Very nice hotel, right on Taksim. Pros: Location Nice Hotel staff Good Price Nice bed Has a nice bar with nice bar staff. Cons: Very bad insulation between rooms, same with windows, police a blaring horns and sirens all night long.

Great location. Walkable area. Bus, metro, taxi all close. House keeping friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was a treat and perfect for sunrise. Restaurant food was, in our experience, subpar; however many options were close by and the back ‘porch’ was good for a cup of tea and people watching.

Top location on Taksim Square, friendly staff. Bedrooms good with fridge, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Good bar area like a traditional pub Would recommend this hotel

Stinkey room (like toilet) and very thin walls so you hear the neighbors very well. And the gym here is not like in the pictures. No treadmills or bikes and full of accounting books. Its not a gym and nothing works. Bad ventilation in the room and you nust therefore keep the window open even when its cold outside. Just a bad concept overall.

Flott hotell med god service så sentralt som det går an å bli i Istanbul, rett ved Geziparken. Eneste minus var at restauranten var sengt på vinteren og at det ikke gikk an å få mat på hotellet etter klokken 3 på ettermiddagen. 안좋은 후기도 보이지만, 제 주관적인 느낌 적습니다. 참고로 전 3박 했습니다. 1. 이스탄불 국제공항에서 havaist버스타고 탁심광장 내리면 도보 3분 이내 거리에 있습니다. 정말 가깝습니다. 2. 튀르키예 음식이 맞지 않는다면, 바로 옆 3분 정도 거리의 태백이라는 식당이 있어서 식사하기도 좋습니다.(제육볶음, 떡볶이 등 추천, 사장은 튀르키예인, 주방장은 한국인) 3. 호텔 분위기가 굉장히 엔틱합니다. 내부 가구 등 인테리어가 훌륭합니다. 4. 화장실 환풍구가 위아래 객실과 연결되어 있어 소리가 조금 들립니다. 거슬릴 수 있으나, 화장실 공간이기에 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 5. 여기는 고급 호텔이 아닙니다. 소음 등에 대해 아주 민감하지 않으시다면 큰 불편은 없을 겁니다. 6. 아침 조식은 지하 1층에서 먹습니다. 이슬람 국가이다보니 베이컨 등의 돼지고기는 제공되지 않습니다. 이 점 참고하셔야 합니다. 7. 9층에 루프탑이 있습니다. 아침 일어나서 1번, 저녁에 1번 올라가보시면 좋은 풍경 보실 수 있습니다. 8. 탁심광장과 그 주변 거리가 바로 이어져 있어서 저녁에 나가 놀기 좋습니다. 9. 주변에 큰 사원이 있어서 아침 8시? 오후 4시? 정도에 크게 이슬람 쿠란을 방송합니다. 조금 시끄러울 수 있으나 문화에 대해 이해하고 체험하는 정도 수준입니다. 10. 숙소 1층에는 간단한 편의점이 있습니다.(맥주 등 판매함.) 11. 숙소 1층에 바도 있어서 간단하게 저녁에 분위기 있게 한잔하실 수 있습니다. 저는 대만족은 아니지만, 100점 만점에 90점 정도 주고 싶은 호텔이였습니다. 이 후기가 여러분들에게 도움이 되시길 바랍니다.

This property is close to all places of interest and is very walkable. I like that there is a big open space just outside the building. Breakfast was good. I didn't like how the rooms smell like cigarette smoke even though the facility is smoke free. The hallways on each floor has a particularly strong smell. Additionally, there was not treadmill when the amenity room indicates there would be one.

Location is excellent. Very clean but smaller rooms, well maintained. Bathroom good, great water pressure and hot water. All the amenities in bathroom you need. Free bottled water provided. Bed very comfy and clean white linen. Only negative is thin walls. I heard "everything" from a couple next door for 6 nights. Staff very helpful and pleasant

이렇게 지저분이 아닌 더러운 호텔은 처음입니다. 침대커버 안에 있는 머리카락, 카페트형태 바닥 구석에 있는 손톱인지 발톱인지 모를 신체 잔여물, 욕실문을 닫지 않으면 밤새 나는 배수구 냄새. 변기있는 공간? 도 어찌나 좁은지 휴지 뜯으려다 옆구리 담 오고요. 바로 옆에 걸려있는 인터폰을 자꾸 치게되서 화장실 갈 때마다 짜증유발에 방음 하나도 안 되서 옆방 개인적인 소리와 광장에서 싸우는 소리. 정말 총체적으로 난리입니다. 이스탄불이 처음이라 공항버스 정류장과 가깝다는 이유로 선택하고 4일이나 묵었는데 4일 내내 저 손톱은 그대로 있더군요. 최악 그 자체입니다. 별 하나도 아까워요.

