Läget var bra men tyvärr var det mycket varierande komfort på rummen, pool och bastu var avstängda för renovering och det var mycket renoveringar av rummen på olika våningar. Dom började tidigt och slutade sent. Skicket var allmänt slitet men personalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra.

Loved this hotel and staff were really lovely and kind. Swimming pool and sauna were included in the hotel cost and really nice. Jim was decent and available 24 hours a day. train Station was around a 15 minute walk and there was many shops and restaurants around the hotel location. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, best hotel i have stayed in for a while and i travel a lot. Very good value for a relatively cheap price for a stay Very clean and spacious. All the staff are very helpul and friendly and cant do enough for you. Excellent amenties, pool, sauna, gym and even a lounge where you can play pool, air hockey and table football Great location just south of the city center short 5 min walk into town. Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere locally.

Amazing location. Great facilities which included a game room with free use of pool tables, table tennis and ping pong. Pool and sauna also. Nice lobby area with a bar which we did not use but it looked nice. Cleaning staff very friendly when we passed them in the corridors. Only downside was upon check in the receptionist Germán left us mid check in/mid sentence to go help another guest he didn't excuse himself which was quite rude.

The rooms were very bare. Cheap looking furnitures. So not Park Plaza/ Radisson. The bed was against the window, which was not ideal. Cleanliness was bad. The room cleaning did not clean the coffee glasses, nor replenish the coffee and toilet rolls/ tissues. Didn't see many staffs around. Parking is ok. But very minimal, like you not paying for a hotel.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I enjoyed breakfast and setvice but can use more of a variety on breakfast. There attention to cleanliness can be more focused. The staff was all well mannered and willing to satisfy my requests. I would recommend this hotel.

See review categories above, regarding the Hotel Staff at the check-in desk and the bar were lovely. We appreciated the "entertainment" factor (i.e. Pool tables, ping pong table, etc.) As to cleanliness, we were guests at the Park Plaza for 10 nights. Our unit was not maintained to a level we expected. Dust on the furniture, garbage (2 cans) not always emptied, we had to request extra towel on one occasion (the cleaners left only 1 bath towel for 2 adults)

Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen! Das Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde, entsprach in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen. Vor allem die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers bemerkten wir einen muffigen und staubigen Geruch. Zudem gab es Schimmelbefall auf dem Boden und in der Dusche. Neben dem Schimmel war der Boden mit großen weiteren dreckigen Flecken übersäht. Es war offensichtlich, dass das Zimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt worden war. Außerdem liesen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Schade, aber bisher war dies die schlechteste Erfahrung die wir mit einem Hotel gemacht haben.

This is an ok hotel. I had a room with dimmed windows as they were facing the roof. The room smelled a bit stale and would need a facelift (not as nice as in the photos). If you are a light sleeper, sounds from neighbouring rooms might disturb you.

The hotel was lovely. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children staying in a deluxe suite - when we arrived they had already pulled the sofa bed out which we were very thankful for as they can be difficult to pull out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. The bath was huge and there was a separate walk in shower. Plus a double sink situation. 2 televisions was great and while we didn’t watch them it was nice to have the option for the children and adults to watch separate things. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room and there was also an iron and ironing board. The hairdryer was powerful too which was great. The hotel has a pool, sauna and games room - all of which are free to use. Breakfast was nice although be aware that once things run out they run out so the earlier you get down there the better. Check in and check out was easy and the lady checking us in was lovely and very friendly. (Though the lady who checked us out didn’t ask how the stay was or anything). It was quiet at night and is in a very good, walkable location for reaching anywhere in Eindhoven. I would definitely recommend Park Plaza and if I return to Eindhoven I’ll stay there again.

Sulla recensione in italiano perché potrebbe essere utile: penso io possa definirlo uno degli hotel più belli dove abbia mai alloggiato. Struttura molto confortevole, silenziosa, personale gentilissimo, mi dispiace solo non aver usufruito della piscina, ma torneremo. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, colazione a buffet molto ricca. Il letto comodissimo, giuro, un letto veramente più comodo di quello che va a casa. Abbiamo trovato una buona offerta, presumo che i prezzi siano più alti, però vale la pena tenerlo d'occhio, poiché sono spesso a Eindhoven. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, era un po' rumoroso il sistema di riscaldamento, ma nulla di trascendentale.

