Very nice boutique hotel on a square. The pillows were very overstuffed and not comfortable. It should be made more clear that you have to park in a parking garage about 5 minutes away and then walk to the hotel. But the hotel was very nice and a beautiful location.

Tres bon hotel, très bonne chambre. L'hotel n'a pas de parking car en zone piétonne, du coup le parking le plus proche se trouve très loin (surtout avec des bagages). Sinon, une fois sur place, l'emplacement est parfait avec tous les restaurants. Aussi, les escaliers sont très raides. Petit déjeuner très bien

Excellent location, but parking is about 5-7 minutes away and when lugging the luggage it isn't so convenient. Also, accessibility is an issue. Stairs only, be prepared for dragging / carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs. BUT I will book again because everything else was amazing!!!

Hotel de Koophandel is centrally located in the Beestenmarkt and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Despite being so central, I didn’t experience any noise issues from the streets. The room was large and really comfortable (though it was up a really steep windy staircase so wouldn’t be suitable for less mobile guests). I would definitely stay here again if I return to Delft.

The hotel is situated in central Delft in a vibrant square full of restaurants and cafes. Silvia was very welcoming. We had booked rooms on the ground floor at the back of the hotel which were quiet. (We had read that the stairs could be challenging)The room was clean and comfortable but a bit dark. The wifi was fast. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but Silvia kindly put our wine in the kitchen fridge and provided glasses and plates for us. The breakfast was good.

Hotel is mooi ingericht en alles was brandschoon. Erg vriendelijk personeel. ontbijt was perfect en alles werd constant aangevuld. De ligging is ook fantastisch. Midden in het centrum. Als ik minpunten zou moeten noemen dan was het het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op een dak met zonnepanelen en dat we onze kamer eerst niet konden vinden omdat er niet gelijk als je de trap op komt een bordje hangt met het nummer en de richting. Die kom je pas later op de andere gang tegen. Maar al met al een hele goede ervaring in dit hotel en we zouden zeker een keer terugkomen

Location is terrific, right on a cute restaurant square. Room was nicely air conditioned and quiet. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in a triple room which was big enough for the 3 of us. There are stairs, which is common in the Netherlands, so pack accordingly. The breakfast area was nicely decorated. If I am in Delft again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had an attic room which allowed you to look at the courtyard below. We arrived on a Sunday and it was such a pleasure watching all the activity happening in the courtyard below. A lovely hotel in the heart of Delft, close to all the sights. Staff is very friendly and helpful -- one assisted with getting reservations at a busy restaurant nearby. The only drawback was being asked to commit to breakfast, without being informed of the price, which was a bit higher than expected at checkout. (The breakfast is very good, so have no complaints about that service; I only wish I had been informed ahead of time.)

My first thought when entering the room was that it was a very good size for a solo room and I was very pleased with it. Then I broke my ankle, and the staff, the owner in particular, rallied around me to take amazing care of me while I waited to be repatriated. They fed me - the breakfast buffet is well stocked and the coffee good. They were very friendly and very patient. They were going to get a great review anyway, but my circumstances allowed me to experience just how lovely the team is.

Leuk hotel midden in Delft. Parkeren kan op 5 min lopen. Voor de deur is een groot terras, maar de kamer was goed genoeg geïsoleerd. Wel rook je lichtjes de geur van vapende mensen voor de deur.

Hotel de Koophandel is centrally located in the Beestenmarkt and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Despite being so central, I didn’t experience any noise issues from the streets. The room was large and really comfortable (though it was up a really steep windy staircase so wouldn’t be suitable for less mobile guests). I would definitely stay here again if I return to Delft.

The Hotel de Koophandel was a favorite of our vacation through the Netherlands. It is a quaint hotel in a fabulous location to the activities of the city. The staff was so friendly and helpful from booking to checking out; they provided a stress free experience.

Hotel is mooi ingericht en alles was brandschoon. Erg vriendelijk personeel. ontbijt was perfect en alles werd constant aangevuld. De ligging is ook fantastisch. Midden in het centrum. Als ik minpunten zou moeten noemen dan was het het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op een dak met zonnepanelen en dat we onze kamer eerst niet konden vinden omdat er niet gelijk als je de trap op komt een bordje hangt met het nummer en de richting. Die kom je pas later op de andere gang tegen. Maar al met al een hele goede ervaring in dit hotel en we zouden zeker een keer terugkomen

A lovely hotel in the heart of Delft, close to all the sights. Staff is very friendly and helpful -- one assisted with getting reservations at a busy restaurant nearby. The only drawback was being asked to commit to breakfast, without being informed of the price, which was a bit higher than expected at checkout. (The breakfast is very good, so have no complaints about that service; I only wish I had been informed ahead of time.)

My first thought when entering the room was that it was a very good size for a solo room and I was very pleased with it. Then I broke my ankle, and the staff, the owner in particular, rallied around me to take amazing care of me while I waited to be repatriated. They fed me - the breakfast buffet is well stocked and the coffee good. They were very friendly and very patient. They were going to get a great review anyway, but my circumstances allowed me to experience just how lovely the team is.

Had a great stay. Not the best breakfast , but it got you started. Beds where okay and we had a room against the road on the side. It was not too noisy. Staff was excellent. Good hotel too a okey price

I stayed at the hotel with my daughters. We had a great time walking around Delft. It was very centrally located. It was very clean. And the staff was very friendly. Also great breakfast.

Stayed for two nights in a double room with AC. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a nespersso coffee machine and a kettle. A small fridge would have been nice to have. Location was fantastic. Our room had a window onto the square which was quite lively at night, but with the AC on we could close the windows so it wasn't bad. There is a supermarket close by and was about a 10 kin walk from the train station. Beautiful city 💙

We enjoyed our stay — friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel and rooms, and splendid location. The bike rentals by the hotel to tour Delft were fun and convenient. Definitely will be my choice of stays next time in Delft.
