This place is a bit run down, could definitely use some renovations. We went and bought Lysol spray and wipes as it is questionable on cleanliness. The pool did not look clean at all. It had a dirty rim around the pool and the hot tub was lukewarm. Not worth the money

The pool was cold, hot tub not working. Ran out of breakfast bags (was under the impression would get an actual breakfast) floor in room was filthy, no detergent for laundry, smokers right outside my room at patio set, stinking up my room with cigarette smell. Won't recommend, likely won't return

The down side: The pool area was lacking: no chairs to lounge on and could use a good cleaning. The coffee was poor quality and the coffee pot made a mess when pouring. I don't appreciate using paper cups, it's wasteful. Glasses should be used for cold beverages and cups for hot ones. On the up side: It was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is an older motel but I didn't mind this. The air conditioner worked well in keeping the room cool as it was extremely hot outside. The rooms were spacious. The furniture was older but practical. My brother and sister-in-law stayed at the Travellodge in Aberdeen. The room was much more modern but had no closet!!! There was absolutely no place to hang their clothes. That's a big negative for me. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Most of the property facilities needs upgrade. The ice machine is poorly working, laundry and dryer you have to pay $4 each per load, the door to the laundry room is hard to open, hot tub jet very weak, coffee pots/machine aren’t cleaned well. Saturday front desk staff when we checked in is very friendly and accommodating, however Sunday front desk staff hates her job.

The pool was gross, the dirt and scum line around the pool and hot tub was discusting. The blackout curtains didnt come anywhere near it, it was so bright in the room my daughter was up so early. The carpet looked gross! Pillow was comfy but bed wasnt. I would not go back to this hotel!

Lock was intermittant, Lights in Bathroom were like a Strobe light,... Transition between flooring mediums was raised so i kept catching my bare foot on it. The worst was that the hot Tub had no Jets!!! this photo gives a grandiose atmosphere, which it is not. it is however,.. Downtown where you can walk to most things downtown. The bed was comfortable, .. but for the life of me, I have no idea why the toilet is 16" off the ground? Very curious!! The place was fine, just don't think you are staying at the Ritz. Cheers, C

At check in the guy was very nice, even called the room 30 mins after we settled in, to see if everything was good. Kids lived the pool. It needs work but i really can't complain!

The property has a pool and hot tub and the water is clean however there are lots of areas that could use a good cleaning. Pool has a ring around it on the inside and lots of dirt on the tiles around the pool deck. The staff is friendly and the outdoor courtyard was a perfect spot to play games and mingle with other friends that were there. We booked because we were originally told there was a hot breakfast, however that is no longer offered.

Check in was friendly. We had trouble getting the door open and when we did first thing I noticed was a big wad of dark hair on the floor. There were no glasses other than paper coffee cups to have a drink, although there was an ice bucket. The toilet paper holder was so old and rusted I had trouble trying to put on a new roll. There was a ceiling tile missing in the bathroom and there was holes in the bathroom door and the wall that had been plastered but not sanded, Kuster painted over. The floor was filthy. I had to wipe up a spill and the cloth was so dirty it was disgusting. On the plus side the shower stall was fairly new and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was close to the hospital. It was far too expensive for an old accommodation..

Surprise! It's right across from the hospital, and more specifically: the ambulance bay! Yay! Fortunately we live in a neighborhood with a lot of seniors so we're used to sirens in the middle of the night. Super friendly staff and the rooms were big and clean, albeit very dated. AC worked very well (which is always the most important feature) however there was no bathroom fan, just a window to open (see: ambulance sirens above). The indoor pool is small and a bit rundown. Despite the clear presence of chlorine in the water our sense of self preservation prevented us from going in. Downtown is probably walkable and there was nice restaurants and things to do in the park by the river(s). It's an old hotel in a bad location, so you'll get what you pay for. But for what it is, it's actually pretty decent.

Travis, the desk manager went out of his way to accomodate any requests we had, even going so far as lowering our rate for our first night's stay, to align with our other 4 night's rate, without being asked to do so. It made a difficult stay, less aggaravating.

The breakfast was in a bag. I was not impressed by that because the other Travel Lodge by Wyndham in Airdrie Alberta, was incredible. So I had a higher expectation; they had a full-on buffet breakfast style that would cook your pancakes right on the spot. I just feel let down because this place was not like the other. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. tiles were broken. and the wind draft from the window would lift the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, which made me think someone was trying to get in. The breakfast was in a bag. I was not impressed by that because the other Travel Lodge by Wyndham in Airdrie Alberta, was incredible. So I had a higher expectation; they had a full-on buffet breakfast style that would cook your pancakes right on the spot. I just feel let down because this place was not like the other. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. tiles were broken. and the wind draft from the window would lift the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, which made me think someone was trying to get in. We appreciated the excellent level of cleanliness but overall do not recommend. The room door opened onto a bed. Walls & Ceilings were so thin, we heard everything. Breakfast was a paper bag with apple, juice box, Costco yogurt & half a Costco muffin. Not even a functioning pop machine.

Room was very clean. Since being on the bottom floor, very noisy when kids, or people running or moving around. breakfast in the morning from 6am-9am, what a joke. It seems this travelodge is still in the Covid era with brown paper bags with an apple, half a muffin, yogurt and a juice box for breakfast. Most travelodges have a full breakfast. What is wrong with this one?

A bit disappointed with this specific location. The room had a weird layout (more like a motel) where the bed was right at the door. AC was very weak / not working and took many hours to cool the room. Carpet had stains. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. They did not have hot breakfast (their dining room was under renovation), but this was one of the main reasons we booked (it was bags on the go). The staff was very nice and a special call out to Justin (I believe I got the name right) at the reception who was super understanding and even managed a partial refund for us

The breakfast is really just a bag and should not be considered the hotel offering breakfast. Overall the room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The plexiglass in the lobby needs to be removed. It makes for a very unwelcoming environment.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Spacious rooms, parking on site. I had the 2 bed, 1 bedroom (room 254 I believe). The air conditioner didn’t work very well so the room was hot and muggy throughout the night.
