Excellent staff. Very helpful in all areas - room care, restaurants, swimming pool & front desk. Fitness room had good equipment, although it was a bit musty & treadmills stopped working, workout towels eventually got restocked after a day or two. Overall a very nice place to stay in.

Card didn't work for rooftop bar , always had to find a person to get us there . Bar was overly loud . Music in such small enclosed area was impossible to hear anyone . The buffet was excellent , service outstanding . Never had a chance to hit the pool but hope will next time . I'll be back

Das Hotel insgesamt ist ehrlichgesagt schon alt.Nichts destotrotz ist es komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet typisch asiatisch. Jeder findet etwas.Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

The room was a bit shabby, there were large street parties going on till 3am with loud music . Kids pool and Jacuzzi was out of servive. Bar could not make drinks with olives or bananas or coconut for the 7 days I was there. Breakfast was goid and staff helpful.

I was very pleased overall. The staff was amazing throughout my stay. The only concern I had was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in the room I stayed in. The bed was a little hard for someone like me who has chronic back problems. Other than that, definitely will stay again.

Room was very outdated and not maintained. Hooks were breaking off, shower was very weak. At one point only one side of the elevators were working and there was such a big event going on it took forever for us to just get an elevator we can go on. Staff is friendly.

I also feel that the current room rates are quite high given the condition of the rooms. Upgrading the rooms could help draw more visitors and improve overall satisfaction. It has a possibility of becoming a 5 star hotel if the interiors especially the rooms will be upgraded.

I like thatbut was quiet and good breakfast buffet. but in the room on thr 16th floor. there was no hot water for the showers. running cold. but I was checking out so I didnt get a chance to switch rooms. you need to fix this problem foe American guest. we cant tolerate cold showers. maybe its ok for filipinos.

The room is clean. Breakfast is good. Until thy have a fire drill they left the alarm on for a loooong time even that we know it’s just a drill we called the front desks because we don’t hear what’s being said in their PA system. Their shower there’s nowhere we put our own shampoo and soap.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Always opening door for us and helping with luggage. Helped us to check in early since we arrived earlier then anticipated. Great view of the city and rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had beautiful photogenic areas. It was helpful there was atm in lobby. Only complaint was that the hotel was extremely far up the hill and faraway from many areas of city so we got stuck in traffic often. Would stay again just plan to have car or arrange rides ahead of time since no one wanted to pick us up with Grab app since hotel was so isolated from everything. Room was affordable and enough space for the family.

Excellent customer service of all the staff. They are all attentive to our needs and everyone greeted us. Such a nice place to unwind. Classy on its own. Felt safe and entertainment at the lobby lounge is a bonus. Thanks to Kristine and others at Cafe Marco. Highly recommended.

Great view of the city and rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had beautiful photogenic areas. It was helpful there was atm in lobby. Only complaint was that the hotel was extremely far up the hill and faraway from many areas of city so we got stuck in traffic often. Would stay again just plan to have car or arrange rides ahead of time since no one wanted to pick us up with Grab app since hotel was so isolated from everything. Room was affordable and enough space for the family.

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Expedia clearly stated breakfast for 3. But they charge us for the 3rd person. We even showed them conversation from Expedia and the booking itself that said breakfast for 3. The manager, front staff, and other workers were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Never will we stay here again.

子供がプールを楽しみたいと言ってたので、数カ所の中からここを選びました。結果大満足の経験をする事が出来ました。５つ星に匹敵するホテルです。近くにコンビニが無いので買い物や食事の都度タクシー移動になりますが、セブはメータータクシーなので安心して利用できるから全くストレスフリーでした。有名なメルカドまで100ペソ位の位置関係です。少し山を登った所だから静かだし眺めも良いし、セブに来る機会がまた利用したいと思います。

The breakfast was really good! So much options and they tastes really good. Room was clean. The entrance just look gloomy, especially at night. It makes the hotel vibe more of spooky-like. The staff were amazing though. They were also ready to help. The transportation is kinda like a little issue. Since the location of the hotel is up the hill, it takes time to book a grab car. But other than that, we had a great time during our stay in Marco Polo.

Property is nice, but definitely showing wear. It feels like it was built in theb1980's. Service and hospitality was very excellent Bars are slow on the drinks and don't make them well. Everything tasted different than it should.

Great facility great room great staff. My only one dislike was room service after 10 o’clock. They only offer local Asian food and slightly got food poisoning, eating pineapples from the hotel.

The tv is a bit antiquated.Need to be changed.Breakfast and dinner is very much the same however dinner is a bit pricy. I hope they don’t recycle the leftover for food safety.

The room was a bit shabby, there were large street parties going on till 3am with loud music . Kids pool and Jacuzzi was out of servive. Bar could not make drinks with olives or bananas or coconut for the 7 days I was there. Breakfast was goid and staff helpful.

Room was clean, staff were okay, breakfast is alright i guess? Have not tried the bar yet. The fridge is not fridging. Lol. Not sure if they want it like that but i wanted whatever i put in the fridge to be cold after awhile. Bummer lights- the switch seems to have a mind of its own. Lol. I chose 2 separate beds and only 1 have a near outlet. Only for sleeping and not for staycation, i think. Have not tried their pool and gym though.

Everything about the stay was terrific. Meals were excellent, staff was friendly, and the best part was that it's a SAFE and SECURE hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

First of all, excellent hotel. Nearly on par with the best. Despite construction work, it was nearly transparent. The hotel policies should be reviewed. Primarily, you should be allowed to use luggage racks without assistance. It isn’t as though we were going to keep them in our room while we weee obviously checking out. This was beyond frustrating when all we were doing is bringing our luggage down to check out. The thermostat in our room never worked. We had to shut it off to keep from freezing at night. Also would prefer a better vent for the bathroom.
