Our stay was good. We had some incredible steaks from the pub next door for dinner. Amenities need to be better maintained. Like our taps dripped, handle fell off, curtain off the rod. I left a list of about 4 things. Beds were comfortable though and the room was clean. We used the gym which was ok, but needed some maintenance and upgrading of the equipment. We had the buffet breakfast which was great and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We stay here each year on our way to the snow. It’s super convenient. We were placed in a room this time in a block with a tourist group. The group were up at 5am and drained all the hot water so we had none. Very lovely front desk staff who offered us another room to shower in bit the room smelt terrible.

Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The room was dirty Blankets were dirty and smelly Cockroach and spiders in the room TV full of dust and wasn’t functioning No kettle No glass for drinking Fridge was empty Internet not working Beds squeaky Empty bottle and tissues under the bed from previous guest Mattresses extremely uncomfortable The door had gap and all night the room was freezing due to air flowing from the gaps First night somehow we managed till morning. We put the sign to make our room came back at 8pm the room was unit touched We booked for 2 nights but ended up vacating the property at 8:30pm in the middle of the night. Our holiday turned into a complete disaster I demand full refund of our 2 night stay if not received I will be complaining to fair trade

Nice facility, spread out room blocks in bush setting. Room was clean and suitable for 2 day visit. Although wifi was very weak and not useful, hot water system not very hot ( barely Luke warm). Parking for our building got full real quick but were able to park on other side of facilities acceptable. Walls were paper thin and could conversations from rooms either side of ours. Nice facility and would consider next time in Canberra.

We have stayed here often and it has always seen better days. It's always been cheap and a good breakfast so that balanced it out. This time was probably the last time we stay there. The Wifi doesn't reach the rooms if you can even join. It's been like that the last few times we stayed there. The rooms need a good solid clean. The maintenance needs to be completed not just spot fixed. The facilities need a refresh or removal. The breakfast now doesn't redeem the other faults of the property anymore and is subpar. The buffet is basic which is fine but the quality just isn't there. The staff are all pleasant but defensive of the properties faults rather than problem solvers. If it's cheap enough we would stay there again.

The Sharon check make you feel like you are an inconvenience and do nothing to even try and give you a good experience. Despite the fact I mentioned we have stayed numerous times. On this occasion I was deeply disappointed.

Our room was not ready, even after arring 1.5hrs after check in time, then were asked to wait another 30mins. Then the restaurant was not aware that our breakfast was included in the rate we paid. Only 2 out of 5 of us decided to eat there anyway, as the buffet looked quite processed and pathetic. We stay at Ibis hotels often and never have an issue. This was a terrible Ibis. Rooms were old and tatty. Our tv remote didnt work. We could only turn the tv on using the buttons on the actual tv. Then couldnt change the channel as the channel buttons were broken. Lighting was poor and curtains half hanging off track. Worst Ibis ever, sorry.

We requested a baby cot upon our booking and called the property to confirm our request and booking (ps: they dont respond on messages and voicemail, and took me 2hrs to get ahold of them via phone) and they confirmed that we had a cot prepared for our room already. Upon checking in (check in was quick!) we realised the cot isn’t in our room hence we called via the room phone but it was not working! Just kept on going to the receptionist voicemail~ which they never responded to. Hence we needed to walk all the way back to the reception, just for them to give us a heavy baby cot for us to carry back and prepare ourselves! When we got back to our room and tried to set it up, they gave us a broken one. We travelled 5hrs, and just wanted to rest but theres too much inconvenience in the property such as empty shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dirty stained linens, etc. They also dont have guest personal amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Booked as a fatigue management stop when travelling to Melbourne due ro 24hr check in. Called when returning from Melbourne to confirm room and infrom about midnight arrival. Got to hotel at 1145pm, after a slight delay i got the code to the keysafe via the intercom call. Proceded to the room only to find it was not cleaned from previous stay. Bed sheets were dirty, used towels in shower, bin full of rubbish and dirty cups near the TV. Called the reception number and was told that they will call someone to assist and they would call back in 10min. 20min later with no return call I called back and got someone else, they informed me that they could not reach anyone and they would call back in 10min. No return call, rang again with no luck, found out I was speaking to a message service that had no authority or power to assist. During this process a security car arrived and did not say anything before driving off. After an hour with no luck of checking in to a clean room we left and found another property at 1am to check in to. Contacted Expedia to cancel room and during this process the Expedia agent called the hotel to try and resolve this for me and he was told nothing could be done until 7am. So much for 24hr check in. At 1030am the next day I got a phone call from the housekeeping supervisor apologising for the issues the previous night and she was going to follow up and offer a refund. I am very dissapointed and will not be choosing to stay at any accor hotels aga

The Accommodation is nice and in green belt but 10-15 km away from town. If you don't have own car it will be more expansive to reach choice food preferences and down town lively life. The staff is polite and helpful.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights during our trip to Canberra. The room was presented in a clean & neat condition. We had also requested for a microwave in our room which they kindly obliged. There is a lot of greenery around the rooms which adds to the serenity. There is a play area for kids & a pool which was great to relax. All tourist attractions & supermarkets are only about 10-15 mins drive from the place. Staff at the reception could be a bit more cheerful.

Bedding was awesome!! Mattress was great for a fussy me! Rooms was acceptable. Lots of bugs at night - white lights attracted lots of big flying bugs. Suggest booking directly as direct booking price is $143 but with Expedia it’s $247 per night! The place is away from Canberra city - 20 minute drive! Quiet area. Front reception old lady was not very friendly and very limiting in communication. In the morning the young lady was fantastic.

Well appointed motel room with all you'd expect of a high quality brand. Amused at his life the extractor fan in the bathroom was BUT it worked really well so no streamed up mirrors. Quite a big spread out complex but very quiet. Great budget breakfast at a good price if you book it with your room. Happy with the price and bring only a few kms from the city CBD was no inconvenience.

The hotel is nice overall, but the breakfast buffet could be improved. The service and food options need enhancement, including better coffee options for those who can drink full milk. It seems the old coffee machine either doesn't work, staff are unwilling to use it, or they don't know how to make coffee properly. Also, the bed liner is for summer and the beds are cold with no blankets in the wardrobe.

Although the hotel was said to be 7km out of town, I would say it was nearer 20, it was also advertised as having a bar & restaurant. This was closed on a Sunday & Monday. Otherwise facilities were quite good.

Staff are great.internet could be better and more washing machines and dryers other then one of each as there are alot of rooms in the park. room's a pretty clean the front staff were amazing as we had a situation that was handed by the front staff and management straight away so service was great we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Ibis Styles was comfortable overall, and the staff were very cooperative. The property itself is in a beautiful location, and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Ample parking was available, though it is worth noting that the concrete was quite broken, which caused some inconvenience.
