My husband, dog, and I stayed for two nights in a Pioneer Cabin. It was great! Very nice cabin and little step outside with chairs. There’s a common area with bbqs and fire pits. The main building has free coffee/hot chocolate and a games room (shuffle ball, pingpong, darts, pool). We were sad that the pool was closed (were there May 31 - June 2; hotels.com implied that it would be open during this time.) Hot tub was closed too, but I knew this from the hotel’s website. Staff at front desk were nice, and there’s a little store in the main building. Had a nice weekend there!

Great place to stay within the Jasper National Park area. The check-in process was easy, cabins were clean, and property had tons of nice amenities to include a game room, fire pit, gift shop, kitchen area in the cabins, etc.

Amazing property with so much to do. Bear and cubs live right on the grounds. Pool table, darts, ping pong, football, hot tub and pool. Has outdoor fire pits and Traeger grills u can use. Excellent property

Above excellence hospitality and customer service from all staff from management to maintenence personnel. We were so impressed with the friendliness and accommodating staff here, from check in to check out. Grounds were so dreamy, rooms were immaculate and spacious. Our families' favorite part of this stay was the games room and the coffee lobby. The common space was comfortable and inviting, where we were able to visit frequently to enjoy the accommodations. Will definitely be staying here when we return to Jasper, and will definitely be telling all our friends and family.

Fantastic views and a warm comfortable cabin. The staff are friendly and helpful. The main building has a games area and an espresso bar with really delicious chocolate cookies. There are propane fire pits and barbeques in the common area outdoors. There are enough trees to provide shelter and a forest feeling but also a nice view of the mountains. We were able to check out a very nice reflector telescope and a tripod to view the mountains and the stars at night. This was something that I’ve never done before and want to do again. We enjoyed it so much that we are coming back in April 2026.

There are propane fire pits and barbeques in the common area outdoors. There are enough trees to provide shelter and a forest feeling but also a nice view of the mountains. We were able to check out a very nice reflector telescope and a tripod to view the mountains and the stars at night. This was something that I’ve never done before and want to do again. We enjoyed it so much that we are coming back in April 2026.

It was quiet. They had gas fire pits running all the time. Pool. Hot tub wasn't working though. You have to go into jasper to eat or little restaurant 20 minute other cabins near miette hot springs.

We loved the location of the property. Our cabin was cozy and clean. The pool and hot tub were not working during our stay but they waived the additional fees and we made our was up to Miette Hot Springs. We loved using the coffee maker in the lobby and meeting fellow guests.

Quiet resort of cabins and motel units. We were in one of the panabode motel units. Room was clean and spacious. However the bathroom was small. It had no counter space for toiletries. The shower was extremely small but had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The wifi did not reach our cabin but the front desk staff kept insisting it should work. I wish they had just been upfront about it working in the lobby only. Cell service was very limited which is not unexpected 40 km from town. Lots of bears nearby but they were well behaved while we were there! Saw a few kids enjoying the heated pool. Hot tub was out of order but we were compensated for this.

The main building is nice and the staff were friendly but the suites are very run down and in need of a Reno and a good cleaning. The kitchen in our suite was not well stocked. The showers leaked and the general impression was that is was just run down and not well cared for. Disappointing as my last stay there 10 years ago was positive.

We had a lovely three day stay at the Miette Mountain Cabins. the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our own food to make meals since we were traveling with our two dogs. The kitchenette had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the coffee machine in the main building. The lattes were so good in the morning, and the staff made sure that the fireplace was ready and lit for us. All the people we met were so nice. We had a perfect time.

We had a lovely three day stay at the Miette Mountain Cabins. the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our own food to make meals since we were traveling with our two dogs. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The cabin had stains on the floor, hair on the bed, cobwebs on the ceiling, and the toilet backed up. As well, with limited dining options, I had expected a little more options for food since the cabin was equipped with a kitchenette.

Very great location in the middle of the park. 30 min to Jasper and 20 to Hinton. Close to cool hikes and the hot springs. The tv was very fuzzy so didn’t use it but no big deal!

The rooms were clean, but I was under the impression that I had booked a cabin (hence the name) but it was just a room. Wi-fi was very poor and unreliable. Pool and hot tub were out of service and unusable. Mini fridge was very tiny. Parking was limited. Staff was friendly.

We were travelling with our infant who is 8 months old and the cabin took 12 hours to finally get up to 23 degrees from 15 degrees which is completely unacceptable, especially when travelling with a baby. We were told by the front desk that it would take 30 minutes to heat up to the 2nd level. I tried calling the front desk multiple times between 10-11pm, and there was no answer. We were told someone would be at the desk until 11, but it’s clear they took off at 10.

Very great location in the middle of the park. 30 min to Jasper and 20 to Hinton. Close to cool hikes and the hot springs. The tv was very fuzzy so didn’t use it but no big deal!

Nice, Convenient location but a bit noisy since it's right next to the highway. We stayed in the Cedar Lodge Suite and they are a bit run down and dirty. The oven and cooking supplies are very low quality and might not work.

