Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

Foi a 15a vez que fiquei neste hotel. Ótimo como sempre. Como era minha lua de mel, solicitei um upgrade e fui atendido. A localização é incrível. Fui muito bem atendido. Ficarei lá também na minha próxima estadia em Londres.

We booked a room for 6 nights and arrived extremely early in the morning. We asked for an early check in and was told that there weren’t any rooms available. After a few minutes of checking the computers we were offered an upgraded room and early check in for a minimal charge. We accepted and were in our room a few minutes later. The employee was extremely helpful. The room was clean and everything were in order. The complimentary mini bar was a nice perk. We had a beautiful view of the London Eye and Elizabeth Tower from our room. An overall amazing hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent. Wide choice of options and plenty of staff around during busy times. Allocated an internal room - very nice but no view hence the 4 stars.

Fabulous modern room, spacious property and great staff. Only downside was the pool wasn’t book able which was why I chose the hotel

Tudo funcionou bem para um hotel desse porte. Único ponto de observação é que o quarto reservado seria com cama King, mas nos deram um com cama queen, alegando que era equivalente. Outro detalhe foi que nos cobraram um valor indevido no check in, que só foi resolvido no último dia, mas resolveram. Quarto confortável para família de 4 pessoas. Café da manhã bem servido (mas beeeem cheio)
