Terrible check in service

The north-facing room was so cold that I didn't sleep the entire night, right before a long flight home. It was awful. I kept calling the front desk. You actually have to call the front desk to adjust your own thermostat! That is awful. She turned on a fan that kept blowing on my head, and I couldn't turn it off without calling her again! Then I kept asking her to turn up the heat, and she was saying "I'm turning it up to 23 degrees." But in the morning I found out that they aren't allowed to turn it up past 22 degrees. I don't know why she was lying to me all night. The room never heated up. By morning it was 21 degrees and I had been shivering all night. Also, in the other room we had, a suite with an extra bed, the bed squeaked all night. So the rest of the family did not sleep the entire night either.
