Nice hotel, central location. Staff is very professional and helpful. My only complaint would be the pool- very small. The pool area is great, but pool itself is tiny!! However, we will be back - we just go to the beach anyways :)

Excellent location, no need for a car as you are walking distance to tons of shopping, bars, and restaurants. The hotel restaurant and bar also provides a good option if you dont feel like going out. Staff speak english and are extremely helpful. Only dowside was currently 1 evevator is operational which could cause long waits during busy time with 21 floors.

Stayed at this hotel last May, and one elevator was one of commission. This trip, the other elevator was out and not working. Took forever in the morning to get to the 21 floor for breakfast, and evening going to dinner was even worse. Should not take so long to get elevators upgraded, especially if only 2 exist for a 21 floor hotel.

Great hotel, in a bit busy area, but that makes it convenient to see the parks nearby. Comfortable beds which sometimes hard to find sometimes. Breakfast was fantastic! The view from the restaurant was amazing. Pool was small, but fine. We walked to Larcomar, a shopping mall, about 15 min walk.

A localização do hotel é excelente, pode-se fazer muitos passeios a pé a curta distância. Supermercado a uns 150 metros. Casas de câmbio, comércio, farmácias, restaurantes, padaria e lanchonetes ao lado ou em ruas próximas. A estrutura do hotel, contudo, é bem simples, mais pra um 3 estrelas. O hall dos apartamentos é de carpete, com um odor ruim de umidade/mofo que pode incomodar quem sofre de alergias. Apartamento amplo mas que mostra sinais de idade (piso interno não era de carpete). As tomadas estavam ruins, com dificuldade de segurar os carregadores de celular (que ficavam caindo). Café da manhã regular, sem nada de excepcional. Equipe atenciosa. O que é mostrado na descrição/fotos do hotel leva a crer que ele é mais equipado e luxuoso do que na realidade o é. A estadia não foi ruim, mas gerou uma certa decepção. Em um retorno a Lima eu provavelmente buscaria uma opção de hotel de rede na mesma região.

The people were very nice, especially those of the restaurant. Thank you Maximo for the wonderful restaurant recommendations. The room is very spacious and in a great Mira Flores location The main issue and reason for only 3 stars was the subtle odor of the room, that of a backed up toilet. We made the front desk aware the first evening, even asked for air freshener the next day from house keeping but did not receive. It is possible all rooms have this odor, i don’t know, but it was bad enough to not unpack clothes in fear of smelling like that all day. Three days and the odor was present each day. It is possible all rooms smell the same as the front desk did not seem very concerned or offer any changes. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are one who lost your sense of smell due to COVID, but if that is not the case then I would advise against it.

Front desk was not appreciative of our business, made us wait at 2:57 to check in until 3:15. When our door lock was broken we had to go down stairs 3 times before they sent someone and made us wait for an hour without offering a place to sit or refreshments. We weren’t told about boxed breakfast until we were checking out and never walked through the amenities. Room was clean and decent size. Breakfast was a good buffet and the area is decent.

We had an amazing stay for my Birthday! Kenny at the front desk took very good care of us making sure we have the best room on the 19th floor with a private sauna and jacuzzi!! On the birthday there was a price of cake in our room to say Happy Birthday. Thank you for such great service.

The location was superb but more importantly the staff were amazing. Eduardo at the front desk welcomed us - gave us great tips on shopping, organized a half day tour, called cabs for us but more importantly made us feel like family! From the door being opened every time we arrived back after a busy day to the cleanliness of our room. We loved the 21st floor bar and dining - the breakfast which was included had an amazing selection. Ingrid in the bar/dining area made us feel welcome - spoke English and very helpful and professional. We stayed twice - before our trip to Cusco & after we liked it so much!

Property is located at very convenient location from beautiful Larcomar and close to Kennedy Parque. Staff is excellent and family friendly. They arranged to go breakfast very early morning for 4 am bus tour to Paracas and Oasis Desert Huacachina.

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Miraflores, just a short walk from parks, great restaurants, and the ocean views along the Malecón. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were top-quality, and I had a fantastic view of the city. The bathroom was modern, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything felt well cared for and upscale without being stuffy. Breakfast was another highlight — generous buffet with both Peruvian and international options, and fresh fruit that was out of this world. I also loved the rooftop restaurant and pool area, which had beautiful views and a relaxed atmosphere — a perfect place to unwind after exploring Lima. Overall, I can’t recommend Hotel Estelar Miraflores enough. It’s stylish, comfortable, and incredibly well-run — truly one of the best values in Lima. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the city.

Good location in Miraflores. Near Kennedy Park. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast buffet is also excellent with a view of the city. The building needs a bit of maintenance in parts. Otherwise, a good hotel.

VERY good location in the heart of Miraflores and can access a lot by walking. The hotel is very nice, with beautiful stone constructions indoors. The Juan Valdez coffee shop built-in is a great option for coffee and bites. This is my second time staying there and not the last.

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Lima. In the center of Miraflores, easy walk to everything, clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast at the last floor with a beautiful view of Miraflores and ocean, not expensive, Juan Valdez coffee at the lobby - the hotel has it all.

The hotel is in a great part of Lima, but it is quite rundown and many of the floors have rooms and hallways that smell like mildew. Also, the breakfast is perfectly fine and it has been improved if you get there at 7 o’clock in the morning, but anything after 8:30 or 9 AM and you will find that most of the food is gone and there is not much choice.

The hotel is a fantastic value due to the location in Miraflores, amenities, service, and comfort. We had a Premium King room and appreciated having a sauna in the room— that’s not something I’m used to. The restaurant/bar on the 21st floor is elegant and offers a nice breakfast in the morning. Don’t forget to claim your welcome drinks so that you can check out the space! When I come back to Lima, I will return to Hotel Estelar Miraflores.
