Ok was soll ich sagen das Frühstück war nicht schlecht aber wenn ich es in das Verhältnis zum Preis setze, dann müsste schon alles toll sein, denn 18 Euro von einem Hausgast zu verlangen finde ich zu viel. A la carte sind 18 Euro schon viel. Da nützt es auch nichts zu erfahren das man hätte 2 Euro sparen können, wenn man das Frühstück schon bei der Buchung mitgebucht hätte Gastfreundschaft schaut anders aus. Leider waren auch hier die Brötchen keine vom Bäcker sondern Aufbackware. Mir gefällt auch nicht, das man erstens nicht genug Parkplätze vorhält und denen die einen bekommen haben 11 Euro abknöpft und die anderen, die keinen bekommen haben müssen ins öffentliche Parkhaus und bezahlen 17 Euro Es scheint Mode geworden zu sein, hier noch extra Charge und dort auch noch. Ich fand die Bar schön gestaltet und die angebotenen Snacks gut und preiswert.

We stayed in a Premier plus room and found it light spacious and very quiet. The room was in excellent condition and was very clean. The only downside to the room was that it did not have an elevator on the floor that we were on but we didn't find this a problem. The breakfast is great and there is loads of choice and the breakfast room is big with lots of natural daylight. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we booked it was for the spa, which was very clean and had a great pool that was big enough for some short laps in. The location of the hotel is very central but private with reasonably priced parking on site. All in all a great stay.

Sehr schönes, in der Fussgängerzone gelegenes Hotel. Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Das City Krone ist ein sehr schönes Stadthotel von wo man Fussläufig praktisch alles in der Stadt erkunden kann. Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr gut und sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Do not recommend for anyone who is not German. Was treated poorly from moment of check in. Rude staff, changed our original room over looking the city to a room in a different building down an alley. Bugs all in the room, notified the staff of this and no resolution. Was unable to utilize the spa, was giving red robes when everyone else had white. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel and location. Received no compensation or room change after finding bugs in all parts of the hotel room including the bed. Brought this to the staff’s attention within minutes and was told to deal with it. Very poor customer service. And No direction on parking locations as well. Do not recommend

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit guter Größe. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war prima, wir waren mit der Auswahl zufrieden. Das Servicepersonal im ganzen Hotel ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schön ist auch der Barbereich, in dem wir die Abende ausklingen ließen. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Aber eine Info an Hotel-Gäste, wann das Bad auch durch Kurse von außerhalb belegt ist, wäre gut . Ansonsten ist die Lage toll, nah am See und in der City.

Leider auch einige Nachteilen: zentrale Lage bedeutet auch viel Lärm bis zur Abendstunde, wenn das Zimmer auf Strassenseite liegt. Lärmempfindliche werden hier nicht glücklich. Dazu hört man auch den Lift bis der letzte Gast sein Zimmer gefunden hat. Die Betten sind hart für leichte Gäste. Trotzdem ein guter Aufenthalt.

The hotel’s location was ideal as it’s within walking distance from the train station and the port. My single room was comfortable and the design was pretty efficient. Air conditioning was available if needed. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options. The swimming pool was nice to have - conveniently located in the lower ground floor. They provided a nice wellness bag with sauna towels as well as a bathrobe if you need it. At the ground floor, free water and even hot water with tea were available. Apples and popcorn were also provided for free.

Für paar Tage ok,sonst nicht.Kleine Zimmern,keine Balkon,Fenster ohne Kippfunkzion ,eintönige Früstuck.Wir haben Aufenthalt da gemacht um 60te Geburtstag zu feiern.Erste mal in alle Jahren blieb es vom Hotel ohne Beachten .
Für paar Tage ok,sonst nicht.Kleine Zimmern,keine Balkon,Fenster ohne Kippfunkzion ,eintönige Früstuck.Wir haben Aufenthalt da gemacht um 60te Geburtstag zu feiern.Erste mal in alle Jahren blieb es vom Hotel ohne Beachten .

The room was nice, but the bed is extremely hard. Our shower was very small with little water pressure. The vehicle parking had very few spaces, but was easy to use. The breakfast was extremely nice- the best we had during our trip! Never tried any of the amenities.

