This hotel was amazing! The staff are incredibly kind & helpful. Breakfast & dinners were included in the rate & absolutely delicious. Pools were amazing and loved having private access to the beach. The room was spacious & smelled so good. They also had daily wellness classes like yoga, sound healing, and breathwork. We also got an amazing massage at the spa. The tour desk is very helpful as well and set us up on some really fun excursions where transportation and lunch were included. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a great time!

This Boutique Hotel is a true gem. The facilities are fantastic lots of greenery, pools, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food is fantastic. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We stayed an extra night bc it was so good. The beach club is an enclosed area at the beach w a bar, chairs and towel service. Highly recommend.

The hotel rooms were very clean and simple but you don't need nothing more than that. The food and the services and the pool and common areas were exceptional. They even have breakfast and dinner and yoga , breathing and mindfulness classes included.

Wonderful stay at the Jardín del Edén Boutique Hotel. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself is really beautiful. There's a walkway down to the main road of Tamarindo, and a beachside lounging area connected to the hotel, which was really convenient. Enjoyed a relaxing couples massage with Yerling and Mali, who were excellent masseuses. Didn't realize this when I booked but Breakfast and Dinner meals are included, and they were both excellent! I especially appreciated the DIY mimosa bar, so I could properly enjoy every morning of my vacation ;-)

Spectacular property. Beautiful grounds, perfectly maintained. Everything was super clean. Rooms so nice. Breakfast and dinner included, food was fantastic. Great location, beach access, in center of town but felt like a private oasis. Spa treatments hands down fabulous. Yerling was a great masseuse. The staff was beyond wonderful, couldn’t do enough! I’m staying there every time I come back. Upscale resort - perfect! Do not miss! Great wifi and pool also!

Beautiful garden-like property! Excellent service, people were very friendly and helpful. The food quality and selection was great. The beach was right across a small road and the hotel had its own private gated beach area with daybeds, lounge chairs, dipping pool and bar with food orders available. The overall ambiance was perfect for a serene and/ or romantic getaway, for adults only. Loved it!

Truly a Garden of Eden Resort. We liked how Compact the Resort was. Everything was easy to enjoy - Pools, Restaurant, Spa, secluded Rooms and a Private area overlooking the Beach. Just step through a private exit to walk on the Public beach. We enjoyed watching the Surfing - great medium size waves. The private grounds were in immaculate shape. Our Room was spacious and literally steps from the largest Pool. (Ask for a Room number in the forties) All this and yet right next to the town of Tamarindo with restaurants and nightlife. Thank you Kevin (beach bartender) and Alan and Deiner for the AWESOME Service especially at Breakfast and Dinner. We also enjoyed the privacy of the spa for our Swedish massages. Much better than on the public beach. We were happy with all of the menu options at both the buffet breakfast and the evening dinners - both included in our room rate. We will be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The grounds are gorgeous and so lush. There’s a beautiful pool and easy access to a private beach area for guests. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Very eager to please. We had massages and they were wonderful! Right at poolside but private. Highly recommend and will return!

This is a boutique hotel, smaller than the larger neighbors so focused on their guests and their experience. Two pools on site, with easy and private beach access...perfect for a morning or evening walk on the beach. Breakfast and dinner included, and all meals were creative and delicious. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We have already booked a return trip

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Es war geräumig, es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher (was gar nicht notwendig war) einzig hätte es sauberer sein können. Mit dem Nachfüllen der KaffeeKapseln hat es nicht wirklich geklappt. Wir mussten dies mehrmals reklamieren. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Zum Strand musste man einen schmalen Gang durch Palmen gehen. Ab und zu sah man dort auch Brüllaffen. Das war sehr idyllisch. Ausnahmslos alle Angestellten war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum (das beste auf unserer ganzen Rundreise) und auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst und kommen gerne wieder.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this Adult only property. Let's start with the food, Amazing!! Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner was tasty. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were very friendly and accomodating. The property was clean and safe. My only complaint was housekeeping. They were inconsistent with services and I complained to the front desk.

The hotel was fantastic. The wonderful staff were always happy to help and wish a good day or Pura Vida! Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Pools and surrounding areas were constantly being cleaned. Location is perfect for Tamarindo. As a group we loved it. No complaints whatsoever!

This is a nice little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, not too small but accommodating enough for two. We had a nice view that we were able to see the ocean. This hotel don’t have any elevator & there is a small incline coming back from the beach & restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly & would like to make a special mention to one of the staff member Natalie who my wife reminded me to mention for her wonderful service. Only knick I had was the price for certain things like water or soda was a little bit on the high end but everything else was on point. I would visit again.

I enjoyed my stay. Specially being across the street from the beach with private access. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are average and could use updating. There are many steps up and down but I didn’t mind.

