Hotel Imperial Laguna Faranda Cancún

Buena relación precio - calidad. Es barato y pues le falta mantenimiento. Pero en general es cómodo. Muy buena actitud del personal. Buen wifi. Bien AC, alberca funcional. Urna ubicación. Bonita área de alberca.

I placed a complaint about this property upon arrival as it did not have hot water, the pool was not in service and the safe did not lock. The staff were helpful and friendly

Le falta un poco de modernización, pero está hermoso y muy agradable, sobre todo las áreas verdes y la alberca con vista a la laguna.

La propiedad está en un buen lugar una bonita vista pero si está todo tirado al rededor de la propiedad muchas hojas tiradas le faltas cuida a los jardines las mesitas afuera del jardín muy descuidadas en la alberca ya no dejan seguir nadando después de las 7 de la noches solo el desayuno está muy pobre le falta más variedad no tiene restauran para comer y más servicios mis toallas no las cambiaron eran las mismas que utilizamos si les falta mucho que mejorar el haitr acondicionado no jalaba bien

Ojo por que no hay mucho estacionamiento

Le falta lugar de estacionamiento y por fuera en las paredes necesitan una pintada

Older but well kept property with a nice pool, dock, and nice views. The staff is 1st class. I got the service you would expect in expensive hotels.

EN GENERAL BIEN, EL JARDÍN Y LA ALBERCA MUY AGRADABLES, EN LA RECAMARA HABÍA UNA FUGA DE AGUA EN EL LAVABO. LAS CAMAS COMODAS. LA LIMPIEZA EN LAS HABITACIONES Y EL HOTEL BIEN.

Poucas mesas para os hóspedes comerem durante o café da manhã. Poucas tomadas no quarto, e uma delas, infelizmente, parecia estar com a voltagem desregulada, queimando nosso adaptador de tomada. O hotel fica em uma excelente localização, e a área da piscina é incrível.

Quarto low budget em Cancun, no inicio da zona hoteleira. Em tempos deve ter sido um grande hotel antes dos mega hoteis terem sido construidos. Nota-se a idade. Mas serve o propósito. Limpo, confortável, sem luxos. Apesar de ter piscina, não comprem a pensar nela. Só serve para a foto, mesmo. Se procuram um quarto barato nesta zona, sem duvida que é uma opção. Autocarro R1 e R2 pararam a 3m a pé.

DO NOT stay here. There were bugs in the room, looked like bed bug stained mattress - we couldn’t see any live ones but were not certain there weren’t any - and mould on the mattress. The patio door did not lock or close fully, the safe didn’t even have a lock on it. The door to the room didn’t have a manual internal lock and there was enough space to see through to the hallway through the door - I’m surprised no one tried to break in. There was also some kind of rave all night through till the next late morning from somewhere nearby (maybe across the water) and it was so loud and the bass was shaking our room. Hardly slept. Worth spending more money elsewhere.

Las habitaciones sucias y llenas de cucarachas, las sabanas sucias, no hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones, el personal es grosero y no resuelven ninguna situación o complicacion, una de las camas estaba rota de la base habitaciones muy oscuras

Sucia los baños todo sucio está viejo no tiene mantenimiento mal olor sucias las camas pésimo todo

Not even a soap, you easily hear people talking, from other rooms super messy, beds are small, I could smell someone was smoking, not a shampoo, the washrrom was dirty, I would never stay here even for free.

Las instalaciones son suoremamente antiguas , las habitaciones tienen olor a humedad todo el tiempo, las toallas se encontraban sucias , el aire acondicionado no enfria y suena toda la noche , la ducha y el baño tenia la pared con hongos y manchadas las paredes , No lo recomiendo y Ojala puedan reformar las mismas

The plumbing on the property was terrible. We were told not to put toliet tissue in toliet because it would get clogged. The mattress was soiled with some nasty unknown substance. The staff was nice and very helpful with information about activities to do in Cancun. No phones in the rooms for the guests to use. The bed didn't have fitted sheets put on the mattresses just regular sheets and no spreads to keep you warm. The breakfast wasn't real breakfast just cereal, milk and orange juice.

We were giving a room COVERED in mold. Literally mold on the walls and ceiling. Disgusting. The staff was nice enough to change our rooms. Unfortunately the AC was leaking and the water ran down the room so wasn’t a nice feeling walking around feeling the water on my feet in the middle of the night. Area is very dark and you can hear noise from other rooms and noise from across the lagoon ALL NIGHT LONG. Very unpleased with our stay. Do not recommend and would definitely suggest just paying the extra you need to for a nicer hotel, even if it’s just $30-$50, DO IT and do not stay here.

Rooms are outdated and the hallway noise is terrible....everything echoes on the marble floors and you hear everything all night long.

Shower in the bathroom doesn’t work properly.

I only stayed there because it was close to the nightclubs. It’s in terrible condition sink was broken, bedsheets stained, hard beds, horrible smell.