朝食時間になっても、バイキング料理が揃っていなかった。従業員がこぞって朝食バイキング料理を取りに来ていたのが邪魔だった。滞在3日目には、ゴミ箱が処理されていなかったり、タオルが足りなかったり、コップの下のコースターがなくなっていたり、ちゃんと清掃したのか甚だ疑問だった。

I stayed 5 days and it was great. Location is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfasts were delicious, special thanks to chefs.

First we got a room on the second floor, and that was too much noise from the street. We couldn’t sleep well. I requested to change my room, and they gave me a room on the sixth floor. The room was so hot and I have been told that I can use furnace and not AC. I expected to have breakfast at rooftop, but they moved it to basement which was so small and without fresh air. The staff was very friendly and kind. The lobby was nice which give you a very nice and awesome atmosphere. The location is perfect, but I am not sure that I want to stay there another time.

客室（フレンチスタイル）は壁紙、調度など、古きよき時代のヨーロッパ・・の雰囲気で、交通の便のよい、タクスィム広場。　イスタンブールで近くのモスクから早朝～夜まで何度も「アザーン（お祈り時間のお知らせ）」が響くのが、ヨーロッパとイスラムの国融合・・面白い。 アジア側のザヒバ空港からもタクスィム広場行きの空港バスが出ており（夕方は少々渋滞もあった）降りてから、微妙な上り坂だったけれど、チェックイン時も、とても親切なおじさまスタッフが明るい対応で嬉しかった。 部屋によって違いがあるのかもしれないが、家族の部屋に比べて、私の部屋のWifi接続（保護されたパスワード教えてもらえる）が、すぐぷつぷつ切れてしまうのが、 唯一惜しかった点。家族の部屋も電波がとても強いとはいえないけれど、そちらの方が状況が良かったので、オンラインチェックイン（次の✈）など　大事な作業はそちらでやった。１Fエントランス際にPCコーナーがあったので、そこは環境がよいのかもしれない。何かあったら　ホテルスタッフに聞くと親切に教えてくれる。 タクスィムは周囲に　比較的気軽に買える軽食（テーブルに座ると　やや高め）の店も多く、カラフルな果物や有名なトルコアイスクリームなど楽しめる。 ホテルの部屋に供される水は冷蔵庫の中に、ヨーグルトカップのような容器（200ml位）で。ボトルが欲しければ、近くのドラッグストア等で買える。またリピートしたい宿。

Property location is great however the AC in the room was not working properly. The management kept saying that they are working on it for the entire stay and the issue did not get resolved. We struggled to fall asleep the entire stay. I asked for a refund to find another hotel and I was rejected. Also, the property added additional charges for having two adults in the room even though I already booked a room with two beds.

A lovely fancy old school hotel. The rooftop breakfast was lovely and the room was always clean with complementary water. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. It does get a little loud outside a as Taksim Square is a busy hub but keeping the windows closed does help some with the noise.

The hotel was ok. Good location. Nice staff. The negative side is that the room smelled like smoke(cigarrettens) and the air condition was very old. No cold air, only hot.

The rooms are clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very compact, hardly much space in them. Breakfast was alright, the best thing is the location as it is in the heart of Taksim, close to all public transports, shopping areas, and all the pubs and clubs around. I'd stay there again, however, the rooms are super close to each other, you can hear your neighbours, and you can definitely hear their TV if they ever turn it on.

The property is veru nicely located; close to katsim square and shopping street. Rooms are small . Perfect if you don't have big luggages.

Terrible experiencia en esta ocasión, si la comparo con la vez anterior que me alojé allí. Explico las razones: (1) El primer día de mi alojamiento, estaba lloviendo en Istanbul y decidí no salir a comer fuera. Cuando intenté escanear el código QR para el servicio de habitación, sencilamente no funcionaba. Luego de 5 llamadas a la Recepción, finalmente soy atendido, y al solicitar que una persona subiera a mi habitación a traerme la carta, ésta llegó a los 30 minutos. Obviamente, ya no deseaba comer allí, y tuve que salir a comer en medio de la lluvia. (2) Respecto al equipo de limpieza de la habitación, esta es la segunda vez que me ocurre lo mismo: la persona encargada de asearla no le importa si estoy en la habitación, con tal de cumplir su tarea, lo cual representa una verdadera invasión a la privacidad. El segundo día de alojamiento fue el colmo de los colmos: ante mi negativa de abrir la puerta (pese a haber colocado el aviso de "No molestar"), el responsable del equipo de limpieza se tomó la libertad de abrir la puerta de mi habitación para que su compañera hiciera la tarea de limpieza, sin importarle que me encontraba en ropa interior y de mal humor. Bajé a la Recepción para quejarme y no fui atendido, pues no había nadie que tomara nota de mi reclamo. Es la última vez que me alojo en ese sitio y, por supuesto, dejaré de recomendarlo a mis amigos y colegas, como hasta ahora venía haciendo

No privacy. Cleaning ladies walked in the room on two different occasions without permission. This was my third stay at the hotel and will newer stay again. My experience was ruined.