Reste, avec plus de 200 hôtels testés de par le monde, le plus mauvaise expérience que j'ai faite. Comme il est devenu la norme avec Radisson, tous les contacts que vous aurez en amont n'auront aucune valeur. Si vous demandez un renseignement à quelqu'un, il n'a aucune valeur, si vous posez la même question juste après à un autre, la réponse sera différente, et à un autre encore une autre chose, c'est sans fin. Le ton est donné dès l'arrivée : une porte tambour est minuscule, donc impossible de passer avec une grosse valise et une poussette, il y a deux portes latérales mais celles-ci étaient fermées. Nous sommes restés dehors sous le regard vide et sans intelligence de German, pas du tout concerné. C'est sa collègue qui a fait le tour et est venue nous ouvrir (porte qui s'ouvre de l'intérieure bien entendu, il est a noter d'ailleurs qu'une personne en déambulateur électrique restera coincée le soir même, toujours en présence de ce monsieur, encore une fois trop occupé le regard dans le vide, c'est l’accompagnant qui sortira cette personne de là). Le checkin à été une horreur, le pire que j'ai jamais fait. Nous avions pris contact deux mois avant pour confirmer la possibilité de prendre une chambre à deux afin que notre fils dorme avec nous (une obligation pour nous), la réponse avait été oui par téléphone et confirmer via retour de mail. Et bien évidemment cela n'était plus possible, au départ à cause de la taille de la chambre, puis à cause de nos affaires puis de la sécuri

The staff is absolutely delightful and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfy! We took advantage of the breakfast and they were so kind as to make us extra things, eggs for example, when asked. Lovely hotel!

Amazing location. Great facilities which included a game room with free use of pool tables, table tennis and ping pong. Pool and sauna also. Nice lobby area with a bar which we did not use but it looked nice. Cleaning staff very friendly when we passed them in the corridors. Only downside was upon check in the receptionist Germán left us mid check in/mid sentence to go help another guest he didn't excuse himself which was quite rude.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, best hotel i have stayed in for a while and i travel a lot. Very good value for a relatively cheap price for a stay Very clean and spacious. All the staff are very helpul and friendly and cant do enough for you. Excellent amenties, pool, sauna, gym and even a lounge where you can play pool, air hockey and table football Great location just south of the city center short 5 min walk into town. Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere locally.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I enjoyed breakfast and setvice but can use more of a variety on breakfast. There attention to cleanliness can be more focused. The staff was all well mannered and willing to satisfy my requests. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok, not a particularly large selection. Centrally located with sites and food options very close. Service was quite slow in the bar. Lots of very loud impact noise from room above though when people were walking around.

A very pleasant stay indeed. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable; it was also very nice to have tea and coffee making facilities. The windows opened, rather than being cosmetic to allow fresh air which was good. Only downside was there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. I was on the 3rd floor, and at times you could feel the floorboards shake if you walked heavily which initially was a bit disconcerting but not a problem. The breakfast was lovely and had many options, including dairy free milk. The location is convenient and within walking distance to shops and Eindhoven train station and bus terminal. There was a Japanese restaurant that was based in the hotel, and advertised online but this appeared to be closed/not operational during the time I was there. It wasn't really an issue as there are lots of restaurants close by. I would stay here again and would also recommend to others.

I've stayed at park plaza many times over the years, and it is always excellent - especially the support from staff. In the past year or so, the car parking has changed, and instead of paying direct to the hotel, payment has to be completed via a 3rd party machine or app. This is not at all user friendly, and it was only with the help of the super staff that we got it working properly. Even then, despite having paid fully, I found on multiple occasions that the barrier did not open automatically as it should when exiting, and I had to return to reception to enlist the help of the staff again.

Returning customer as I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The beds are large and comfortable, body wash and cream supplied in the bathrooms, the fridge is a good bonus and the rooms are spacious and some with balconies. The pool is clean, very large towels supplied, there is a small gym and I love the games room with free pool, air hockey and other games until 11pm at night. The hotel is in a good location, just a few mins walk from Eindhoven strip. I will continue to return
