Temizlik çalışanları düzenli ve titiz bir şekilde çalışıyor. Girişteki çalışanlar da cana yakın ve yardımsever. The rooftop restaurant is excellent for its views and its extensive breakfast buffet! Also a perfect location for walking to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. We also made use of the hotel's airport transfer service, which made arriving to the hotel easy and arriving at the airport in time no problem.

all was excellent. We had the triple room. breakfast was great with exceptional view. The only disappointment which was not important was the tiny Turkish Bath facility. Otherwise, location, staff, cleanliness, amenities ALL was perfect.

Disappointed. The lamps in the room did not work properly and the whole place feels seriously outdated. I understand that it is supposed to be vintage themed, but it honestly felt like walking into my old grandfather’s house where the premium feel they claim to offer is just not there. For the price and the reputation, this is unacceptable. Yes, the staff are polite, but that is about the only positive. The mens toilet in the basement, right next to the spa and sauna area, absolutely stinks. It is disgusting and definitely not what you would expect from a hotel of this level, especially one that has a Turkish hamam and sauna right beside it.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Istanbul, all the main tourist areas are no more than a 30min walk. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. Reception staff were also very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One comment I would make is the reception area is lovely but is totally underutilised, there was a bar in the corner but it was never open. Therefore that area was a little soul less.

Bra med alternativ på mat. Samma mat varje dag. Olika priser på samma middag (?). Lägger saker på bordet man inte beställt (?) och påstår att det är gratis men kommer senare på fakturan. Receptionen är vänliga och renligheten på själva sängen och badrummet är bra. Men under sängen fanns det tjockt lager av gammalt skräp från andra tidigare besökare och damm. Om du råkar tappa din mobil eller annat under sängen då behöver du verkligen ta en dusch efter att du tagit din sak. Ja lite mixade känslor. Du kan höra andra från andra rum inne i ditt rum. Det är lite obekvämt.

Room clean and ready. The air conditioner and heater did not work. It became hot during day and cold at night. We could not open windows because someone below always smoked. Someone had smoked before in the room. Beds were good. There was no microwave of coffee maker. Breakfast was included but was not special. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was about 10 minutes from the mosques. Overal it's a 3 star place.

We have a lovely 6 night stay at the Sultanhan, it’s in great location with such lovely and helpful staff! Our room was very nice with a pretty view out over a small closed off road area. We had some problems with getting cool air from the heater/ ac but we’re open the window instead which was fine. This might be a problem in the summer however which we would have addressed with reception. There is quite a bit of traffic noise with the window open but that didn’t worry us as it was to be expected in the central location. All in all we have a great stay and would like to thank all the staff for looking after us.

Staff were lovely and breakfast was good, including the great view from the restaurant. The room (104) was at the back of the hotel, and very noisy from all aircon units of surrounding buildings. The bathroom was tired looking and in need of some TLC (patched up bath, damaged mirror frame, etc). But the bed was clean and comfortable (with the exception of 1 lumpy pillow).

Location: 5 stars. Close to all the major attractions and in walkable distance.: Behavior of staff and quality of service: 5 stars. We were allowed an extra hour with late checkout as well. Booked the dinner cruise from the hotel and that was easy. Free breakfast: 4 stars. Good quality and gives you choices. Overall: 3 stars: The room is much smaller than what it’s advertised. Says 431 sq ft and it’s probably less than half its size which was hugely disappointing. And that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel because of the room size. Think hotels.com needs to address these issues so that we have trust while making reservations.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff is what makes this place special. Every staff member is so nice and very helpful. We just loved our dinners at the rooftop restaurant-Ali, the restaurant manager was phenomenal! He was friendly, funny and loved sharing info about this wonderful city. We looked forward to seeing him each night of our stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly. The room was sparkling clean. All the staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing and had so many different options. The servers in the restaurant were so kind and went out of their way for my child. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Istanbul. It is close to everything and they do a great job of telling you how to get around the city.

レセプションの対応、客室、レストラン、ロケーションが期待以上でした。アヤソフィア、ブルーモスク、バザールに徒歩で行けて、レストランからの眺望も良かったです。トラムの駅も近く48時間滞在では申し分のないロケーションでした。また、部屋にバスタブがあるのがとても良かったです。アメニティはシャワーキャップとコットン綿棒シャンプーしかなかったが、自分で使うものは持ち歩いているので問題なし。部屋の家具は歴史を感じるもので、清潔感がありました。イスタンブールに行く際にはまたお世話になりたいです。

Love the hotel. Service was great. The breakfast is very Turkish fare and if you’re used to granola and fruit (I think that had to do with season to be honest) in the morning… you won’t find it. Other than that we loved it Location is fabulous!
