Ho fatto un soggiorno breve di 3 giorni. L'unica obiezione che rilevo è che non sono mai venuti a riordinare la stanza e che, contattata dalla reception la prima sera, parlavano solo tedesco o inglese. Forse però sono troppo esigente, non viaggiando spesso e conoscendo solo 2 lingue che non sono tra quelle citate

Sicuramente il panorama sul lago era magnifico. La strada cui si affaccia e' estremamente trafficata e rumorosa. In condizioni normali le finestre isolano sufficientemente dai disturbi notturni esterni. Il problema e' la mancanza di aria condizionata, normalmente comprensibili a quelle latitudini, che ci ha costretto a dormire con le finestre aperte a causa delle temperature fuori dal normale di questa estate. Cioe' a non dormire. A parte questo spiacevole dettaglio il giudizio complessivo e' ottimo. Da scegliere quando non fa molto caldo.

Ideale, ruhige und zentrale Lage bei einem Zimmer im Anexbau. Leider war der Lift während des Aufenthalts von drei Nächten defekt und für ältere, beeinträchtigte Personen ein Nachteil, insbesondere bei einem Zimmer im oberen Stockwerkbereich. Viele Annehmlichkeiten für preiswerte Verpflegung jeglicher Art im Quartier St. Georg mit seinen Hinterhöfen und den Cafés. Hauptbahnhof in Gehdistanz. Nette und preiswerte Unterkunft, ideal für ein Städteweekend. Aus Zeitgründen das Frühstück für 20 Euro diesen Aufenthalt leider nicht genutzt. Ist aber reichlich und den Preis wert, wer ein ausgiebiges Frühstück liebt.

The room was clean, the initial reception staff were friendly but we had a delay at the end as city tax not taken at start (and was in a rush for an early train). Technically we had a lake view but what with trees, road and night club not a great view. Not in their control but the night club/restaurant over the road played astoundingly loud music until around midnight. When reception informed that this was causing sleep issues they said that nothing they could do - the city has strict night time noise rules and I was surprised they didn't want to chase this with the establishment or the local police. I referred this to Hamburg police after no response. That all said the rooms were huge. No AC as expected. The bathrooms were fine though some work needs doing here to make it up to the standard we'd have expected. The bed were nice and the whole place was well presented. Would I stay again? Hard to say - it was HOT and what with no AC and having to close windows due to music... probably not.