Friendly Staff and welcoming place. Worked with us when we needed to change our reservation booking. Comfy bed and work perfect for what we needed. Only negative it is a ways away from downtown Jasper….

We had a lovely three day stay at the Miette Mountain Cabins. the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our own food to make meals since we were traveling with our two dogs. The kitchenette had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the coffee machine in the main building. The lattes were so good in the morning, and the staff made sure that the fireplace was ready and lit for us. All the people we met were so nice. We had a perfect time.

We had a lovely three day stay at the Miette Mountain Cabins. the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our own food to make meals since we were traveling with our two dogs. The kitchenette had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the coffee machine in the main building. The lattes were so good in the morning, and the staff made sure that the fireplace was ready and lit for us. All the people we met were so nice. We had a perfect time.

The cabin had stains on the floor, hair on the bed, cobwebs on the ceiling, and the toilet backed up. As well, with limited dining options, I had expected a little more options for food since the cabin was equipped with a kitchenette.

Stayed two night to visit Jasper. Property was super cute. Kitchen lacked some necessities - but front desk were so nice if we had asked for anything - they would have likely helped out. We did not do our homework and property was 20 miles from the town and most the hikes we wanted to do.

The property was clean and our room was comfortable. The property has a pool and nice sitting areas outside with natural gas fire pits. The only thing that would be nice to have is a breakfast service. The price for the room was very expensive but it is high season so I suppose that is all about supply and demand.

No breakfast options for those without a kitchen. It was a drive each morning to find breakfast. No a great location if you rent a lodge room. Bathroom also needed some TLC- it was not the cleanest.

Very nice cabins, very peaceful and quiet, friendly staff, enjoyed the telescope on clear nights, well stocked entertainment centre. Would be nice if there were dining options on site, but discount coupons for the Folding mountain Brewery was appreciated.

The cabin was very nice and clean, check in was very straight forward and easy. The staff were very nice and everything was laid out nicely. My only comment would be that for the cabins with full kitchens there are not many utensils and cook wear

It was quiet. They had gas fire pits running all the time. Pool. Hot tub wasn't working though. You have to go into jasper to eat or little restaurant 20 minute other cabins near miette hot springs.

These are fun little cottages located east of Jasper (about 30 minutes). We selected one of the smaller ones which had a bed and sofa in it. The room was clean, had a small kitchen area with cooktop, microwave and fridge so we could eat some meals on our own. There is no place to dine here, but Hinton has shipping and is about 20 minutes away. We choose to ship and eat two meals a day in the carving. Very basic and minimal utensils available in the room. We had four of everything except forks (only two) which was weird… but there were only two of us so it was not an issue. The little shop onsite did not have much in the way of food, just some snacks and a small gift shop. Also on site is an outdoor grill and fire pits which are available all day and a great place for people to gather. The location is right next to the major road out of Jasper, but there really was not much traffic noise to be heard. Parking is available either on front of or next to it cabin, depending on which type of unit you choose. Overall, we had a nice relaxing stay at the Miette cabins.

BIG CORPORATION WITH ZERO PREPAREDNESS FOR EMERGENCY AND CUSTOMER CARE! This area is prone to electricity outages, that’s not a problem if the property is prepared to cater the guests regardless. This property is managed by big corp group but a hotel in a third world country would have a better back up system. We checked in with a senior (63yo) and a toddler (2yo) during dark hours while there was an electricity outage. - No one attended us for check in, we had to hunt down for keys to room - No water was available, bathrooms were not functional - We had asked for crib for our 2 year old and what was provided is in the photo (assemble it yourself in dark) - No heating or cooling was available - No flash lights were available - They provided 3 water bottles in total to use for 6 adults - We had to rely on our own supplies to survive the night as this place is 30 minutes away from Jasper After all this mess they had the audacity to give zero apologies or refund.

Such a great spot for a mountain getaway. Location is easy to access (right off the highway), large clean room, great communal areas including a pool and fire pit area.

One of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve traveled a lot. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m able to return to this beautiful area. Pool area nice, there were two grilling areas with tools included, and decorated with Christmas lights at night. Grassy area in between some of the cabins. The entire place was welcoming and relaxing. The only complaint was the highway traffic noise. But even was able to tune it out and focus in the beautiful views. Do it. Stay here!

Don’t be fooled by the Hotels.com ranking of this property. It is by no means an 8.6 excellent! More like mediocre 5.0. External areas of property are run down. Room is very dimly lit and not comfortable. No closets to hang cloths. Outdoor porch furniture is old and dirty. Not worth the exorbitant fee they charge per night for the one bedroom suite in the lodge.

It was a very luxurious and stylish cabin. Although it is away from Jasper, it is close to Miette Hot Springs; I really liked this location. However, it would have been even better if it were situated in a quieter part of the forest, away from the main road. The cabin we stayed in was very spacious and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer!
