Good location, close to town centre, safe on sight parking.

Great location, walking distance from town , free parking, unfortunately rooms in poor condition, we had change rooms after two hours a pipe was leaking above our bathroom, We were moved to another room , the windows wouldn't working, no hot water for shower , electrical work for heater dangerous, carpet dirty , poor room service, our cups were not changed in three days , the other guests seemed to have been placed there by social services

The hotel is in a good location, on the outside it looks a little run down, but inside is recently refurbished and stylish. The rooms are spacious with a lovely sea view, although rooms are not updated, it's decent and the wifi and tv has many good options. Check in and out is smooth so overall, excellent value 🙂

Breakfast very poor. No sink plug in en suite room. Minimal supply of tea bags and milk for in room refreshment. Sunken mattress. Feeling of neglect.

Breakfast as good as i expected for the price. Nothing cooked, self serve cereals toast etc. Place very clean, decor decent though some odd choices of colour and wallpaper. I would definitely stay again if the price was right.
