I cannot say anything but amazing things about the Parador Nature Resort & Spa. We loved our room and views, the pools were incredible as well as the staff. The beds were so comfortable. We felt like everywhere we went on the property that the staff were so kind and helpful. I loved having the self serve laundry, the outstanding breakfasts, the drinks at the pool bar with the wonderful bartenders who couldn’t have been friendlier. It was a great resort and we hope to return someday in the future.

Overall - great stay and will stay again in future Plus: - Great facilities - Awesome breakfast - Better options unwind and relax Minus: - No big coach bus could enter the road Calle Mariposa from Route 618. Plan to use local Taxi (costly). - Parador not given us shuttle either to collect us from intersection of Calle Mariposa & Route 618 though they have shuttle service. Sounds like they operate only in specific times. Outside of schedule they charge double the amount than regular taxi. Not helpful. - During check-in, one of the staff stopped our group in middle of our way to room and wanted to check our passport again because he mistakenly felt we all were not checked-in. Felt he was not polite.

This hotel is beautiful as it sits on the top of a cliff. The views are stunning and the staff were very helpful. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and liked the location.
