Our stay was amazing! The room is bigger than expected. It has a refrigerator and a microwave, which are not available now in may hotels! !!! The bed was comfortable and pillows were great. The room where we stayed has walk-in closet !!! The facility has a well-lit gym and its very clean. The hotel has a lounge on the first floor where you can have your breakfast and just chill out in the evening.

We loved our stay at Springhills Suites Pleasanton. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were super nice and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Costco is right next door! 10/10 would reccomend!

Check in was very easy as well as check out. The room was very clean and larger than I expected. It was very easy to find parking and the lot also had EV chargers. The free breakfast was good. The staff were also very friendly and checked in on us during the breakfast. Overall, would definitely stay here again if I ever visited Pleasanton.

A newer hotel and very clean. The beds were comfortable enough and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a good assortment. The front desk was professional and courteous. The pool is shared with the hotel next door.

I loved that the hotel was so neat and clean. I also really loved the layout of the rooms. Very modern with a little seating area. My one big frustration was that the walls are so thin, we could hear everything going on next to us. Their tv, kids crying, parents yelling. Really frustrating. Even with our air turned on to drown out the noise. I would request a room not near anyone next time. Because I really liked the rooms other than that.

Pros: ~the place is clean and new looking ~free breakfast (we were told it starts at 7am instead of the posted start time of 6am); this was important because we had to leave by 7:30am and planned to eat earlier to leave on time); good selection of food ~friendly staff Cons: ~shower hardware was installed backwards. If you turn the handle all the way, the water stays COLD. If you turn the water to low, the water heats up. ~WIFI is SLOW. Webpages take forever to load if it actually works. ~TV not connected to internet. We had someone come up to our room to fix it. She unplugged and plugged it back in and it still didn't work. They offered to switch us to a different room but our little kids were literally in bed sleeping. They offered to try and fix it again in the morning but that's pointless since we're staying just the 1 night ~the door to the room is really difficult to unlock and open. It takes us multiple tries every time we try to get into our room ~multiple floor tiles in the bathroom has cracks and chipped corners

Loved the property. We only had a few issues. 1. the AC was not working, it would not allow us to make it cooler it stayed at 72/73 degrees and it was so hot the weekend of August 30th. 2. The lights in the closet was not working or the lights by the bed wouldn't turn on either. Other than that the property is clean, comfortable, and new. Breakfast is a plus.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was quite spacious and suited our needs. The bathroom is not the best configuration and the counter space was minimal. Also, where do you want us to hang the towels you want us to reuse? How about some hooks. The front staff was great!

I had the intentions of staying away 2 nights somewhere quiet with great ratings. As a former resident of Dublin ca for 14 years I’ve never received customer service in this way from any hotel I’ve checked in. When I arrived to hotel to check in rep Liola advised she smelled a smell of cannabis near and advised it was me. I advised her I was just coming from a social event and only smoke outside. She advised that the staff and the hotel guest do no like smell. She also advised that maintenance would complain about any smell and not sure if I would be charged regardless. She also said I should spray perfume or walk around the get rid of the smell. I then advised her I don’t feel comfortable checking in if I am first discriminated against by smell or color. The rep advised her GM heard her and proceeded to offer me points to their hotel rather than an apology for what she said or even a stay as a courtesy. I cancelled with the rep at that moment.. rep advised her general manager then tried to charge me for the whole entire stay and I didn’t I will not ever book here again.

My buddy and I went to the Bay area for a baseball game. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the BART station, so it made it easy to get to where we wanted to go. The room was absolutely awesome. The beds were great, and the room was pristine. I'll definitely be back here for my next bay area trip.

The stories of California are true. Truck was broken into and luggage was stolen. I was parked directly in front of main entrance in full view of lobby but that didn’t prevent it. No security on property and no cameras outside of hotel. Front desk reported theft to local Police Department but that was it. Manager on duty didn’t even say a word to me even though she was present.

The stories of California are true. Truck was broken into and luggage was stolen. I was parked directly in front of main entrance in full view of lobby but that didn’t prevent it. No security on property and no cameras outside of hotel. Front desk reported theft to local Police Department but that was it. Manager on duty didn’t even say a word to me even though she was present.

I loved the room and the quietness, despite it proximity to busy traffic and the highway. I did like the convenience to the highway entrance, the nearby shopping at Costco, and the walking trails along a creek for beautiful bird watching.

Stayed there on 4/24/25. Facility was super clean and quiet. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was the complimentary breakfast was not up to standards even for complimentary. Coffee was also not the best in quality. If not for this we would have given the facility 5 stars.

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Friendly staff, easy check in, rooms were big enough to fit family of 4, clean. Breakfast did get quite busy, food would run out, but staff responded quickly. I would stay here again for future sports events.

The SpringHill Suites in Pleasanton is the best SpringHill in which my family and I have stayed. The room was clean, the shower door had a great seal, and there was a light over the toilet area. It was more expensive than the SpringHill in Fremont, but was well worth the higher price.
