The experience at the Intercontinental Geneva was terrible. In the middle of winter, we couldn't shower before leaving because the water heater wasn't working. Nothing was done to compensate for the inconvenience. No compensation or explanation. Lamentable.

Everyone was extremely attentive, Nabil always had a smile and took the time to talk to us and give us wonderful recommendations! Definitely coming back!

Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and they even accommodated me early, which I really appreciated. The highlight of my stay was Vince, the concierge. He was absolutely amazing, helpful with every question I had, especially about navigating to the Glacier Express and getting around the area. His magical personality made everything feel easy and memorable. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend!