We loved our stay there. We had a room with a large bathroom plus a garden terrace and an outside hot tub. Very private and the hot tub was a great way to start and end the day. Breakfast and dinner were provided and there were good options every day. The walk to the beach was on the property except for the quick walk across the main street. Very nice small pool on the beach property and the ocean was just a few feet away. The main pools near the restaurants were very nice. The gardens on the property were well-kept. The staff all had wonderful attitudes and made it an enjoyable stay. I want to go back soon.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Es war geräumig, es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher (was gar nicht notwendig war) einzig hätte es sauberer sein können. Mit dem Nachfüllen der KaffeeKapseln hat es nicht wirklich geklappt. Wir mussten dies mehrmals reklamieren. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Zum Strand musste man einen schmalen Gang durch Palmen gehen. Ab und zu sah man dort auch Brüllaffen. Das war sehr idyllisch. Ausnahmslos alle Angestellten war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum (das beste auf unserer ganzen Rundreise) und auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst und kommen gerne wieder.

Loved my stay. Enjoyed the luxurious room with a jacuzzi on my terrace. Everyone at the hotel was so nice. Service was excellent especially in the restaurant. The food was so tasty and presented so beautifully. The only thing I would suggest is if they had some nightly entertainment.

Our stay came with free breakfast and 3 course meal for dinner. The dinner dishes were delicious. The drinks were great. Close and walkable to other hotels, dining, and shopping, but the hotel is quiet and doesn't feel like you're in the middle of everything. The ocean views were great. The room is a little outdated but had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. There is private beach access with a bar, which was also pretty quiet considering the location. There are 2 parking areas for cars. The drive up to the hotel is not paved. Overall, we loved our stay -- it was quiet, adults only, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks, location, excursions, activities. Just a perfect relaxing place.

Service was A++ Leo at the fromt desk and all the others where super nice, friendly and accomodating. Kevin at the beach bar was superb. Everyone at the restaurant was great and the food was amazing! We had dinner there every night. The place is beautiful and the accommodations are excellent.

We loved our stay at Jardin del Eden! The staff was so nice and the property was beautiful and safe. We loved being able to walk to the beach and have drinks made by the wonderful bartenders and also walk to some nearby places. Everything was so close which was nice. This felt like a jungle getaway, even saw some Monkeys in the trees! We would def recommend this to others and would come again.

Stay away from this place! Our stay was cut short due to a SERIOUS safety issue. We checked in early evening. We went up to the room, put our bags down, locked our passports in the safe and closed the door shut. We left for about 2 hours to explore the property and have dinner, which is at 6pm. Upon returning, the door was wide open. We were stunned. How is that possible? I went down to reception to notify them about the issue. She confirmed that housekeeping hadn't been in our room and that no one other than her and staff could've gained entry. We went back and forth for 10 minutes with me explaining how we don't feel safe because one of her staff literally came into room. What if our money and passports weren't locked away? Did we come back from dinner just in time so the person didn't have a chance to close the door without alerting us? Maybe the wind blew it open she said. Huh? She didn't apologize. Didn't try to investigate. Didn't offer another room. Didn't care, at all! Oh, and there are no cameras in the hotel. In 2023. We immediately went back up to the room, grabbed our bags and checked out. While upstairs another guest across the hall mysteriously said his friend had to check out of our room earlier in the day as well. We checked out. Again, no apologies, no partial refund offered, nothing. They literally didn't care. We went to the bigger, safer, Tamarindo Hotel across the street that is on the beach. It's apparently their sister hotel.

Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel really lives up to its name. It is nicely tucked away from the main strip but completely accessible at the same time with their hidden walkway. The beach front that is offered through the hotel makes this stay worth it 100 times over. Private beach with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, lunch options, and a bar. What else could you ask for!? This was also we’re we made many friends during our stay. The true highlight of our stay was the staff of the Jardin Del Eden. These people not only ensured that every moment of our stay was up to standard, but were a absolute joy to talk to and hangout with as well. Their attention to detail and service was A . They would ask about our excursions we did the day before, remember what beers we were drinking, and would even introduce us to other guests who we may get along with. We would like to acknowledge some of the staff who went above and beyond: Sylvia, Kevin, Richard, Endy, Elizabeth, Leo, and Fabiola. We highly recommend the hotel and all of the staff. My husband and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate. This boutique hotel provided a serene escape with it's beautifully decorated lush gardens. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. One of the standout features of Jardin de Eden is its exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank to Dylan, Nancy, Mariella and Andy. We will definitely be returning.

Check your bill before you leave the hotel! I was surprised to see several charges not covered in the final statement. Their staff are not genuinely nice and helpful. Other than that, the place is great and loved their food (breakfast and dinner).

