectful of anyone's home and would not have guests that were. I have had my own VRBO in the past for several years and understand how it is with renters. Again, host very responsive and house nice. Thank you!!

We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives but the other ones had to stay at the relatives home that lives in Jacksonville. I was also told that other guest can not have access to the property if 20.00 wasn’t received which kind of threw us off on family dinners that we planned. I reviewed the host policy only confusion after the 20.00 paid on each guest that was staying overnight was that the ones that was able to be on the property….by ready the policy I assume the other ones can be considered visitors before we made plans for dinner I contacted the host just to confirm can we have visitors she stated all guest had to pay. We had no problem with this BUT the issues driving back and forth to relative home. We really didn’t get a chance to enjoy this beautiful home because the days we were there we got up and went straight to family home and got back in late so mainly we booked just to sleep. The property was awesome however the Host lied about a few things and tried to charge me extra. First, it doesn't specifically state that you are charged per person. The house sleeps 14 if you are gonna gave 14 make it clear up front so u can get the true total. If not you will be charged extra. I received an email from the host saying that we broke items and left trash in the home. All lies there was a lot of trash , yes but it was all bagged up and put outside. No trash was left in the home. The host also said we bleached their towels and tried to charge us. Those were our trowels that we forgot at the property. The host said we broke a picture that I found out later was previously glued. I dont mind paying for anything we damaged but we didnt damage anything. We pay a cleaning fee then the host is mad they have to clean some things??? But overall its a beautiful home! Host needs to calm down a little.

This home is fantastic! If you ever have the chance to stay here, I highly recommend it. Lori (host) is a quick communicator and very accommodating. The location is peaceful and close to many eateries and shops. We had 5 adults share this space; we each had our own comfortable rooms for privacy during the quiet hours and great choices between the sun room, dining room, living rooms and pool table room to enjoy each others company. Incredibly spacious, comfortable and clean.

This was a great place for us to stay and spend time with family in the Jacksonville area. Plenty of space - indoors and outdoors - for everyone to feel comfortable and part of the party without being on top of one another! We have multiple generations together and we loved our time here. Would definitely book this VRBO again. Only downfalls of this location is that there are ready available beds for 12 people based on standard beds, but anyone over 2 people requires that you pay a per day rate to have them in the house. If you have places for 12 people in standard beds in the home, it's odd that you charge for anymore than 2 people - not a standard practice for the other VRBO's we've used. Additionally, instructions upon booking were that anytime we left the house we had to turn the thermostat to 77. It was a warmer week with mid-levels of humidity and coming home to a house that had been locked up for hours at 77 degrees was not comfortable, it was very stuffy. I can't imagine coming back to the house in 90 temps and high humidity. Just know that this is one of their policies. Doable, but again, not anything I've run across before. Overall, a great place to stay and very inviting with very communicative hosts connected to coming and leaving.

This house did not disappoint! Nice big bedrooms with comfy beds and the glass patio room was just beautiful. The property is clean and very well maintained and our host was very fast to respond. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe! We were in town to attend a wedding and I recommended this property to other wedding guests who were looking for a place to stay for future visits. You can not go wrong choosing the beautiful home for your stay!

There were 7 of us in our party, all adults. We never felt cramped. This house has plenty of room where you can all have your own space to relax but also come together for games and such. The bedrooms were spacious as was the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the dishes/pans/etc. we needed. The patio is GORGEOUS! Everything was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and our host left bottled waters and a few snacks in the basket which was a lovely touch. Host was very communicative, even calling a few days prior to remind me of the information she still needed (car and visitor info, I had forgotten). I can’t recommend this place enough. We were a short 30 minute drive to the heart of Jacksonville. The neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Came here with my brother, father, and a couple friends to watch the Packers take on the Jags.. This was the perfect spot for us as it was spacious had enough bathrooms and showers and it didn't take long to get to the neighborhoods in the city with the dining. The place was clean, had a pool table that we enjoyed and plenty of TVs for College and NFL football watching. Great for a boys weekend. Could also see my extended family staying here in the future with my kids as we were only 20 munites from downtown and 40 minutes to Jacksonville beach and St Augestine. We were able to visit all these places in one weekend. You would just need to rent a car.

We were in town for my son's graduation. As such, we were looking for a place that could accommodate three families coming together so celebrate his achievement. We had a wonderful stay!! We were in town for a busy weekend attending a friends wedding. During our down time, all ten of us were very comfortable. It was nice having plenty of room to relax in between coming and going. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed getting up early and walking on the paved path just outside the community. Definitely an added bonus! Thank you for having us!!

The house has an amazing floorplan and is very comfortable. There is some tlc needed, attention to detail in cleanliness and organization. Most of the kitchen's utensils were not clean. It would have been nice to have screens on the windows so A/C didn't have to run constantly.

Had a great stay at this lovely home. It was just as portrayed in the photos. We had wonderful family time in the 4 seasons room and loved having a pool table. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the master bedroom and large bathroom off of it. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for us to all hang out together and we all had our privacy at night. The kids especially loved the pool table and playing card games. We spent almost all of our time at the house in the beautiful sunroom. It was a nicely equipped kitchen for having some meals at home.

The house was perfect for our family group of 10. The bunkroom was different and a great idea for younger teens. Unfortunately we breed Tall kids so they didnt fit in the bunks, but the back glass room was perfect for a slumber party instead. The kit hen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of towels and bedding and blankets also. The owner is very responsive and personable. The house was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The neighborhood is beautiful and very close to everything.

What an incredible stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better home.My wife and I came to visit our son and grandson, and this was the perfect home base for our family time. We ended up spending most of our trip just relaxing at the house, and it was honestly one of the best parts of the visit.The home is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood and feels very spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils—everything we needed to make meals easy and enjoyable. The glass room was our favorite spot; it’s beautifully set up for relaxing, chatting, or just enjoying watching the grandson play. The bedrooms are all sized well, giving just the 4 of us plenty of space to spread out and have some privacy.Lori, the host, was outstanding. She was responsive and accommodating from the first message and on. Her communication and helpfulness made the whole experience feel effortless.The only small note we’d mention is that the billiard room is more decorative than functional for serious play. As avid, competitive pool players, we found the space and balls were not up to real play, but we still had fun knocking a few balls around and even joked that the short stick might have improved my game! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home in a great location. Close to groceries, convenience stores, and everything else you need.