Clean room, helpfull staff. Convenient location

Everybody was quite friendly. However, there was a rather questionable factor having to do with the Supposed Airport /Hotel transfer. Indeed, for a value of $ 70 US dollars ( when cabs charge $60), we had to wait 45 minutes for the vehicle to appear, when they had ahead of time the arrival time. Furthermore, We had to walk some 400 yards with our luggage from the terminal through bus stops, and parking lots to get to the vehicle. Also, the reception personnel seem to be working with one particular company and would ask for a particular trip of 600 to 700 Turkish liras, while any other cab driver would charge 250 Turkish liras as shown on the meter. I believe that the reception staff getting some kind of a kickback. The last point: we were told since we had booked through Expedia, breakfast was not included. However, if we wanted breakfast we would be charged 500 Turkish lira per guest, while the hotel menu clearly quoted breakfast at 300 liras. I hope this will be useful to help other visiting guests

From arriving at check in to leaving, the staff were courteous, friendly and accommodating. The welcome cocktail was a wonderful surprise and tasty treat.

Çift kişilik yatak yerine iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştirme yapılmış. Yatak kalitesi çok kötüydü. Yataktan kalkmak çok zor oldu. Banyo kapısı içerden kulbu çıktı. Ertesi gün yerine biz taktık. Resepsiyon hiç yerinde değildi. Bir şey söylemek mümkün olmadı. Başı boş bir otel görünümündeydi.

This property was amazing. From the moment we entered all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. This was our home for two weeks and it was very comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to some of the great attractions and shopping.

Very good location, 5 mins to airport bus and metro. Room is classic and well maintain.

The location was perfect, just in front of Taksim Square, the service in general was excellent, very friendly personel. Love the decoration of the lobby and room. The breakfast was boring, we stay 5 days and was almost the same.

This hotel is amazing location and in the center of Istanbul in Taksim square , walking to most locations around and to main transportation stations.the staff are very friendly and helpful, you will always get help , and the location is very safe. Will definitely be back.

In the middle of Taksim ,actually very close to everything needed, restaurants shops mini market and the most important 2 min walking distance to Istiklal street where all the shops and everyone who visit istabul will definitely pass by to spend sometimes over there

This location is so accessible to Taksim, which has traditionally been the city center of Istanbul. I stay here regularly as I pass through Istanbul.

La ubicación del hotel es maravillosa, de verdad tengan en cuenta la ubicación cuando vengan a Estambul. Esta cerca a la parada del bus del aeropuerto, cerca a la estación de metro, cerca a funicular, cerca a la calle Istiklal, cerca a paradas de buses, cerca del Ataturk Cultural Center (con muy buenos restaurantes y vistas), cerca tiendas, en fin es el mejro lugar para quedarse en Estambul. El desayuno esta muy bien, estuvimos 6 días, y los disfrutamos mucho. Lo único malo, es que permiten que se fume en la terraza mientras se desayuna. Ojalá lo prohibieran y pusieran a los fumadores en al parte de atrás y a los no fumadores adelante disfrutando de la vista, pero es algo de país. El baño es muy bueno, el agua sale caliente, casi inmediatamente y el inodoro tiene bidet incluido. No tiene servicio de ayuda con el equipaje, lo cual me gusta, porque no todos necesitamos de esa ayuda. Descansamos muy bien y el aire acondicionado muy bueno, se controla desde la habitación.

I only went there one morning and that was not many options what to eat or drink and there was no easy very small area people will come down to eat, and there was no tables available so they’ll go back upstairs

Clean room. Ok neighborhood. The rest is not worth the stay. The breakfast is extremely bad and doesn’t live up to Turkish standards. Dry bread. Lack of mostly anything you normally find on a breakfast. Orange juice cost extra after a debate with the staff why I didn’t wanted the cherry juice that was their only option. There is plenty of hotels in Istanbul and I highly recommend to stay somewhere else.

Good access to Taksim square and city tourist area. Hotel looks histrionic and a bit old but cleaned well every day. However breakfast is poor. Also, free water in room has not been fullfilled.

Nice and calm hotel where everything worked out well. Close to Metro, Taksim, airport bus and 15 min walk to Congress center. Superb breakfast and nice staff.
