We enjoyed everything about the home. There were family ranging from 5 - 68. Plenty of parking even with our Canada family staying in their motorhome. Per Todds approval. Stayed up laughing and talking till at least 1:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday. My teenage Granddaughters loved the hot tub. The kitchen was roomy with plenty of bowls, silverware etc...and 3 women cooking for a potluck at another family's rental. It's a 5 star for sure!! Thank you Todd.

The house met all of our needs. We came to the area for our son’s wedding and had several cars since people were coming from different directions and/or at different times. The driveway accommodated all of the vehicles and the house easily held 7 adults. The house was clean and ready when we arrived and we appreciated the 11:00 am check out time so we did not feel rushed leaving. We would definitely stay again.

It was wonderful working with Todd, and the house was perfect for a family vacation bringing our adult children and grandchildren together from 4 states! The house is set up with everything for an infant which made travel so much easier. The screened porch was liovely in the mornings and the fire pit was a great place to gather at the end of the day! Our stay was so comfortable and it felt like we were at home We would love to go back again - it was just what we were looking for!!

The house and grounds were great! We had family and friends with us as we took care of final preparations for our daughter's wedding. We used the fire pit, grill, and hot tub outside, and took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and wet bar inside. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, and having 3 full baths was wonderful. The owner (Todd) was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We are 3 couples that get together every Labor Day weekend. This was our 3rd visit to this area and this was by far our best rental. The attention to detail was great. Loved all of the bedrooms, the great room, hot tub, kitchen, fire pit and the bikes. The house was very clean and the kitchen. Well stocked . About a 30 minute walk into town and a 15 minute easy bike ride. We would define rent this home again!

Communication with property manager and check-in process was great. Location is a quick 10 minute drive to Saugatuck and unit was a great size for our family group. House was relatively clean but dining table is sticky (probably needs to be refinished), we did find some popcorn on the floor and a water bottle under living room chair. Kitchen was fantastic with adequate silverware, plates, serving bowls and pots/pans for large group but we did need to purchase a couple of serving spoons. Drink fridge was a bonus for extra beverages. Screened in back porch is a perfect venue for morning coffee and family chats but the seat cushions are worn and need replacing. Bedrooms are comfortable with extra blankets, but carpets are worn and need replacing. Basement was extremely damp despite the dehumidifier continuously running. Wi-Fi is good with 5G service and included Bluetooth speakers in the living room. We used the gas grill for three meals but it’s a bit dirty and needs cleaning. Fire pit is nice for evening fires with s’mores. Spacious backyard is great for family games and hot tub was clean and easy to use. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for 12 people. But bring your own beach towels. Five bikes are available in the garage, but all are quite rickety and difficult to ride. There’s also a cooler and some beach chairs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental property for larger groups who need adequate sleeping quarters and bathrooms.

The space was perfect for multiple families with bedrooms on first floor and basement. Backyard is beautiful. We loved the pool table. Instructions for things are clear and the owner is wonderful and easy to communicate with. We visited Holland, South Haven, and Saugatuck, so the central location was perfect! Neighborhood was beautiful for walking and could walk to the ice cream shop! Loved the dunes ride down the road! Only “complaint” was that the basement was freezing, so we turned the air off. Well-stocked all around for the home (kitchen, toilet paper, towels, blankets, detergents, etc.) Always nice when you don’t have to worry about those things!

We stayed here for a family event in Holland. We had ten adults from 18-82. There is space for people to spread out and participate in different activities. The big table is great for board games and puzzles. Easy to have one group at the dining table, others in the living room, a couple of people playing pool, and others watching football in the family room. It was snowy, so we didn't use the hot tub or fire pit. We did enjoy the gas fireplace. The location was only 10 minutes from my dad's house on the south side of Holland.

We traveled to Saugatuck to attend our son's wedding and booked the Porch Swing property for lodging. The home was clean and bright and full of enjoyable amenities. Owner Todd was helpful with both checking into the home along with our departure. We plan on returning to Saugatuck again next year and hope to secure the Porch Swing home for our trip.

Our group had a great time staying at porch swing. The house was very clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect for a girls weekend in Saugatuck/Holland. Todd was a great host and was quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Came to town for an event in Holland. Todd’s property is an absolutely perfect location if you want to visit Holland or Saugatuck/Douglas. Todd answered any questions we had and was always willing to help. Home is spacious enough for multiple family's and is incredibly clean. We enjoyed our time at this house and will definitely be back!

Nice property, clean and well equipped. The only issues were spotty internet and the master bedroom bed did not have sheets or pillow cases, Would recommend this property for large families. We used the property as a base for golfing, 7 older adults.

