Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima

Camere fantastiche, servizio impeccabile

Hotel in posizione molto conveniente per visitare Hiroshima. La camera era spaziosa (per standard giapponesi), pulita e recentemente ristrutturata. C'è stato un unico ma grande problema: ci hanno assegnato una stanza fumatori. Il piano (18mo) puzza di fumo ovunque e la stanza (pur se pulita) ha un odore per niente piacevole, soprattutto viaggiando con una bambina di 11 anni. Staff cortese, ma non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema.

１４階フロアに宿泊しました。 お風呂に髪の毛が何本も落ちていて掃除したのかな？と思いました。 前日のホテルが綺麗だっただけにこちらのホテルを楽しみにしていたのに少々残念でした。 ですが33階のスカイダイニングは大人な空間で美味しいカクテルと素敵な夜景をみながらのんびりすることができました。 ありがとうございました

Check in was smooth, staff were always very friendly and helpful, the room itself was very large, comfortable, and the view over the north of Hiroshima was genuinely incredible. Cleaning options are plentiful depending on the level of service you'd like, and any room service needs, i.e. rental equipment, food, towels etc are all done via QR code on your phone, so convenient! The high room we booked had two well sized comfortable beds in a large, open room. While the furniture and bathroom may look like they are from another time, they were very well taken care of and are clearly high quality. I have paid a lot more for hotels previously and they do not even come close to the RIHGA. Close to the bus station and a number of bus stops, do not be discouraged by the lack of subway here. I would 100% book again and look forward to visiting Hiroshima again with you.