The property was good in that the pool and water view were nice. But the inside of the rooms smelled strongly of mold/mildew. The showers were massively underpowered and not cleaned much, just the floors and walls, rather than the actual shower head. The toilet didnt flush properly at all, I got lucky to get anything to actually flush twice out of five days of regular use. The overall care to the doors and furniture is okay, the frame of the main door to the hotel room shifted out of place if you pulled on the door, but not quite to the point where it broke open. There was also a random door that looked like it had been pried open before, but it was locked and I could not know what was behind it. Finally, when arriving, we were sent to a room right next to the lobby and front door, which had two beds instead of the one bed we asked for, and it wasn't cleaned yet at all. Beer cans and bottles were strewn about and the beds hadn't been made at all. They did respond quickly with that but the service man didn't even say anything about it, he just walked in, looked at it, clicked his tongue in disappointment, and led us to another room that was suitable. Didn't mention anything about it like apologizing once. Otherwise the response from everyone in the building was proper and cordial. It seemed the service for our room to replenish everything was on an every other day basis as well. Wasn't a big deal for us, but just a good detail.

It’s cheap but you pay for what you get. In the bathroom there was a leak underneath the faucet. There were cracks on the walls. I had also paid for a balcony thinking I was going to have a great view and I got a first floor room to view to nothing. You also have to pay taxes when you check in. The cleaning is not that good either. It could’ve been better.

No hanger in bathroom while taps and shower are too old and needs replacement. Mold smell. Air Conditioner in very good condition

Great location, no expensive. No hot water, but not needed. Use the bus not need rental car

Awful customer service and unreachable by phone. I reached out to the hotel 1.5 weeks before my stay to change my check in date because I had to change my flight and saw they had 8 rooms available for the new date. Me, my friend, and Expedia tried to call many times and they never picked up the phone (at least 6 different calls). They were not helpful via messages and gave me the runaround giving me excuses like changes cannot be made via messaging or phone - only by an email from Expedia to a specific email address they would not provide me and told me I could not send myself. Expedia sent the email 4 days before my check in date with no response. I followed up 2 days later. Finally got an email the day before my check in date that they do not have rooms available lol. It is a small hotel - they could have made the change via messages but clearly did not feel like accommodating because someone via message told me they had even spoken to the reservations person directly.

The staff is very rude. They wanted to charge me to let a friend in my room 55 dollars just to hang out. Even though the room was for 4 people.. they said it had to be added on the reservation. If you meet someone and you want to brig then to your room better forget it. The stuff were super rude. I will never stay there again

Muy céntrico con lugares y opciones para comer. El staff muy atento y el desayuno muy rico. Muy limpio y tranquilo!

Nice staff and clean rooms

Horrible, reporte el refrigerador sin conectar al recepcionista nocturno varias veces mi esposa y yo no dijo enseguida subo , nunca lo hizo, le pedí que por favor revisara la puerta a la terraza, me dijo enseguida voy, nunca acudió, nos veía no como huéspedes no no hacía caso nos ignoraba , mucha prepotencia, la repisa se calló, el cuarto tenía cucarachas por todos lados, las paredes sucias, no hicieron el aseo, terrible nuestra estancia en este hotel, no sabría cómo decir no es recomendable, pasmos una noche terrorífica teníamos reservación de dos habitaciones tres noches al amanecer dejamos ese terrible lugar perdimos dos noches , no pudimos sobrevivir masque una noche.

We were given the wrong rooms and the rooms had toilets that were not functioning & air conditioning was broken. The staff member at the time denied that he gave us the wrong room & refused any refund.

Gammalt hotell och igen hållbarhet. Utsikt är fint, mot sjön. Det går att promenera till strand, de tar kanske 15 minuter.

Preço ótimo. Localização melhor ainda. Da pra ir pro centro e pra praia fórum ape se quiser.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. Habitación limpia cama confortable, personal servicial. La ubicación está muy bien, a solo 300 metros de la parada de los buses de la ruta 1 y ruta 2 en los cuales se puede recorrer la zona hotelera y el centro de Cancún.

In pictures you can see beautiful sights but when you are there it’s different, the walls, doors are old, need repairing, sink in bath falling, it’s missing an table or hungers for your clothes, and this property don’t have restaurant

Me hospedé dos noches y los dos días que pude ir al desayuno continental eran las 9am y ya no había solo café, cereal y leche! Cabe aclarar que es de 7-10am y ya no se rellenan, y lo que se ofrece es café, lecha, jugo, agua, té, pan dulce, pan Bimbo, mermelada, cereales y parece q fruta pero nunca alcanzamos. estacionamiento es limitado, si hay unos 7 cajones se me hacen muchos pero de esos 3 mencionaron que son para los dueños aunq la zona es segura caminamos por la noche y todo bien, la TV el último día ya no prendía, la puerta del baño de la regadera no tenía seguro, y siempre olía mal el baño supongo por la humedad no se, aunq esta un poco descuidado el hotel mi estancia en general fue buena, me adapte, pero si es necesario recalcar lo malo,

Não foi o que reservei, o hotel era um lixo, velho, quarto antigo com bancada da pia de inox, todos os moveis da puscina, rasgados, o cafe da manhã, parecia um puleiro, cheio de graos de ceral espalhados pela bancada e pelo chao, alem da péssima qualidade, 3 tipos de cereal, meia duzia de fatia de pão de forma, e sache de ketchup, não tinha um queijo, um oao descenrw, nada, além disso, prato e copo de papel, apenas 3 mesas com 3 cadeiras em casa, de forma que ficamos esperand em pe com orato na mao antigo com p
