The property surrounding the cassita is beautiful. There are various cacti and other flowering plants. Bird feeders brought nature to the back patio. There is an in-ground pool shared with the main house and a fire pit off the patio. Nice patio furniture and a well stocked home. The location is near Saguaro National park with access to lots of hiking; yet, easy access to I-10 allowing you to be downtown in 20 min. We would stay at this location again if our travels bring us to Tucson.

The home is perfect! It was comfortable, plenty of space for a small family. I suggest getting up early to see the birds in the backyard.. Also, having pool access is a great benefit. We also were grateful to be able to park in the garage, definitely a great perk that helps when it’s 114 outside :). We definitely will be booking again!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay over Thanksgiving while visiting our son who attends UofA. Carella's home was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We so enjoyed bird watching and the home's surroundings. We even spent time by the pool, enjoyed a fire under the stars, and had many meals on the terrace. We will be back. Thank you!

A wonderful, clean, well equipped property with great views and a lovely pool. Excellent communication as well. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our only minor hitch was that we missed that the property was 6380B not 6380 W. Ina Rd. It was in the directions instructions, but we had not used the instructions. Overall, a great property. We enjoyed sitting out and watching the wildlife.

Lovely area in the spring if you love the desert and birding! Cooked all our meals and enjoyed the porch in morning and pool in heat of the day. Visited the National Park, Desert Museum and Sabino Canyon! We hope to return a third time! Towels, linens and bedding all very nice.

We loved staying at this property in Tucson. The outdoor patio is shaded, has wrought iron dining tables with chairs (with cushions) and a large gas grill. The yard is spectacular. So many mature saguaro cacti and many, many diverse species of cacti and a huge lemon tree. The large backyard is fenced, has several bird feeders and birdbath, and has a firepit with firewood provided. We sat on the patio each day to eat breakfast and watch the birds. The house itself is wonderful. This hostess has thought of everything! The kitchen is so well stocked with appliances (microwave, toaster, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, etc), you will have everything you need to make meals easily. She provides a cabinet full of spices and condiments in the fridge. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. TV has Roku. The pool next door is lovely but we did not use the pool. We parked our car in the garage and the hostess provided a garage door opener. Tons of books on AZ flora, fauna and wildlife, plus 50+ local brochures to give you ideas of what to do while you visit Tucson. Only 20 minutes away from the west side visitor center of Saguaro National Park. We also visited the Tucson Botanical Gardens, Sonoran Desert Museum, Tubac artist community, Mini Time Machine Miniature Museum (not to be missed!), Sweetwater Wetlands Park, lots of unique places to shop. We tried to visit the art museum on the Uof A campus but could not find parking. Great vacation and a wonderful VRBO rental home.

Our group of four absolutely loved this property. It was clean, nicely decorated and just as described. The pool was very nice, and the landscaping was stunning! The owner was easy to reach and replied promptly to our questions and comments.

Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed almost every day at the beautiful pool! Patio was lovely to sit on and watch the wildlife! Had a pack of javelina visit one night, which was awesome to see! Didnt even know about them! Owners were wonderful and responded to any questions or issue, quickly! We would really love to come back someday soon! Home is so much more beautiful than picture show! any questions tjat we had

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway, hiking the Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon. Everything was provided for an enjoyable stay. The pool is even larger and nicer in person, and the view of the desert from the pool is amazing. We also enjoyed watching the sun rise over the desert from the breakfast table. The house was very clean. We didnt sleep on the futon, but I found it surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Small hiccup at check in that the hosts remedied quickly. They live onsite/next door but gave us total privacy. As another commenter pointed out, there is no door between the primary bedroom and the en suite bathroom.... you need to close the bedroom door for privacy. It did not bother us. We appreciated having the garage space to keep the car cool. I'd definitely stay here again.

The house was charming, quiet, and private. It offered beautiful views of the surrounding desert landscape and the pool was a treat for escaping the mid-day heat. It was an easy drive to downtown Tucson or out to the desert trails. Great for a couple’s get away!

Very comfortable, clean casita. Wouldn’t rent for more than two couples though, as it is small. It’s worth noting that one in our party is somewhat mobility challenged and there were grab bars in both showers, plus Camella was kind enough to provide a shower chair. The only thing that would make it any better is another bar by the toilet. There was every dish, pan, and utensil that you could wish for, if you’re cooking. If you’re not, there are great restaurants only a mile or two up the road. We didn’t want for anything! We saw tons of activity at the feeders, birds of all kinds, rabbits and even a coyote. Totally tranquil yard. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The property was just as portrayed. The entire house was well appointed with everything we needed, and more. The home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 4 adults to spread out. The location was just enough West of the main area to be quiet, and yet close enough to everything we wanted.Our host was very responsive whenever we had a question. Their house is on the property, but they did not intrude at all. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a perfect vacation staying in this guest house. The property was so private with a park like yard. I am mobility limited so the single floor was great and there were no steps into the front door or garage. We visited during monsoon season and had a perfect routine of outdoor exploration in the am, swim in the properties amazing private pool in the heat of the afternoon, then watch the dtorns roll in off the mountains in the evening. It was beautiful. The house was clean and comfortable. We would easily stay again if we visit Tucson again.