Do not recommend for anyone who is not German. Was treated poorly from moment of check in. Rude staff, changed our original room over looking the city to a room in a different building down an alley. Bugs all in the room, notified the staff of this and no resolution. Was unable to utilize the spa, was giving red robes when everyone else had white. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel and location. Received no compensation or room change after finding bugs in all parts of the hotel room including the bed. We had a good stay because the hotel has provided us with a nice room, well equipped, good bedding. Great pool and sauna layout. Excellent breakfast buffet and we love the quicky but nice design elements in the hotel. Staff are tops and accommodating.

Leider auch einige Nachteilen: zentrale Lage bedeutet auch viel Lärm bis zur Abendstunde, wenn das Zimmer auf Strassenseite liegt. Lärmempfindliche werden hier nicht glücklich. Dazu hört man auch den Lift bis der letzte Gast sein Zimmer gefunden hat. Die Betten sind hart für leichte Gäste. Trotzdem ein guter Aufenthalt.

This hotel is well located but a bit difficult to access. We like the fact that we had a sofa in the room, this is not common in German hotels. We can walk close to the lake, there are many restaurants around the hotel, including a bunch of ice cream places. It is a very nice city.

Sehr schönes, in der Fussgängerzone gelegenes Hotel. Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

We stayed in a Premier plus room and found it light spacious and very quiet. The room was in excellent condition and was very clean. The only downside to the room was that it did not have an elevator on the floor that we were on but we didn't find this a problem. The breakfast is great and there is loads of choice and the breakfast room is big with lots of natural daylight. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we booked it was for the spa, which was very clean and had a great pool that was big enough for some short laps in. The location of the hotel is very central but private with reasonably priced parking on site. All in all a great stay.

Die Lage ist perfekt, in 1-2 Minuten ist man an der Uferpromenade, das Hotel scheint aus den 70ern zu sein, wurde aber wohl immer wieder angebaut und renoviert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, wenn die grüne Ampel an der Schranke leuchtet ist auch was frei, die Anfahrt mit dem Auto durch die Fußgängerzone erlaubt aber bisschen tricky. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich, da ich nur einen Tag spontan da war, den Indoorpool und den Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt, schön fand ich allerdings den Goldfischteich, die Oase im Innenhof. Ich hatte 1 Einzelzimmer Bett war groß, aber etwas niedrig, das Bad ist renoviert aber recht klein, für 1 Nacht aber ausreichend.

Für paar Tage ok,sonst nicht.Kleine Zimmern,keine Balkon,Fenster ohne Kippfunkzion ,eintönige Früstuck.Wir haben Aufenthalt da gemacht um 60te Geburtstag zu feiern.Erste mal in alle Jahren blieb es vom Hotel ohne Beachten .

The room was nice, but the bed is extremely hard. Our shower was very small with little water pressure. The vehicle parking had very few spaces, but was easy to use. The breakfast was extremely nice- the best we had during our trip! Never tried any of the amenities.

Ok was soll ich sagen das Frühstück war nicht schlecht aber wenn ich es in das Verhältnis zum Preis setze, dann müsste schon alles toll sein, denn 18 Euro von einem Hausgast zu verlangen finde ich zu viel. A la carte sind 18 Euro schon viel. Da nützt es auch nichts zu erfahren das man hätte 2 Euro sparen können, wenn man das Frühstück schon bei der Buchung mitgebucht hätte Gastfreundschaft schaut anders aus. Leider waren auch hier die Brötchen keine vom Bäcker sondern Aufbackware. Mir gefällt auch nicht, das man erstens nicht genug Parkplätze vorhält und denen die einen bekommen haben 11 Euro abknöpft und die anderen, die keinen bekommen haben müssen ins öffentliche Parkhaus und bezahlen 17 Euro Es scheint Mode geworden zu sein, hier noch extra Charge und dort auch noch. Ich fand die Bar schön gestaltet und die angebotenen Snacks gut und preiswert.

Beautiful and spacious room with all amenities our young family could need. Kind and friendly staff that spoke excellent English to complement our rusty German! Gorgeous spa and pool facilities.
