We had a very bad experience here with my wife and son. First of all, finding the entrance to this hotel is extremely difficult if you arrive at night, especially if you have a car. We were lucky that a police car happened to pass by and we asked them for help. Secondly, the website mentions £4 parking outside the hotel, but that doesn’t exist at all, and you are forced to park at the airport parking for £45 per day! And lastly, the staff there were not helpful at all.

Honestly you can’t ask for more - this ingenious hotel located inside the airport is perfect if you need to be near the airport. I had an appointment to fly in and fly out for - I arrived early and made use of the cosy lounge and bar area, I went about my business and returned to check in for the night. For the next day I was able to check out at a leisurely hour and be in the airport already! The bed was sumptuous, amenities in the airport are nice, it’s a cosy place and I will be needing to visit Eindhoven again - I’ll be back. You can’t ask for more!

Honestly you can’t ask for more - this ingenious hotel located inside the airport is perfect if you need to be near the airport. Staff was incredibly helpful. Best hotel we had out of the handful we stayed in. Only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was the parking. No room in their lot, the one next to it is airport parking which was €45 a day, and they referred us to a lot half a kilometre a way to save 10€.

Handig gelegen in de vertrekhal van Eindhoven Airport. Kamers relatief netjes. Stof zat dikwijls op de armaturen en de douchekop is over de houdbaarheidsdatum heen. De siliconen noppen zijn versleten of ontbrekend. Stroomafdichting op het hoofdeind van het bed lag er los op. Fantastisch uitzicht op airside als je de juiste kamer hebt. Eten af te raden, bar met de aardige en sociale blonde barvrouw aan te raden. Prima hotel voor het gemak en de vliegtuigfanaat. Staat van de kamer kon beter. Deuren buren kunnen erg hard dichtslaan.

Im Terminal, nur wenige Minuten von der Gate. Sauberkeit war schlecht. Als wir angekommen sind, riech es nach Körpergeruch. Da die Fenster sich nicht öffnen ließen, blieb uns nicht anderes Übrig als damit zu leben. Am Schreibtisch gab es Abfall von früheren Gästen (Reste von Kaffee und Teebeuteln)

The room was very clean and had good amenities. Soundproofing was excellent. The staff were lovely and there were sweets and toothpaste on the front desk which was nice. It would have been good if I could've had something to eat, I couldn't find any times on the listing. TV had a good selection of channels and the tea and coffee provided was plentiful. I'd definitely stay again.

Struttura all’interno dell'aeroporto e per questo pratica per la sua posizione. Pulizia molto scadente, polvere dappertutto e abbiamo trovato briciole sulla sedia della scrivania. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere un set completo di asciugami perché mancante, viaggiavamo in due. Il kit di cortesia quasi inesistente, era presente solo una saponetta solida sul lavello e dello shampoo/ sapone liquido nella doccia. Per quanto riguarda il letto, il materasso si inclinava verso il centro. Tutto ciò va rigorosamente rapportato ad una stanza pagata come superior… che dire!

Not a good experience, when i reached, finding the parking was a challenge, finding food was a challenge, when my neighbor closed their door, I felt a strong push while sitting on the bed, the boiler for coffee was very filthy and finally, when i took a bath, the water didn't go down the drain, it stayed for sometime. Die waren leider schmutzig. Auf der Toilette mussten wir leider bremsstreifen finden. Bettwäsche nicht frisch. Überall sehr staubig. Der Boden und das Sofa waren fleckig, woher diese auch immer stammen mögen.

Zeer slechte matras en kamers zijn erg gehorig waardoor je alles kan horen wat op de gang gebeurd. Verder qua locatie is het top! Binnen enkele seconde ben je binnen de luchthaven, handig bij vluchten in de ochtend.

First the positive - it is incredibly convenient for Eindhoven Airport. Now the rest - there was a high-pitched whine all night in the bedroom, the sensor-activated light outside the bathroom turned on every time I moved on my bed - all night, and the basin is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. I am willing to travel rather than stay in Tulip Inn again

En cuanto al hotel, bien comunicado, a 15min del centro de Eindhoven en bus y con acceso directo al aeropuerto. De las instalaciones como restaurante/bar y gimnasio no podría dar una opinión porque no las use. La habitación perfecta, todo lo que puedes necesitar en este tipo de viaje esta a tu disposición. En referencia al personal, muy eficientes, amables y sobre todo profesionales. Es lo que mas echaré de menos.

En cuanto al hotel, bien comunicado, a 15min del centro de Eindhoven en bus y con acceso directo al aeropuerto. De las instalaciones como restaurante/bar y gimnasio no podría dar una opinión porque no las use. La habitación perfecta, todo lo que puedes necesitar en este tipo de viaje esta a tu disposición. En referencia al personal, muy eficientes, amables y sobre todo profesionales. Es lo que mas echaré de menos.

Very convenient for arriving on a late flight, sound proofing was very good as couldn't hear any aircraft noise. It is built over the airport arrival area so staying there did feel a bit like being on the set of the film 'terminal'.

Very convenient for arriving on a late flight, sound proofing was very good as couldn't hear any aircraft noise. It is built over the airport arrival area so staying there did feel a bit like being on the set of the film 'terminal'.

The location just above the airport Terminal is perfect when you depart early in the morning. We went the evening before by train to Eindhoven, had a nice diner there and after that by bus to the airport hotel. No rush, everything on time, perfect.

Hotel failed to correctly set our expectation with regards to local parking. P1 opposite is VERY expensive and almost twice the price that staff had advised us by phone. That said, they did make it right when i spoke to reception at check in. The buffet breakfast was also disappointing. They had nearly no hot food left 20mins before the end of service. Again, it was rectified when asked, but you shouldnt really have to. Room was well kitted and comfortable, with views out over the airport. The entire hotel was very clean.

If you need a hotel room right at EIN airport it is great, however, please note if you arrive on the later side the “restaurant” is not full service it is sort of snacks and sandwiches and closes at 22:00 or a little before. And your only other option near by is McDonalds. Staff were ok, but not overly helpful

Great staff! Beautiful property. Loved the runway views we paid extra for. Bathroom and shower were odd. Sopping wet toilet area because there was no way to stop the overspray when showering. Almost fell on the slippery tiles. WC also not a separate room. Glass wall with gaps all the way around. No fan. Every noise was amplified in the rest of the room. Rather odd. Separate vanity / sink area which is nice when a couple is trying to shower and get ready at the same time. But lighting was so low I could barely see my face to put on makeup. Also and most important for summer travelers - a very HOT room!!! Almost 27 degrees and no way to cool it down and no fans. In the recent (36-40 degree) heat wave this was quite undesirable. The hallways were noticeably cooler than the rooms. Staff said the airport controls the temperature in the rooms. It was kind of like German trains where it’s not really air conditioned. More like, they will reduce the ambient temp a set number of degrees below the outside temps and that’s all. Next room kept slamming their doors all hours. Rattled the whole room when they did. At that point we knew we were not going to sleep - between the heat and the vibration / noise of the slamming doors. Otherwise a nice property.