This home is everything it advertises plus more! The house is clean, well stocked and the hosts are great. We really liked the decorations! The location, as mentioned by other reviewers, is wonderful. We enjoyed visiting Tohono Chul Gardens, Sweetwater Wetlands Park, and Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. What we loved the most was the desert-nature that surrounded this house. The views of mountains are fantastic. We spent mornings and late afternoons watching birds at the backyard feeders and in the neighborhood. Birds we saw included cactus wrens, gila & ladder-backed woodpeckers, northern cardinals, Gamble's quails & pyrrhuloxia. We would definitely return!

The property was exactly as described! Clean, quiet, and spacious. Used the house as a touch down place while visiting Tucson for the annual gem shows. It's conveniently located near the highway which made traveling super easy. The property is also located very close to all types of shopping and restaurants. The host was very speedy about resolving an issue with the wifi and very responsive to other questions. I really enjoyed the well maintained, but natural setting of the property. And the birds at the feeders were fun to watch in the morning. Already booked the next stay and I can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was pretty convenient. The address was the main house so you need to go one more drive over. Very clean. Not a fan of no door to potty in main bedroom but closet was great. Coffee pot needs updating ! We’d go back for sure. Maybe bring our Kerurig!

I would like to thank the hostess Carella for the wonderful stay. The outdoor enclosed porch had two small tables and chairs, and afforded a magnificent view of the Sonoran landscape. There were several bird feeders set up outside the porch, which attracted a lot of different species of birds. There were also the unique Saguaro cacti visible from the porch. The house was cosy, comfortable, and super well-equipped. Every possible kitchen utensil, laundry supplies, linens, and other things, from walking sticks to binoculars, were available for our use. If I visit Tucson again, I would rent this property again.

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway, hiking the Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon. Everything was provided for an enjoyable stay. The pool is even larger and nicer in person, and the view of the desert from the pool is amazing. We also enjoyed watching the sun rise over the desert from the breakfast table. The house was very clean. We didnt sleep on the futon, but I found it surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Small hiccup at check in that the hosts remedied quickly. They live onsite/next door but gave us total privacy. As another commenter pointed out, there is no door between the primary bedroom and the en suite bathroom.... you need to close the bedroom door for privacy. It did not bother us. We appreciated having the garage space to keep the car cool. I'd definitely stay here again.

The property was just as portrayed. The entire house was well appointed with everything we needed, and more. The home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 4 adults to spread out. The location was just enough West of the main area to be quiet, and yet close enough to everything we wanted.Our host was very responsive whenever we had a question. Their house is on the property, but they did not intrude at all. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described! Clean, quiet, and spacious. Used the house as a touch down place while visiting Tucson for the annual gem shows. It's conveniently located near the highway which made traveling super easy. The property is also located very close to all types of shopping and restaurants. The host was very speedy about resolving an issue with the wifi and very responsive to other questions. I really enjoyed the well maintained, but natural setting of the property. And the birds at the feeders were fun to watch in the morning. Already booked the next stay and I can't wait to come back!

Our only minor hitch was that we missed that the property was 6380B not 6380 W. Ina Rd. It was in the directions instructions, but we had not used the instructions. Overall, a great property. We enjoyed sitting out and watching the wildlife.

We traveled to Tucson for a UA graduation. The property was ideal. Close to I-10 for access and out away for peaceful desert nights. Communication was prompt and requests for a family get together were accommodated. We were there for 12 nights, felt like home after one. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

This is a nice home in a beautiful setting, close to Saguaro National Park. Kitchen was well-stocked, and there were even hiking poles in the closet for guest use. Carella was a great host and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Our group of four absolutely loved this property. It was clean, nicely decorated and just as described. The pool was very nice, and the landscaping was stunning! The owner was easy to reach and replied promptly to our questions and comments.

We had such a wonderful time in this cute desert home! Ours was a last-minute booking and the host was so accommodating and communicative. There was even a nice note and a bottle of wine on the counter for us when we arrived! The house was very clean, bright, and comfortable. The back patio is very private and we really enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We'd love to come back again!

