The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were healthy and she provided lots of restaurant options. The house was immaculate with beautiful woodworking inside and a large inviting porch. The Ferry to Pelee island is around the corner and Point Pelee is very close. Leamington is a vibrant town and has a beautiful waterfront.

This is a beautiful home. I enjoyed the lovely attic for meditation and yoga and the nice soaker tub! Coffee, water and breakfast were readily available and there were little extras like wine glasses and a first aid kit for convenience. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Shelby and family very welcoming. We booked the suite which was luxurious…..beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.,…the home has an historical and friendly feel to it,

I decided the drive to Leamington to watch my son play Junior Hockey (he plays for Buffalo) and I booked a room at HoriZen at the very last minute. Everything from check-in to my room and amazing bathroom to the breakfast was really spectacular. I even took advantage of the weighted blanket in the hallway (there were two near the coffee station upstairs!!). My room/bathroom was exactly like the photos and the BNB was literally 4 minutes from the rink. i also really appreciate the gluten free/dairy free options at the free breakfast. Just outstanding. I only stayed overnight so I wasn’t able to explore the area at all. Hoping to return and if so, I will definitely book HoriZen.

The room and common spaces were very thoughtfully laid out, there was even an emergency kit in the hallway and lotion. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to check out the yoga space, so I’ll just have to come back in the near future ! Thanks for a lovely stay, Shelby, we enjoyed the beautiful room and space.

Shelby did a great job of setting everything up that a guest could possibly need. From a water cooler and small fridge near the bedrooms, to an extremely well-equipped kitchen, to a very comfortable TV room/lounge, to a yoga room loft, everything was meticulously planned. The whole experience was truly “Zen”. Thank you, Shelby, for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back should we be in the area again.

Came from the U.S. to spend some time in Ontario and go to their wineries! Everything was very comfortable. Things were quiet all day and night. I was able to sleep very well in our nice clean bed. I liked how everything was locked with a code to get in for safety. No stress checking in or out.

We had the miracle suite. It was beautifully appointed with comfortable bed, and a big private bathroom with walk in shower. Good continental breakfast. Close to amenities and attractions!

Shelby was very pleasant to deal with. A on all categories except for maybe the location which is located on a fairly busy roadway. Beautiful beach though within minutes walk away. Thanks HoriZen for a wonderful stay.

The house has beautiful woodwork and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is convenient to town and parks. Shelby is a great host and pays close attention to the details. The continental breakfast has many options including delicious cinnamon rolls.

My room/bathroom was exactly like the photos and the BNB was literally 4 minutes from the rink. i also really appreciate the gluten free/dairy free options at the free breakfast. Just outstanding. I only stayed overnight so I wasn’t able to explore the area at all. Hoping to return and if so, I will definitely book HoriZen.

Shelby was very pleasant to deal with. A on all categories except for maybe the location which is located on a fairly busy roadway. Beautiful beach though within minutes walk away. Thanks HoriZen for a wonderful stay.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were healthy and she provided lots of restaurant options. The house was immaculate with beautiful woodworking inside and a large inviting porch. The Ferry to Pelee island is around the corner and Point Pelee is very close. Leamington is a vibrant town and has a beautiful waterfront.

This is a beautiful home. I enjoyed the lovely attic for meditation and yoga and the nice soaker tub! Coffee, water and breakfast were readily available and there were little extras like wine glasses and a first aid kit for convenience. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Shelby and family very welcoming. We booked the suite which was luxurious…..beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.,…the home has an historical and friendly feel to it,

I decided the drive to Leamington to watch my son play Junior Hockey (he plays for Buffalo) and I booked a room at HoriZen at the very last minute. Everything from check-in to my room and amazing bathroom to the breakfast was really spectacular. Super cute and very clean!! Check in was a breeze and the continental breakfast even included gluten free and dairy free options. The pride of ownership in this B&B is very evident. Would definitely stay here again!!

We greatly enjoyed our time here! Room was spacious, clean, and the oversized shower was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and there was a convenient water refill station on the second floor in addition to a microwave and breakfast station on the bottom floor. The property is close to Point Pelee National Park and there is ample parking. Was perfect for participating in the Festival of Birds, getting to Kingsville, and close to Leamington restaurants. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The place is very clean and at night it’s quiet. However, because of the construction on the street, we weren’t able to rest in the morning like we had expected, as there was too much noise and the house was shaking. Had we known it was going to be like this, we would not have booked this place.

This was a lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, ultra clean and had a little gratitude practice available to guests. While the bed and breakfast is self serve, the complementary items were healthy, easy and convenient. This is a lovely place with a lot of thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Leamington Ontario.
