Allt till belåtenhet och vänlig personal. Ett minus för att restaurangen var stängd på söndagar. Det enda som gick att få var uppvärmd soppa eller liknande. Inte vad man förväntar sig på ett 4-stjärnigt hotell.

Hotel im allgemeinen ist wirklich toll, Lage, Komfort alles top. Allerdings das Parkhaus...Puh! Bei einem Problem mit dem Parkticket hat mich der Parkwächter ausgelacht und doppelt zahlen lassen. Er war richtig froh darüber das er doppelt kassieren konnte. Ich bin 3 Tage die Woche mindestens im Hotel und Parke auch, aber das war die unfreundlichste Tiefgarage in meiner Hotel Zeit...ich mache das 15 Jahre jetzt

Hadde rom i 7de etasje med veldig flott utsikt mot byen. Gode senger og rommet var rent med god størrelse. Badet bar noen tegn på slitasje. Hotellets resepsjonsområde var under oppussing men ikke noe som hadde betydning for oppholdet. God frokost med bra utvalg. Parkeringshus under hotellet med heis opp til resepsjonen var topp da vi hadde bil.

Hadde rom i 7de etasje med veldig flott utsikt mot byen. Gode senger og rommet var rent med god størrelse. Badet bar noen tegn på slitasje. Hotellets resepsjonsområde var under oppussing men ikke noe som hadde betydning for oppholdet. God frokost med bra utvalg. Parkeringshus under hotellet med heis opp til resepsjonen var topp da vi hadde bil.

Hotel ist i.O. Zimmer geräumig. Gute Schallisolierung gegen Verkehrslärm. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus. Darauf achten, dass hinterher wirklich der Hoteltarif abgerechnet wird ! Die aktuellen Bauarbeiten an der Pfaffendorfer Brücke (bis 2028) machen sich in langen Umwegen für Fußgänger bemerkbar. Die Bus-Station "Rhein-Mosel-Halle" umfaßt _4_ von einander entfernte Haltestellen. Sehr verwirrend und unübersichtlich für Auswärtige.

The hotel is well located though we booked it for the secure parking. Entry to & exit from the car park is a perilous exercise with high kerbs; watch your alloy wheels or you’ll be paying more for the night away than you’d budgeted…..

Inside hotel was clean. Outside needed a lot of care and is not as photos show. Room was not cleaned one of the days out of the 4 nights we stayed and mini bar was not restocked. However compensation was taken of our bill for this. Somehow my purse ended up at reception, we received a call in the room at midnight when we were asleep telling us we needed to go to reception and had no idea why. I appreciated getting my purse back and luckily my cards were still there but money was missing. Most disappointing thing was not being able to use the garden area or to buy a drink (hot or cold) during the day as bar didn’t open until 5pm

Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt i byen, og det er nemt at gå langs floden til ex. Deutsches Eck og Alte stadt. Der er dejlig morgenmad og venligt personale, samt parkering i kælderen. Værelset var rent med fint badeværelset og god bruser.

Solo arreglan el cuarto bajo pedido, lo que me parece que más que cuidar el medio ambiente, se trata de ahorrar los salarios del personal que los arregla. La luz en la habitación es demasiado tenue, ponen la calefacción muy alta y no se pueden abrir las ventanas.

The room is a bit old, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping has to be requested at the front desk the day before, otherwise is on the third day of the stay. In general is good an 8/10.

Great hotel, positioned next to the river which provides great views. The room was great, good beds and very clean. The bathroom looked somewhat outdated, but that's just cosmetics. Breakfast was nice as well, including gluten free and lactose free options.

Een goede plek om te slapen met lekkere bedden. Personeel in de bar was niet geschikt voor in de horeca. En de koelkast op de kamer was vies, en er groeit schimmel tegen de achterwand.

A lovely hotel, nice staff. Very comfortable room and bed with tea/coffee making and fridge. Clean bathroom. The location is right on the river, unfortunately there are bridge works which make it a bit further to walk to river as some routes are closed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cable car and boat departures.

Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Festung. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Duschwanne. Hier wäre uns eine richtige Dusche lieber gewesen.

Hotel in general was nice and clean. Room was fine, but the air conditioning isnt the greatest. Good views from the room. The river walk is 5 min from hotel. Compared to the several other hotel breakfast buffets I've done so far this is very expensive. The bar area was a good place to watch the Euro cup games. The bar tenders were very nice, but would leave for 10-15 min at a time leaving people waiting for tabs or to order.

Schlechter Service an der Rezeption. Probleme bei der Umsetzung Parkkarte auf Hotelparkkarte wurden nicht wirklich wahrgenommen und somit auch nicht Vorort kontrolliert. Schlussendlich mussten wir den normal Parkbetrag bezahlen.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal . Das Zimmer war sauber , groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir sind regelmäßig in Koblenz und werden dort bestimmt wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, direkt neben der Rhein-Mosel-Halle. Tiefgarage mit viel Platz direkt unter dem Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet. Werde definitiv öfter dort nächtigen.

A lovely hotel, nice staff. Very comfortable room and bed with tea/coffee making and fridge. Clean bathroom. The location is right on the river, unfortunately there are bridge works which make it a bit further to walk to river as some routes are closed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cable car and boat departures.

Great hotel, positioned next to the river which provides great views. The room was great, good beds and very clean. The bathroom looked somewhat outdated, but that's just cosmetics. Breakfast was nice as well, including gluten free and lactose free options.

Hotel ist i.O. Zimmer geräumig. Gute Schallisolierung gegen Verkehrslärm. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus. Darauf achten, dass hinterher wirklich der Hoteltarif abgerechnet wird ! Die aktuellen Bauarbeiten an der Pfaffendorfer Brücke (bis 2028) machen sich in langen Umwegen für Fußgänger bemerkbar. Die Bus-Station "Rhein-Mosel-Halle" umfaßt _4_ von einander entfernte Haltestellen. Sehr verwirrend und unübersichtlich für Auswärtige.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Leider gibt es eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel, so dass der Zugang zur Uferpromenade, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, gesperrt ist. Man muss einen rechten Umweg laufen, was wirklich nervig ist. Die Baustelle soll noch Jahre bestehen… Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, das Frühstück auch.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Leider gibt es eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel, so dass der Zugang zur Uferpromenade, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, gesperrt ist. Nice hotel with parking garage. Nice rooms, located 15 min walking from old part of Koblenz and Deutsche Eck. Breakfast 26 EUR is expensive compared to city center where you can have nice breakfast for 10 EUR. Will I use the hotel again, yes I will. We had a dog with us, paid 30 EUR for 2 nights, fine price.

Good hotel, easy to walk the old town, to a lot of attractions and dinner. Really like the daily free drinks in the mini fridge. Hotel is quiet, and the panoramic views from the privilege rooms are great. Breakfast was good, but repeats every day, little variety and changes would make it better, pretty expensive if you have to pay for it. We will come again.

Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Festung. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Duschwanne. Hier wäre uns eine richtige Dusche lieber gewesen.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal . Das Zimmer war sauber , groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir sind regelmäßig in Koblenz und werden dort bestimmt wieder buchen.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mercur Hotel in Koblenz. The location is great, within walking distance to old town and the cable car to the castle. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and cured meat and fish.

Great place to stay near the centre. The room was comfortable and bed very comfy so we had a great nights sleep. The room amenities were good with tea and coffee ( kettle and coffee machine) and even a small ironing board and iron. The main reception does unlimited bottles of water for you to fill and take to your room. Whilst it had aircon we found the room just a little too warm despite setting the temp low but wasn’t a deal breaker. Would stay again. Easy walk into the centre for restaurants and sights.
