Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, parasol, and portable speakers. Perfect for families, the chalet offers games and children's books, a crib and high chair upon request. Outside, enjoy a beautiful garden with a covered terrace and a high-walled pool for cooling off on warm days. The property is just 5 minutes from a shopping center and a market with fresh local products, and 10 minutes by car from Chiclana de la Frontera. La Barrosa Beach and water activities are about 20 minutes away by car. The chalet provides four private parking spaces, accessible with a key. Parties and events are not allowed, and groups under 25 years old are not permitted. Well-trained pets are welcome with prior notice, provided they do not go on sofas or beds. Bed linen and one towel are included. A bus stop is 2 minutes from the chalet. Upon request and for an extra fee, an in-home massage service can be arranged. If two couples are staying, the owner can prepare two rooms with double beds upon request. An extra bed can also be provided for an extra fee.