Porch Swing was clean and comfortable; a perfect location for our wedding weekend. Close to Saugatuck village, close to Felt Estate, minutes to Holland. Our group of 9 had a comfortable, quite stay. A couple restaurants, a mini market/gas station, and a day-pass gym were located near the house. We had a wonderful visit!

We were happy with the property, the location and the host. We had 10 people (2 grandparents, 2 daughters and their husbands and 4 grandsons. The five bedrooms were perfect for our group. The back yard was fun for games, camping and hot tub. Only one concern: the internet was spotty. That wasn't a problem for us but if someone rented the property and wanted to do some remote work, I think they would have a problem.

Wi-Fi is good with 5G service and included Bluetooth speakers in the living room. We used the gas grill for three meals but it’s a bit dirty and needs cleaning. Fire pit is nice for evening fires with s’mores. Spacious backyard is great for family games and hot tub was clean and easy to use. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for 12 people. But bring your own beach towels. Five bikes are available in the garage, but all are quite rickety and difficult to ride. There’s also a cooler and some beach chairs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental property for larger groups who need adequate sleeping quarters and bathrooms.

The big table is great for board games and puzzles. We are just back from a delightful 4 night stay over New Year's Eve at the Porch Swing house. From the start, Todd was so easy to communicate with. He was happy to try to get us in the house early to accommodate a nap time and let us stay a bit late on check out day to continue to enjoy the area. There were two families staying there with kids aged 5-12. All had a blast. The house was well appointed with every kitchen gadget, serving platter, and dish you might need to feed 3 meals a day to 9 people. All enjoyed the pool table, yard, fire pit, and hot tub. Our group easily fit comfortably both with sleeping arrangements and for hanging out either on the main floor or downstairs in the Rec room. We all enjoyed a hike at the state park where the kids went sledding on both the snow and the dunes, a trip into downtown Saugatuck, a 45 min drive to go tubing, and extra time just hanging out at the house.

We loved our stay in Saugatuck! And we especially loved this house! As a group of six friends from college, this house was perfect for us! The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Todd was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful to us! We also loved the location! It was close to the Dune Rides, the interstate, and not far from downtown. It was wonderful working with Todd, and the house was perfect for a family vacation bringing our adult children and grandchildren together from 4 states! The house is set up with everything for an infant which made travel so much easier. The screened porch was liovely in the mornings and the fire pit was a great place to gather at the end of the day! Our stay was so comfortable and it felt like we were at home We would love to go back again - it was just what we were looking for!!

We traveled to Saugatuck to attend our son's wedding and booked the Porch Swing property for lodging. The home was clean and bright and full of enjoyable amenities. Owner Todd was helpful with both checking into the home along with our departure. We plan on returning to Saugatuck again next year and hope to secure the Porch Swing home for our trip.

We were in Saugatuck for our son's wedding over an extended weekend and the Porch Swing was absolutely fantastic! It is located outside the busyness of Saugatuck, nestled on a quiet country lot but, you're close enough to easily go downtown for shopping and restaurants. The age ranges for the family ranged from 21yrs to 72yrs and we all fit comfortably. The Porch Swing was very clean with fun decor throughout. Todd was amazing to work with. I highly recommend a stay at his place!

Porch Swing was clean and comfortable; a perfect location for our wedding weekend. Close to Saugatuck village, close to Felt Estate, minutes to Holland. Our group of 9 had a comfortable, quite stay. A couple restaurants, a mini market/gas station, and a day-pass gym were located near the house. We had a wonderful visit!

This property is beautiful and clean as a whistle. It can truly accommodate a large group with its many bedrooms and bathrooms. Close location to the highway made our multiple trips to Holland a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Came to town for an event in Holland. Todd’s property is an absolutely perfect location if you want to visit Holland or Saugatuck/Douglas. Todd answered any questions we had and was always willing to help. Home is spacious enough for multiple family's and is incredibly clean. We enjoyed our time at this house and will definitely be back!

Wonderful place for a long family weekend. House was clean and and there were fresh flowers when we arrived. Our host, Todd, was very responsive when we had any questions. Had an issue with the dryer, Todd had someone out to fix it quickly without us missing a beat on our trip. The house was big enough for all of us to hang out, cook and reconnect. The EV charger on-site was great addition to have before we headed out to explore Holland and Downtown Saugatuck.Would definitely recommend and book again for another family trip.

Really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very hospitable and the property was everything we needed! A charming property—decorated so cute! We were using it for a Girls’ Weekend and it proved to be the perfect stay. The bedrooms & bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. We could have used a few extra blankets.
