Nos ha encantado el hotel. Todo esta al detalle. Habitaciones amplias y modernas. El cuarto de baño esta genial con una ducha enorme. El desayuno muy variado. Nos llamo muchisimo la atencion la variedad de leches que tenian. Entera, semidesnatada, sin lactosa, soja... El gimnasio, pequeño pero muy bien. He estado todos los dias yo sola. Una autentica gozada.

If you are not going to have open facilities you should note that on your hotel information. Sauna broken? Disappointment. No restaurant/food served at hotel on holiday? Disappointment. Room air did not work…I’m learning certain places shut it off but it’s still hot outside all day. Upside? Was able to be in room by 9:30am.

This is a nice modern hotel opposite El Corte Ingles. About 15 minute walk to Cathedral. We didn't use our car at all during our stay but access was reasonably simple once explained at check-in.

Great location in terms of being within 10 minutes walking of old town and across the street from the mall — but not particularly picturesque where it is itself. Great parking — with lots of huge underground spots! Straight up luxurious next to some places we’ve had to try and fit our SUV before. Decent breakfast included, but being underground, not exactly somewhere I’d eat otherwise. Nice spacious rooms, but gets a bit musty at night since they can’t always run A/C in the building if they’re heating the first floors at night.

AC hotel where ironically the rooms do not have any AC. Normally ok given the windows open in each room, however the property is on a very busy road. If you need a good nights sleep during summer, maybe another property is better suited for you. Apart from that, it is a well located, clean and efficient property.

Alba went above and beyond to help us out. She saved our holiday and I cannot speak highly enough of her or indeed the rest of the staff at this hotel. Would recommend to any traveller. On a separate note, don’t park in el Corte inglés on a bank holiday or if you have an early start!

AC hotel where ironically the rooms do not have any AC. Normally ok given the windows open in each room, however the property is on a very busy road. The room was so comfortable. I would like to stay again. Although I wanted to make a document and work by computer on the desk, there's no light on the desk. So, I did them with the reading light on the bed. On breakfast, the meal was absolutely same everyday. And there's no vegetable meal. Please consider the variable menu.
