Good experience but they could be better in terms of cleanliness and breakfast food. The pool is great but the water is very very cold, we all got sick after swimming once. Three small bottles of water 0,5 L were free in the room for 3 pr . When we asked for more one time we had to pay 5 euros for each small bottle in cash.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, auch wenn nicht alles dem entsprach, was auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, jedoch gab es kaum ein Lächeln. Mein Standardzimmer war zweckmäßig, die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Hinter dem Sofa und den Vorhängen befanden sich Staub und Spinnweben, die während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht entfernt wurden. Auch der Kleiderschrank war staubig, sodass mein Pullover dort Staub abbekam. Im Bad wurde kaum gründlich gereinigt, lediglich die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Der übrige Hotelbereich war dagegen sauber. Für ein Haus dieser Klasse und Preiskategorie hätte ich insgesamt mehr Sorgfalt bei der Zimmerreinigung erwartet.

De kamer is zeer verouderd, waardoor er veel koude wind in nacht naar binnen kwam. De dag erna hebben we het gelijk aangeven bij de receptie. Meneer gaf aan dat het gelijk gefixt ziu worden. Dag 2 was dit nog steeds niet gefixt. Na heel wat klagen en de kind eerst ziek moest worden hebben we een ander kamer kregen. Alhoewel deze kamer kamer ook zeer slecht ramen hebben. Je hoort letterlijk alles wat er buiten gebeurt. En je moet ook nog is badmuts verplicht kopen omdat je dan niet voldoet aan de hygiënemaatregelen.

The staff was as helpful as they could be, but the hotel is badly in need of a renovation. The drains in the bathroom stank and using the toilet paper roll was a challenge, as someone had glued a phone directly beside it. The toilet rocked when I sat on it. And, despite turning off the heating entirely, my room was an over at all times of the day. I would have slept with the window open had it not been for the highway in front of the hotel.

I loved the manager named Tekin and front desk staff named Aldi’s. The manager treated me and my wife with respect and he became like a close friend to us, I can say he is the reason for me to write this review beside Aldi’s that she was more than excellent. Stuff were not helpful and kept looking busy and after 3-5 mins of waiting for them I had to ask if they will help me and then they acknowledged and helped in checking me in. Also, they wouldn’t order taxi for me and said they are offering airport transport for 70 Euros. I had to walk out to street and wave a taxi which took me to Istanbul Airport for ~$25.

The staff are not friendly and have poor communication skills. They do not smile or greet you. We asked for directions to a popular attraction site and the member of staff said they have no idea. It is almost like they do not live in the country. The breakfast buffet did not have enough variety. There were flies on the food and it did not taste nice. You need to pay 3 euros for an omlette which is a joke. The room was spacious however the bathroom was small. This hotel is not worth 5 stars! The only positive is that the metro is 5 mins away and there are taxis nearby.
