The hotel was a bit further out than I thought. I got the bus from the bus station. I had to inquire at the bus Station there they are always great at sorting out the bus numbers which stand to go to and which stop to get off at. A member of staff happened to be on the bus and helped me. Wellington Bridge bus stop. And about 5mins walk. Across a car park. Very easy check in. Rooms was nice one of those All in one bathroom Instillations. Which I like shower was good. Bed was clean. no need to get the dust mite spray out. A tip take a can of dust mite spray on every trip you do. so you don't get bitten or itch. Room was nice Breakfast was good. Toast decent. As usual Hot breakfast under Infa red lights but not that hot. But even some small muffins. You could walk back to the city centre and I think it took me 20 to 25 mins to walk back to the railway station. Went for a gig at the Brudenell Social club. used Veezu Taxi. who are great coming back at night. £5.90 that is all the driver charged me so gave him a tenner and said keep the change. Now I now the hotel and how to get there walking. I wouls stay again.

A conveniently situated hotel on the edge of Leeds City Centre, which I have used several times: clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. The main draw back is the amount of litter in the streets in the immediate proximity to the property- not perhaps the Hotel ( group’s) perceived problem, but clearing it away would significantly enhance one’s stay !

Booked this last minute to stay overnight in Leeds. There's a carpark across the way with free parking from 10pm-8am, but it's a bit sketchy to cross the road to the hotel. The hotel is a 10-15 minute (not very scenic) walk from downtown. The rooms are clean, but the carpets are definitely old and need updating.