Great find and would absolutely come back. Customer Service: Prior to arrival I reached out about transportation and they responded quickly for assistance. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Upon arrival you get mimosas in the lobby and who doesn't want to kick off vacation this way! Our waiter Gerald was awesome during our stay and Eli was always helpful when we needed anything. Drinks & Dining Breakfast and Dinner are included and the dinner was EXCELLENT. Which I was surprised because sometimes inclusive food can be hit or miss. The drinks on property were really affordable which was an even better bonus! The views are beautiful and the property grounds are very well. maintained and scenic. Location: The location was PERFECT! You can walk to additional dining options, restaurants bars shopping and the beach in under 1 min. It's literally in the heart of a downtown area but the property itself feels like it in the mountains. The hotel has a private beach access across the street and then it connects to the strip of the beach with other hotels. If you want a cool hang out spot you have to check out

Spectacular property. Beautiful grounds, perfectly maintained. Everything was super clean. Rooms so nice. Breakfast and dinner included, food was fantastic. Great location, beach access, in center of town but felt like a private oasis. Spa treatments hands down fabulous. Yerling was a great masseuse. The staff was beyond wonderful, couldn’t do enough! I’m staying there every time I come back. Upscale resort - perfect! Do not miss! Great wifi and pool also!

Beautiful garden-like property! Excellent service, people were very friendly and helpful. The food quality and selection was great. The beach was right across a small road and the hotel had its own private gated beach area with daybeds, lounge chairs, dipping pool and bar with food orders available. The overall ambiance was perfect for a serene and/ or romantic getaway, for adults only. Loved it!

Just returned from a 1-week stay at the beautiful Jardin Del Eden. One word Paradise! If you're looking for a romantic stay or a wellness retreat. This is the place. The all-inclusive buffet breakfasts and suppers were exceptional. The staff was amazing. Make sure to talk to Kevin at the beach bar. Lots of local knowledge. The Tamarindo location is very beautiful and relaxing. We would've stayed another week. Pura vida.

This place is stunning! I was obsessed with the many tropical plants surrounding the hotel. The pool was so quiet and peaceful. The food was really delicious. The beach is right down a sidewalk from the hotel across a private beach access gate. The room was comfortable and great AC unit. My only complaint is that we were not told that the water at dinner is not complimentary. Unless you get water from the tap, the glass bottles are each $9usd. We didn’t know until my $100 charge on my card had cleared and they brought us another bill at the table. But they made some amazing mocktails since I don’t drink, I highly recommended the mint or passion fruit frozen lemonade!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! They greeted us with drinks and cold towels on arrival and were always friendly and welcoming! The food was delicious but only two options for dinner each night, which can be tough if you are a picky eater. They did give us an opportunity to eat at another restaurant for one of our 4 nights which was a nice touch and allowed us to try more food in the area! The property was extremely well maintained and beautiful! Loved the pools and garden! Overall the main complaint I have is that the WiFi in the room was awful- they did have a computer to use in the lobby, but trying to look up anything on my phone before the day started was painfully slow.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! They greeted us with drinks and cold towels on arrival and were always friendly and welcoming! The food was delicious but only two options for dinner each night, which can be tough if you are a picky eater. They did give us an opportunity to eat at another restaurant for one of our 4 nights which was a nice touch and allowed us to try more food in the area! The property was extremely well maintained and beautiful! Loved the pools and garden! Overall the main complaint I have is that the WiFi in the room was awful- they did have a computer to use in the lobby, but trying to look up anything on my phone before the day started was painfully slow.

What a gem! The thoughtful layout of the property gave us both lush garden pool vibes + beachfront infinity pool nestled in the bustling boutique area of Tamarindo. The rooms are adequate. We indulged on one with a hot tub and patio which was so perfect for the occasional passing rain. Absolutely beautiful grounds, exceptional service, perfect location. And the food was literally gourmet every night. Breakfast, which is also included, was a display of choice both hot and cold. We rented a car and appreciated the secure lot just adjacent. Brilliant stay!

O hotel é bem localizado. O café da manhã e o jantar são excelentes. Está próximo da praia, mas há muitas escadas. Os quartos precisam de modernização e reforma. Não gostei dos travesseiros. A piscina e os jardins são bonitos e bem cuidados.

O único ponto desfavorável foi ter que trocar de quarto devido a umidade, fruto da arquitetura e do paisagismo que impedia o sol de bater no quarto...no resto 10 pra tudo.

We enjoyed our stay at this adults-only boutique hotel. While in the downtown, this hotel felt like a tropical oasis. The pools, gardens and walkways were peaceful and created a very romantic atmosphere. (We met many couples on their honeymoon during our stay.) The hotel included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a free mimosa station. The dinner menu changed daily, we were given the menu at breakfast and would then place our orders for the evening. (A vegetarian menu was available every day.) Drinks at dinner were not included. Overall, the food was good. There was a nice path from the hotel to the downtown and beach club. We tried a few local restaurants for lunch (highly recommend the Falafel Bar) and also ate lunch at the beach club (the chicken nachos were delicious!) The beach club had a great beach bar with nice views and drinks. Yoga (as well as other activities) were complimentarty and offered throughout our stay. We tried a yoga class and it was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Our room was dated but clean, our balcony had a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean. This hotel is a solid choice for Tamarindo.
