Our expectations were higher than they really were due to the hotel's reputation, but it was clean and there was a turn-down service. The mini fridge was really cold. The hot water didn't come right away, you had to drain it for a few minutes before you could take a shower. Pool and room service: unbelievable, how tasteless watery pizza and triangle sandwiches can even be made, I guess that's a skill. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel lobby has high-quality food, you can't go to Restaurant Nobu with a toddler unless you book a separate room for a separate fee! The staff was very friendly. The child received nice Christmas gifts for free from the hotel. 375 cl wine in the minibar cost 70 euros and beer 20 euros/bottle. The swimming pools were clean and the service at the pool was good in every way. A quiet and stylish hotel.

It was our first time staying at a Four Seasons and we were blown away. The service is above and beyond. Mike at the beach/pool area took the time to setup our chairs and gave us a tour of the hydrotherapy pool. He is a major asset to the resort. Chris from the front desk offered us an upgrade that we could not refuse and we were glad we accepted it. We highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons in Doha. We arrived early in the morning (9am) and they were able to accommodate us by checking us in early and even gave us a sea view room which had stunning views of the sunrise! All staff members we spoke to were really friendly and accommodating. Excellent Gym/Spa facilities The private beach is really nice with a private swimming area...I like that the staff even offer a cooler bag with water as it get's hot! We made use of the Seasons longe for brekkie and afternoon tea which was really nice! The staff were really happy to accommodate to my wife's dietary requirements. Great location and it's easy to get around by taxi to various locations I would highly recommend staying at four seasons Doha as a trip itself or as a stop over.

Overall the service in this hotel was very good and the room was great. I was disappointed that the hotel had not told us in advance about the construction work at the beach. It was very loud with drilling all day next to the pool and beach area. I would recommend staying once the construction works are complete. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel.

For a Four Seaons hotel the room was not even cleaned properly by house keeping. The bed was on a terrible state (the sides) and there was soil marks left on the toilet seat which I discovered when we walked into room. On the side of the bed panels was fully of coffee stains and the the bed panels themselves were damaged. The situation was rectified once I complained but hadn’t this is definitely not the standard I would expect from a four seasons. I have stayed at the ritz Carlton week before and that was immaculate and even the Hilton Doha was in a better state room wise. They advertise the property as “ULTRA-LUXE on their tv channel - this is definitely NOT if I found a room this state upon checkin.

Greatest service I have had in any hotel in the world. There is absolutely exceptional level of amenities and spa care. They really do put attention to detail into everything. Rooms were royaltly. Only thing I would say is the lack of a decent sized balcony but the service and ambience makes up for it

The Hotel has been newly renovated. Excellent staffing. Very helpful concierge services. Nobu is great. The food and service at Seasons is second to none. Jean George opening will be amazing in the Fall! Our room had a sea view. Just beautiful.

I have to say: this was one of the best hotel experience I‘ve ever had. Hotel, room and especially the service were just outstanding, excellent and professional. I have been to many five star hotels, but this hotel was by far extraordinary. You really feel that you are welcome there, even though there are other guests - the people who work there take good care of you, they always welcome you with your name (not just by saying „sir“) and everyone says hello and gives you a smile while walking through the hotel. A special thanks to Anna from the receptionist, the hotel can be very lucky to have you!
