I booked Bosphorus Suite, Lounge Access and view was spectacular however nothing worked, charger pot and coffee machine not working. Iron not working. Safe not working, jetted tub average. They would take ages to send technicians who cant speak English. Maid came in my room when i was in bathroom in the first hr! Spa lady was rude and ruined my birthday. Definitely wont book this hotel but i liked the manager who looked at cctv footage and agreed with me. However no apology at all. Next day spa lady was polite but acted like nothing happened. I was very polite. The room was not as advertised. Lounge access is poor not worth it at all. Breakfast was nice in Lobby, better than lounge. Location is excellent. Bell boys excellent. I got no special check in which was advertised in the room!
