Great communication with the staff and the room has everything you really need for a stay short of a full size cooker. Nice easy walk from the Greyhound bus interchange and to options for eating. It would probably help having a car in the area but we didn't and it was still perfect for our short stay before K'gari. Can't fault it really. Even got to use the pool next day.

I was a late check-in & left early so was in my room for less than 12 hours but they made it really easy for me to pick up my key & I was able to drop off my key in the morning. I've stayed at a few hotels over the last few weels weeks and this had been one of my favourites, clean and a comfy bed. When I reached out with questions they were responded to fairly quickly. The only thing I was nearly caught out as I hadn't realised the reception closed at 6pm but all worked out in the end. Thank you for everyone's helpmin making my staru easy & simple.
