This home was perfect. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space for a family. The living room was spacious and the kitchen had all updated appliances. Clean, clean clean! Quiet neighborhood, near a park. Easy to get to downtown, BSU, Boise Bench, Eagle, etc. Perfectly located. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Boise.

We were so pleased when we arrived at this beautiful VRBO home. It was beautifully decorated and had a very upscale kitchen and bathrooms. It had every amenity we could possibly want and then some. Steps away from a lovely park that we frequented daily. We definitely would love to stay here again when we come to Boise. A big thank you to our gracious host and hostess who were readily available if and when we needed them.

Beautiful cozy home. My mom referred to the back yard as the Garden of Eden. Hosts are very responsive. The whole winstead community was very welcoming with smiles and waves.

Great property for me, my spouse, and our 17-year-old son who had a soccer tournament in Boise over Memorial Day weekend. Great location. Washer and dryer for smelly soccer gear. Wonderfully eclectic decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Barbara made it so easy to check-in, etc.

This property is just as advertised...updated, clean, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and no matter where we were going, it seemed to be 11 minutes away! Very good location for accessing all points of the city. Also is located a few blocks from a magnificent view of the city in the valley and surrounding hills! Would definitely stay there again.

Late booking as our original stay discovered they'd double booked. Lovely well equipped, spotlessly clean bungalow with a African theme running through the house. Fortunately no stuffed animal trophies that we'd encountered earlier on this trip. Location is very quiet but supermarket and restaurants are not far away.

Nice neighborhood and location, did not specify that is was a condo on listing. Needed a deep clean around the whole house. My wife and I got there and about 45 minutes after, the husband of the property owner walked in without knocking. Very rude and nosey.

We get to Boise once or twice a year to visit our grandchildren, and this was probably the best property we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The property is in a beautiful Neiborhood and is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We wanted for nothing while staying here! This property will definitely be our top choice when visiting again.

The stay here was absolutely lovely! Barbara had a terrific booklet of instructions that provided all of the information we needed as well as local restaurant recommendations and points of interest. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and within minutes of downtown. The house was clean and inviting. We definitely recommend this home if you are staying in Boise.

Close proximity to downtown, Greenbelt adventures, Garden City dining & entertainment, yet convenient while visiting family members in West Bench, too. Beautifully decorated. Freshly remodeled with new kitchen appliances and upgraded bathrooms. The living are dining areas are fabulously adorned with Africa-theme decorations and stunning souvenirs.

We wish we could stay there all the time. Great location. The house was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The yard was so well taken care of, with gorgeous flowers. It was easy to find and conveniently located. The kitchen was well supplied and made making dinner each night easy. With a teenager, it was really nice to have a second bathroom for her, and one for us. She loved the decor in her room. We had games to play, and we were greeted with some tasty muffins. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the Boise area.

We have now stayed at this property four times. There are many reasons why we keep coming back: it’s a very generous amount of space for the money, so very well appointed, very clean and comfortable, modern appliances, two baths and two bedrooms, comfortable furniture, convenient to where we like to go while we’re in Boise, indoor parking, the owners live next door, and it’s located in a super quiet neighborhood. We try to visit Boise at least once every year and always look at this property first to see if it’s available.

The property was good. Kitchen well stocked. Listing indicated there was a blender, which we could not find so we purchased one to leave for the next guests. Cleanup instructions were clear and very easy to clean up.