The property surrounding the cassita is beautiful. There are various cacti and other flowering plants. Bird feeders brought nature to the back patio. There is an in-ground pool shared with the main house and a fire pit off the patio. Nice patio furniture and a well stocked home. The location is near Saguaro National park with access to lots of hiking; yet, easy access to I-10 allowing you to be downtown in 20 min. We would stay at this location again if our travels bring us to Tucson.

Lovely 3BR two minutes from national park trailheads and minutes from any conveniences. So well stocked. Surrounded by Sonoran desert floor beauty. Saw javelina, coyotes, road runners, giant desert rabbits all from the house! The host is the best too. Great 3 weeks.

The pics online don't do justice to the location and surroundings of this amazing place. Close to Saguaro National Park, we enjoyed the easy access and afterward spent a lot of time on the outside patio watching wild birds feeding and soaking in the peace and tranquility.

The house was charming, quiet, and private. It offered beautiful views of the surrounding desert landscape and the pool was a treat for escaping the mid-day heat. It was an easy drive to downtown Tucson or out to the desert trails. Great for a couple’s get away!

We loved sitting on our private back patio having coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. It was fun to watch all the birds we have never seen before at the feeders. Carella was a delightful host.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay over Thanksgiving while visiting our son who attends UofA. Carella's home was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We so enjoyed bird watching and the home's surroundings. We even spent time by the pool, enjoyed a fire under the stars, and had many meals on the terrace. We will be back. Thank you!

We loved staying at this property in Tucson. The outdoor patio is shaded, has wrought iron dining tables with chairs (with cushions) and a large gas grill. The yard is spectacular. So many mature saguaro cacti and many, many diverse species of cacti and a huge lemon tree. The large backyard is fenced, has several bird feeders and birdbath, and has a firepit with firewood provided. We sat on the patio each day to eat breakfast and watch the birds. The house itself is wonderful. This hostess has thought of everything! The kitchen is so well stocked with appliances (microwave, toaster, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, etc), you will have everything you need to make meals easily. She provides a cabinet full of spices and condiments in the fridge. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. TV has Roku. The pool next door is lovely but we did not use the pool. We parked our car in the garage and the hostess provided a garage door opener. Tons of books on AZ flora, fauna and wildlife, plus 50+ local brochures to give you ideas of what to do while you visit Tucson. Only 20 minutes away from the west side visitor center of Saguaro National Park. We also visited the Tucson Botanical Gardens, Sonoran Desert Museum, Tubac artist community, Mini Time Machine Miniature Museum (not to be missed!), Sweetwater Wetlands Park, lots of unique places to shop. We tried to visit the art museum on the Uof A campus but could not find parking. Great vacation and a wonderful VRBO rental home.

Beautiful 3 bdm 2 bath home in the desert. The kitchen has everything you need from spices to equipment. This is beautiful property on acreage but minutes to groceries and a Costco. The property owner is located in the house next door and available if needed, but otherwise we didn’t see her at all.

This was a very well maintained and clean property. Carella takes pride in her home and wildlife. My family enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets on the patio. We even got a glimpse of some new desert wildlife we never saw before. The home was fully equipped with supplies making it easy to cook if desired. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel at home this is the one! We will definitely be making this a return spot when we come to Tucson again. Our stay was perfect. We love the high desert and the wildlife was fun. Lots of birds, rabbits, even deer, which was a surprise. Very nice hosts. And, most importantly, the guest house is beautiful with outstanding southwest decor.

This property ticked all the boxes for us and we won’t hesitate to come back. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would expect to find in a home including blenders and a rice cooker. Lots of spices and oils, fridge stocked with condiments, even pantry goods. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of additional towels and bedding in the closets. A room stocked with books and games. The outdoor space was great for enjoying the afternoon/evening out of the direct sun and the birds always put on a great show. It was very quiet, yet only 5 minutes from the highway, shopping centers, and a large park. A quick 20 minutes gets you to UofA and surrounding area. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs.
This property ticked all the boxes for us and we won’t hesitate to come back. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would expect to find in a home including blenders and a rice cooker. Lots of spices and oils, fridge stocked with condiments, even pantry goods. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of additional towels and bedding in the closets. This is a well taken care of property. It has decor to match the area. Everything we needed was there as well as a good guide book to where things are in the house and the area. The host was very prompt in replying to messages. It was a great place to end and relax for our last few days in Arizona! Absolutely loved watching the birds at the feeders in the morning and evening. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the scenery.

We so enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The grounds were beautiful and great for birding. Close to Tuscon yet felt like we were in the middle of the beautiful desert. Nice porch and access to swimming pool. Home was very nice with all the amenities that we needed. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
